A day or so later she got back to me- she was sick with flu and had been hospitalized. Therefore, no orders were going out. Okay, I am sympathetic to that, sort of. You own & run a business, the buck stops with you. Drag your husband, mom, daughter -think outside the box- make calls at least and tell customers there orders will not be delivered. Anyway, she also said she'd deliver a complimentary bouquet when she got back to the office AND, of course, no brainer, credit my account the 138.00. Guess what? It's been 2 weeks, neither of those things have happened. The charge certainly was posted, no problem at all, immediately, sick or not, I got charged. The credit? Hmmm....seems to be AWOL. I am wasting yet more of my time Monday morning on hold with my Visa card bank. Not only did she totally fail the assignment, (to deliver birthday flowers to someone), she has failed even further, I am investing alot of time & aggravation. How would the flowers have been?
