Its not like a mass wholesaler with tons of products and choices, nor is it fancy with millions of different cheeses and international spices etc. But it gets the job done when you just need to run in quick after work for a few supplies. Things worth noting: Their cold cuts are pretty inexpensive. Also, I prefer their meat selection to that of any Wegmans. I cannot stand those gold foil packs that Wegmans uses. I wanna see red meat and I want to be able to poke it and see if its tender etc. You cant really do that with those gold foil packages. I also prefer their freshly baked pie selection. They have like 6 or so different flavors for way less than Wegmans. (Prices ranging from $4-6, while Wegmans pies go for about $6-12) The Strawberry Rhubarb is my all time fav and you can pre-order it the night before to guarantee you'll get your hands on one!!!! Lastly, my husband is in love with their seafood salad. You can find it at the deli and by the seafood section. Put some on crackers or on a croissant. Yum! Overall, stop in if you are trying to get away from crowds and the hustle and bustle that is at every other grocery store and super center.

When I called the store, the customer service desk told me that because I purchased it in the reduced price area it's not refundable- I purchase from the reduced priced area regularly and I am fully aware of their no-refund policy on reduced items-It's labeled right on the front of the fridge door, but come on!! I'm so used to Wegmans, which is a powerhouse, that I was shocked to see how few registers they had up front. But the lines were not long. They have a good sized produce section, a deli, and a bakery. (Apparently they make the donuts from scratch!) I picked up a few of those to try, and they were delicious. In the back by the bakery is a cute little floral department. Spring gnome decorations were EVERYWHERE, and my daughter thought that was just THE BEST. There is also a pharmacy nestled right in the middle of the store. Prices were a bit more expensive than you'd find at the "big box" stores for many items, but I saw quite a few that were price comparable or cheaper. They've got some great day of the week deals (like sticks of butter on Tuesday, a half gallon of milk on Friday). I also loved the signage - they tagged gluten free, dairy free, heart healthy, and sales were easy to spot. For being a smaller store, they also had a pretty great selection of specialty items! There was a good 4ft sized section in produce devoted to meat free and dairy free right up front. I definitely plan on going back to try out more of the baked goods, and the pizza slices smelled delicious, too!

I had visited this market a few times in the past when in the neighborhood but is not my usual go to market because of how far it is from me. This market has a real neighborhood feel. You know the one with fresh baked goods and a deli counter, making you fresh salads and sandwiches. This is one of the few markets that still employs butchers. The store is clean and the employees all are very friendly and welcoming. They have embraced all the covid-19 safety precautions. Everyone wearing a mask, gloves, and social distancing. Signs are prevelent explaining the protocols. Their prices are very compatible and they run weekly specials that can result in great savings. Their produce, seafood, and meat are fresh and of high quality. Now back to my roast. The butcher came out and took the time to discuss with me what I was looking for. He then went into the back and freshly cut me a roast just as I had asked for. The roast was perfect on Christmas. Very flavorable, with nice marbling. Everyone raved about it. This market might be a bit out of the way but it is worth the drive. You can tell, the owners, and employees take great pride in their business.

Also a large increase in inventory. More tasty treats than ever. As an old white dude who grew up in rural Minnesota, most of the items there are not necessarily things I grew up eating.. but happily my adventurous life has me loving a broad mix of tastes and treats and this is THE place to go!
