Food was fire Frisco burger was amazing. 4 out of 5 of us got Friscos and loved them. We just did a mud run and stopped here for lunch. Great plan. Called ahead and requested a reservation for a party of 25. We're told it would be a 30 min wait. Got there and hostesses and manager were VERY snippy with our group. Did not even attempt to make room for our large party. Told us they could not seat our group and that they could not even take our orders until a certain time. Decided to take a drive and happened upon Savannah's. Honestly, we weren't expecting much but boy were we surprised. First, the ladies were nice enough to let us sit in a booth that wasn't cleaned yet. Then Lacie came to take our order. She said the fried chicken was a special price on Sundays. $12.99 for 4 pieces and 2 sides. We both said yes please, when found out they had mashed potatoes and white gravy. I got the green beans per Lacie's recommendation. My husband got the corn. Took a little while because friend chicken takes a little while, but it was amazing. The seasoning was perfect and the chicken was very moist. I thought I wouldn't be able to finish it, but I ate every last bit. So glad we came in. Food is GREAT. I usually get the pork chops. I also come here Sundays for fried chicken like mom made Sunday dinners. The missing star is for the slow service. I understand the chicken wait, But I had slow service even with hamburgers. People are very friendly. Sometimes I check out the bar also. Like the entertainment. Wish they had longer Sunday Morning Breakfast hours. Was told serving to 11 AM. Got there 15 min. before & was told breakfast was over. Had to go to House Springs. This place has amazing food!!! They have smoking and no smoking seating. We don't smoke, so we sat in the nonsmoking section. We couldn't smell the smoke at all! I was so impressed by how good the food was! Everything seemed to be handmade. It came out hot and fresh. It all was so delicious! We ordered the spinach avocado dip with homemade chips, French Dip sandwich, Italian hoagie with homemade potato chips and bbq slaw burger. Again, everything was so good! Great service and the food was also delicious. I ordered the Savannah Salad which had house made Ranch dressing on it.

We came in and sat in the bar area. We sat ourselves and shortly after one of the servers came by to greet us and drop off menus. We ordered drinks and took a minute to review the menu. We ordered burgers and they were really good! We ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger and the Classic burger. They were cooked to our liking and came out quickly. Fries were great too! Service was very friendly and courteous. Next time I'm going to make sure to ask for a side of gravy to dip my fries in. The mushroom swiss burger gravy oozed into my fries and they were delicious. We finally tried Savannahs. We both got burgers & they were very good, cooked just like we ordered. I was very pleased with the side salad I got with mine. We ordered dessert, lava cake for him & the apple caramel thing for me. There was no caramel on it, none! But it was still pretty good. I would suggest maybe serving both desserts with a scoop of ice cream. Service was a little slow but not terribly slow. Overall we liked it & would definitely go back. read more

We love Savannahs and frequent here often. Chris is the best. We especially love having a breakfast place on the weekends.

Food is okay but what I don't care for is when you're in the restaurant section there are windows into the bar area and so anyone sitting at the bar can just stare at your family while you're trying to eat. Kinda wierd set up. read more

First time I have ate here and it was great, service and food. I had the BBQ pork w/ side salad and Mac & cheese. Mac and cheese is special because there is a bit of bacon in it AWESOME idea. The atmosphere was great. The wait was a little long for the meal. Had dinner with the family. We split three appetizers. Fried mushrooms, cheese sticks and onion rings. The onion rings with dipping sauce was my favorite. All were really good. Everyone raved about the French dip. I had the BBQ burger which had coleslaw on the sandwich with a side salad. The burger was really good. There are two entrances. One for the bar and one for the restaurant. You can enter the restaurant through the bar. Beware, there is smoking in the bar. We've always had good food and good service here. Today we went in at 4:40 on a Sunday afternoon and waited for 10 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement. There was one other couple in the dining room and 2 waitresses looked over at us but neither said anything. All they had to do was say, "we'll be right with you" can I grab a drink for you until I can get back to you". Anything would have been nice.
