The staff then made the situation feel like it was somehow my fault. What made the experience worse was that they wouldn't even allow me to pay the cash price for the medication, despite how critical it was. On top of that, I was policed for expressing frustration under my breath during an already stressful situation. Going to any Walgreens continues to be a soul-sucking and demeaning experience thanks to their wait times and the quality of their employees.

Now 3 times in 2 months, filling a prescription that used to take a day or two may take a week - IF AT ALL! If at all?? We get a text or a note on the app that our prescription is being refilled and will be ready on a certain day. Then another notice it will be delayed a day or two. Then another notice the pick up date is yet even further delayed. Finally, I go into see what the problem is and they say the prescription was never even placed. It's not in their system. (So why all the progress updates?) Again, this has happened 3 times in the last 2 months. Today was another doozie. My wife's heart meds auto-refill had a few notices it was in process with the usual delay notices. After a week, I went to see what the problem was,. They said it could not refill it with out calling the doctor. Huh?? The pill jar said she had 3 refills left. It was a generic drug but a different manufacturer now supplied the med and that's why the doctor needed to place a new prescription. Huh?? I have had many generic eye drops and pill prescriptions etc filled in the past by different manufacturers with out a delay for a doctor's intervention. Why now? I tried an end run a couple times by doing something old -school. That is go in person to place a refill order. A few times they tell me I am asking for the refill too soon, come back in a few days. How many trips to the pharmacy does one have to make to get a refill (and Im not trying to double up my orders).????? My thought is the pharmacy people do not think or have the knowledge to under stand that their order system is over loaded or becoming so absolute it stops their ability to fill orders timely I have NO CONFIDENCE in this pharmacy any more.

Also, the staff is very attentive. Yesterday I was looking for a dairy product and the dairy section is pretty big. I guess I was looking lost - staff member came up to me asking what I was looking for and took me right to the shelf I needed. And it wasn't the first time. Lots of discounts throughout the store. They all work if you have a membership card. Sometimes you can find "double" sales. The store would have a sale and you can use an extra coupon. Make sure to clip the coupon in the app before you go to the register. I usually go to self-checkout. You can run your membership after you scan all the items, but coupons have to be clipped before you do that. Overall a nice and clean store with friendly staff.

I looked at a few of the items on the rack and all items were on sale at 40% to 60% not 70% off not one single item on the rack. Talked with 2 Managers. One agreed with my respective along with the sales girl. Went to other 70% off sale racks in the store and there wasn't 1 item with 70% off. Again 60 to 40% off. What a racket. Watch out for them. Oh by the way did I say I looked at the rack for several weeks. Same clothes there. Nothing for 70% off.

After having it sent, i waited 30 minutes and then went to pick it up. I waited in line (they have a drive through but have it CLOSED) for 20-30 min just for them to tell me they don't have it. I went back the next day in the afternoon about 1pm to try again... I had a sleeping baby in the car so I tried the drive through-- AGAIN CLOSED! My husband went back tonight at 6:30 pm and waited in line because again, the drive through is closed, for them to tell him they wouldn't get through the line before closing so he needed to leave. I called THREE times to get my prescription transferred somewhere else just for them not to answer the phone every single time. DO NOT GO HERE.

On top of this they are rarely out of a medication.. and if they are they order it and somehow get it SO QUICKLY. That is a plus when you're waiting on a medication for relief. When I call for a refill, even using the automated system- it is refilled so fast. This pharmacy is efficient on all levels. I'll never go anywhere else.

There was a slot there for it, but it was empty. I asked an employee named Marsha if they had any in the back. She checked inventory and said they've been out since August 31. I was disappointed due to the drive as their website said they had it. As I was checking out, Marsha came running up to me saying she found a case of Shoe goo, and opened the case and gave me some. Saved me another trip somewhere else, so I'm very happy she took the initiative to check even though the inventory said they were out. Thanks for the excellent service Marsha.
