The latest appointment made "somewhat" of a visible difference (thanks to the technician), but was met with an incredibly rude staff member who spared no effort to be slanderous when I turned down their (illegal) sales tactics of accepting risky and lower value procedures prior to initiating sessions that I actually paid for. Not just that, but they LACK TRANSPARENCY when it comes to certain 'private' policies that directly impact clients- even after they've paid for dubiously un refundable multisession "treatments"- as well as PROVIDER CONSISTENCY when it comes to the performance of actual procedures. If the director, Oscar Amar, is reading this- THE clinic is constantly in clear violation of compliance with service contracts with their clients. Refusing to proactively schedule (or reschedule) appointments, refusing to offer excellent service, refusing civil staff mannerisms are all serious damages to any mature person's financial, physical, and mental well being.
