What I like most about Juliet Gould is her genuine enthusiasm for what she does, which is building strength and empowerment by helping me to reach my personal fitness goals. The workouts are varied to include Zumba, stretching, Yoga, Pilates, etc. Ms. Gould is mindful of my physical limitations, injuries, health concerns and works with me to design exercises that are tailored for my body. I had paid for a membership in full back in early 2025. That membership I had agreed to and paid in full was $9.99 a month and close to $125 for the year. I expected to have to pay in full again this year but no I'm seemingly back on a monthly and Three months in a row now I've been automatically charged $88.99, $18.99 and now $19.99. I never agreed to any membership at these rates, the large sum I assume is the yearly charge for gym upkeep and what not. Understandable although hardly ever reflected in the gyms quality. So I went in two weeks ago to cancel my membership the girl at the desk said cancellations can only be done through the app now. Which is ludicrous. My app however with my only email I have, says I have not been a member since 2022. She says okay she will submit some sort of request for it to be cancelled. Well, two weeks have gone by nothing confirming my cancellation and I'm now being charged another recurring $19.99 but this time instead of it being the normal withdraw date of the 19th it's now 5 days earlier on the 14th..!? I've tried calling the location 5 times this morning no answer. What an absolutely horrendous gym this has become.

Working with Sarah is everything I wanted from training…read more I have a movement background, and really enjoy feeling good in my body. But after having a baby, it has taken me such a long time to get back to a place where I feel good in my body. Surprisingly, working with Sarah weekly for 3 weeks now, has already brought me back in touch with my body and my strength in ways that I have really missed. Sarah has a personal training background, and is getting her masters in physical and mental fitness (which I didn't even know about), and working with her is different then working with other trainers (as I have in the past). She is very clear on teaching me the skills and movements (weight lifting and strength training), and I am doing things that I have only seen in movies or on Youtube on Instagram. And it feels so good. The other really cool benefit of training with Sarah is that my mind feels clearer, I feel more resilience and its pretty fun. The bathrooms are new and appear to be clean, as opposed to the Dump called Crunch which is filthy 3. The shower curtains are TOO SMALL and don't cover the opening And why do they have a curtained place in front of the actual shower stall but 1 hook and no bench to put your clothing on ‍‍ 4. The new PF has almost 2 of most equipment, while crunch has 1 of many and OFTEN their crap equipment is broken and takes SEVERAL MONTHS to be repaired 5. I called my bank to dispute the charge, plus show them the email showing I cancelled my membership. They contact Planet Fitness and my bank account was credit back. Then on February 26 this time Planet Fitness charged my bank account 45.06. It has been two weeks still waiting for Planet Fitness to return my money back. Then I contacted the BBB, which they contact Planet Fitness. They are not responding back to the BBB. I told my bank any future charges for Planet Fitness to be refuse. This place stole my money. I am letting everyone know what they did plus I have proof from my bank account. If i can give less no star I would have. As you can see the response I received from Planet Fitness stating I need to cancel my membership by the 10th and it is stated in the contact. In the system when I cancel there should be reminder stating if cancel today or after the 10 there will be still a charge. Better yet you will you be charged but have until the 30 days to enjoy the gym. Instead of ok to cancel but you cannot longer go to the gym because you cancel. I've tried different systems for strength-training in gyms and on my own, but none gave me the results I've seen and felt in the past year. I am the most physically fit I've been in my life, and I relish the boost in my mental and emotional health from every session. Plus, I've never experienced difficulty finding or rescheduling sessions to work for me, so I've found it easy to keep the habit going. The community is unexpectedly wonderful as well. I enjoy the intergenerational semi-private group sessions and the relationships I build with other members. The spirit created is non-competitive, calm, friendly, and light-hearted. There's no intimidation. Edward, Giancarlo, and Felice are fantastic trainers.
