The customer service at the Lacey store is inconsistent. And the new transport wheelchair for sale was almost 150% higher than the exact same wheelchair on Amazon. We believe is businesses making a profit but that seems pretty ridiculous to us. We will not shop there again. read more

Observed I was not only customer receiving indifferent attitude. ..no walker wheels in stock? Have to order & wait.

My wife has had a CPAP machine for over a year paid through our health insurance Anthem and Tri-Care. We have not received a bill for Bellevue Healthcare before. In we received a bill in October for $15.70 and another one in November for $6.54. Invoices did not explain anything. I called six times leaving messages with Bellevue HealthCare billing section. To this day nobody has responded. Went to their store in Lacey where Sam was trying to help, but I could not get a good explanation from him why as being billed and what they were for (knowing that this is not his job) Sam was very patient with me. He suggested that I should get into my Tri-care and Anthem account. I assume these are recent billings were for service on September 11, 2020. I was wrong the $6.54 is from a billing in February 2020 and $15.70 was from May. I don't believe this is from Covid-19 because my wife order CPAP equipment during this time and received it. The last billing for service on September 11, 2020 went as follows with Anthem they were billed $202.61, allowed by plan $148.21, paid their part, the remainder was $44.46. Then Bellevue healthcare then billed Tri-care $190 amount Tri-care paid $31.85. My wife gave Tri-care permission to go over her billing statements. I went over the information from with Tri-care customer service. She informed me and I verified it through Anthem that if a primary insurance is bill $202.16 the secondary insurance company should be billed the same amount of money with the information with the allowed by the plan and how much they pay. With this information being different the secondary insurance, calculated the wrong amount to pay. They need the full picture so they can coordinate payment. She also stated from a quick calculation from what I explained to her that they would a covered the $44.46. Now looking At all the claims submitted to Anthem, the all looks correct and processed in a timely manner. Looking at Tri-care all of the amounts billed are different than What Was Billed to Anthem. Duplicate claims have been submitted to tri-care for the same service. With different amounts of billing from each other. This puts an undue stress on me. I trusted a company to bill in a timely manner to process the claims quickly, to return my calls when I have problems with the billing. If they cannot talk to me because the account under my wife's name they should at least let me know and what I could do to get her permission to see the accounts. But no. I don't know what's wrong with this company. But I do not trust them. Looking at their sloppy processing going to Tri-care is causing delays in payments from us to them. Then when we get a payment we don't know what it's for. If they don't want to deal with Tri-care or they don't want to support veterans and their families they should let us know up front. And if they don't understand submitting wrong information for claim cost them money because of the repeat work. Also if they do not receive the proper's amount from the insurance companies they're going to bill me to take it out my pocket. You would think they want to fix this. read more

I have Medicaid and it was difficult for me to get treatment I needed. I couldn't find any online retailers that would work with my insurance. I sent my RX in to Bellevue Healthcare and they took care of everything for me. All I had to do was wait for the approval and then book my pick-up appointment on their wide open schedule. Very easy. We've used this company twice in the last year. A year ago, Shawn delivered a hospital bed for our dad who was just starting hospice. Shawn was professional and very caring while we switched out the prior hospital bed. The second time, I stopped in the store a few weeks ago. They were again professional & quickly helped determine what we needed after my husband's surgery. It's nice to have this company when we need durable medical equipment. read more

I contemplated only leaving one star however if it wasn't for the previous staff prior to the yesterdays experience this place may have only received the one star. I was renting a wheelchair for my wife. We kept it long enough that we now own it which I made the last payment on Saturday. The staff on duty were very helpful the whole time. I've seen them before on my prior visits to the business and they have always been helpful and courteous. These were the same two guys that helped me on Saturday am when I went ahead and made the last payment. They stated I could bring in the wheelchair so someone could check over the brakes and to make sure everything else was tight and good. Also, one of the foot pegs was lower than the other one so they offered to switch out the pegs with some new ones. I really appreciated the customer service and brought it back on Monday. When I returned Monday with the wheelchair a different person helped me. From the start he didn't seem like he wanted to help. His demeanor was not sincere and his body language was negative. I explained to him the problem with the pegs and he did take them off and made a few adjustments. I let him know what the other staff had mentioned about replacing the pegs but he wanted no part of that. It was the way it was explained to me that was very negative. He finally ended up going to the back to make a few more adjustments but the one peg still didn't fit/look right. He finally ended up switching out the one peg with a different one. After he was done I asked him if they could check the brakes. He locked both brakes and said "yeah they work fine" as he's pulling the chair so I could see it was dragging on the floor. Really?? I could have done that!Humor me. Take the chair to the back and act like you're doing what I was told what would be done by the other staff. It was evident this guy just did not want to help me by his actions. I'm not sure where he learned his customer service but he needs to demand his money back! I could have thrown a fit, yelled and screamed until I got my way but I didn't want this guys attitude to ruin my whole day. I did come home and explain to my wife my experience and let her know I was going to write a review as social media is powerful these days and goes a long way. read more

If you deal with these people be careful. I paid with a credit card, have three receipts and was billed for the purchase a month later. When I called the excuse was that the payment hadn't posted before the bill was sent out. When is a cash or credit card sale posted as not paid. When the company wants to get paid twice or when they have a really bad bookkeeping system. Older people don't alwas keep track and just pay whatever bill shows up. Would they have returned my money if I had paid them? I don't have the extra money to find out. read more

Here it is January 10, 2018. I called this establishment and also went in after not receiving the promised call back.... Was told I was would hear something, yea or nay on Tues January 2. ????? If the answer is Nay, I would still like to know. My question is, can I get the Drive 24" wheels for my moms poly fly Transport/Wheelchair? UPDATE: So I finally spoke with somebody (Chase?) from billing and after explaining my situation, and agreeing to pay the 1 legitimate fee, he did decide to wave the fee.
