What else I can tell you? Well, most Walgreens are absolutely understaffed and employees seem to be stretched thin. Yet, the customer service does not lack. These employees are working as hard as they can all while being polite and patient with what I witnessed very rude customers. Customers demand 5 Star treatment with 0 Star behavior. The patience of the employees I witnessed should be appreciated and rewarded. As a customer, I give the employees full respect and appreciation. I'm not sure I'd be able to handle rude behavior and rude language from impatient customers. Even with an obvious staff shortage, the store is clean, the cashier, floor person and especially the pharmacy are always very friendly. Ps. Parking is great too. Lots of parking. To future customers, please be kind to people. Being kind is FREE.

Well today I decided to ask about the sale price of the shirt but was showed where it was 40% off. I asked the salesperson about the price. I looked at a few of the items on the rack and all items were on sale at 40% to 60% not 70% off not one single item on the rack. Talked with 2 Managers. One agreed with my respective along with the sales girl. Went to other 70% off sale racks in the store and there wasn't 1 item with 70% off. Again 60 to 40% off. What a racket. Watch out for them. Oh by the way did I say I looked at the rack for several weeks. Same clothes there. Nothing for 70% off.

Going to any Walgreens continues to be a soul-sucking and demeaning experience thanks to their wait times and the quality of their employees.

After having it sent, i waited 30 minutes and then went to pick it up. I waited in line (they have a drive through but have it CLOSED) for 20-30 min just for them to tell me they don't have it. I went back the next day in the afternoon about 1pm to try again... I had a sleeping baby in the car so I tried the drive through-- AGAIN CLOSED! My husband went back tonight at 6:30 pm and waited in line because again, the drive through is closed, for them to tell him they wouldn't get through the line before closing so he needed to leave. I called THREE times to get my prescription transferred somewhere else just for them not to answer the phone every single time. DO NOT GO HERE.

I also have a lot of other sensitivities, including to corn which is often used in medications. To make sure that I am totally safe, I need to have my medications compounded - it is a gluten free facility, and they ask what you want as the filler. You can get it in creams, capsules, tablets, etc. The last time I went to a regular pharmacy I was sick for a week! I never have any negative reactions to the medications compounded here. And they are FAST, if I need them to be. Yesterday I called to say I had forgotten to order a refill (my lyme disease makes it difficult to remember things) and could they have it ready for me by today. It was actually ready YESTERDAY. Awesome! Besides the compounding pharmacy they have a lot of really great supplements that you can't get at other places like big supplement/ vitamin stores. They carry lines like Thorne Research Group and Integrative Therapeutics. All of the supplements here are of the really high quality and will be more effective than other, cheaper brands. They also carry Manuka honey cough drops, which are celiac friendly. When they first opened the staff wasn't always friendly, but now they are reliably friendly and really really great. I am so thankful for them and the role they have played in helping improve my health.

When I entered I asked her why she would treat me like that. No apologies whatsoever ! In fact she called the pharmacist out & he told me that this wasn't the first time I've harassed her. I have never seen her before & that is a complete LIE ! I will NEVER EVER return to buy anything from this place. One thing, I will miss Lori. And she knows my demeanor. She's real !
