The shop owner was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, and the pricing was very reasonable. The final cost ended up being slightly higher than I originally expected, but that was because he took the time during maintenance to point out a loose screw, something that could have turned into a much more expensive issue down the line. I really appreciated being informed and given the choice to address it or not. If you come here, you can expect excellent service, attention to detail, and honest communication. Highly recommended.

3 week update: I got my car back after some back and forth and an eventual massive repair. Perhaps CVT fluid drained instead of Diff, destroying the transmission? Either way, I drove into issues that required a lot of work at their expense. Johnny took care of this and followed up repeatedly. I have my fingers crossed but so far the drive has been solid. I have driven for about 100 miles. It's unfortunate a routine fluid change triggered parts replacement. I will update again. 48 hours later: I'm driving on the 15 freeway and suddenly my front brakes lock up. I have to accelerate through it but it's rough and shaky. If there was any car nearby, I could've caused a massive accident with my sudden stopping. Had to dangerously maneuver across 4 lanes to an emergency shoulder. Heart rate was definitely up. I could smell the strong smell of burning from the front of the car. I knew it must've been the newly installed brake pads and/shocks. I'm still very angry about this. Avoided death, waited for tow truck and ruined a day. I'll be curious to see how they handle my rage Monday. To be continued.

It is covid and the person on the desk doesn't wear mask. Minus 2 stars. Minus 2 stars as well because i just freshly cleaned my car and when i disinfected my car with white cloth, the leather is black as well as the steering wheel after smog test. Most probably because the mechanic was dirty. He said it was my turn to pay, and i waited 10 mins for him while he was called by another customer to check his car that is already serviced / "finished" but he was asking why there is flashing inside his car. The guy in front who was taking payments said i will look into it again while holding my credit card on his hands. (Rolls eyes). I just find it unprofessional to not wear mask as a desk person and to say the car is done even if it is not. For me to wait for another 10 mins in front of the desk while my credit card is in his hands and went straight to the guy's car to park it on their garage. Bye!

They walk you through every service with clear details and honest recommendations, and they've built a network of trusted specialists for things like windshield glass when you need it. The lobby is incredibly inviting and comfy: cushy leather seating, a new high‑top table that makes waiting easy (I've worked from there more than once), plus coffee and water. I always leave feeling taken care of. This shop is a gem!

The Auto Shop Equivalent of a Five-Star Resort! Hehe!…read more I've been bringing my ride here for years, and let me tell you, Eddie and T are the dynamic duo of trustworthy auto care. I come in for everything: oil changes, maintenance, inspections, mysterious noises that make me panic, and price quotes that don't give me heart palpitations. No matter the issue, they always keep it real, no pressure, no unnecessary upsells, just solid advice and expert work. The service? Incredibly prompt, but I highly recommend booking ahead just to be on the safe side! The waiting area? It's practically a VIP lounge. Neat, well-stocked with coffee and water, comfy sofa with tv and the restroom? Immaculately clean which is a rare gem in the world of auto shops. They also run an organized and transparent operation, giving you a detailed service report with estimates for future work. That way, you know what's coming next before your car decides to surprise you at the worst possible moment. Bottom line: Eddie and T make car maintenance feel like a breeze. My car although hitting the 20 year mark still runs efficiently. You just have to realize that parts will fall apart and will need replacement in time. If you need a trustworthy place for all your auto needs, this is it. I still highly recommend them!

It is true that Ryan is easy to work with, and I've had my car's oil changed here for two years. I hoped I could rely on Ryan for all my car services and repairs. However, the diagnostic process was disappointing. My car had the "check emission system" warning in April, and I visited the dealership in May. They ruled out a fuel injector issue (which would be covered by Honda if it malfunctioned) and cleared the code. I informed Ryan of this background during a previous visit, hoping he could diagnose the real cause when the warning popped up again in September. It was quite disappointing when he just read the code and told me that Honda might cover it if it was a fuel injector issue. I already knew that and had done that in May! Because the code was cleared, I had to wait until November when the same warning showed up again. At that point, the dealership said it was an inefficient catalytic converter and quoted $$$$ to replace it. The key is, the catalytic converter was still under the 8-year warranty in September. Had Ryan diagnosed the issue then, I could have taken it to the dealership directly for a warranty repair. It's perhaps unfair to blame Ryan for the warranty situation, as he might not have been aware of it. But how hard is it to diagnose the issue? After the dealer told me to replace the catalytic converter, I did some research and found that narrowing down the cause shouldn't take much time. I even purchased an OBDII reader to confirm the catalytic converter issue myself: idle the car for 10 minutes and then check the voltage of downstream O2 sensors. Ryan could do even more, like inspecting the O2 sensor, as he has a lifter. For $199, I'm not asking too much for a diagnosis. It would have only taken him about 20 minutes of work to provide the customer with more information than what we can get for free from AutoZone or O'Reilly.
