Even went and got the products that they requested due to easier installation process. Jerry didn't seemed too thrilled about doing the job at all, very minimal communication also very abrasive antics. Had a heating radiator crack overnight and needed to shutdown the boiler. Doing so left me without head & hot water. Called Savage Plumbing the next morning and they were at my house within the hour and had bypassed the radiator to get the boiler back on. Ordered a new radiator and had in place as soon as it came in. Excellent work ethic, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Would not hesitate to call again! read more

Jerry Savage and his son are a very good team. Not only do they do great work, they also provide guidance and suggestions. I have used them on multiple occasions. On one such occasion, during the dead of winter, a heat pipe leaked in an attic crawl space. They arrived quickly and rectified the problem before the house got cold. Work was adequate. This guy is a complete and total shyster. Hired for a two day job. Worked for 45 minutes on day two and then tried to rationalize a 90 minute labor fee. Tried to charge 650.00 for a toilet & install on day one. We purchased the toilet ourselves for 119.00 and it took him less than 30 minutes to install on day two. He then took the old toilet, loaded it on the truck without asking & then informed me that would be a 60.00 disposal fee. At the end of the second workday the numbers originally quoted were suddenly much higher than originally discussed and agreed upon. He spent tons of time meandering around outside on his cell phone on work time. When I asked for an invoice he hemmed and hawed and finally tried telling me "I don't do invoices". A week later after insisting on seeing an invoice before paying I see trumped up, inflated charges. Completely unethical and shady. read more
