This supermarket is great! From ample, wide spaced, and well- lit parking that makes sense for returning carts to always having plenty of staff and they are truly helpful and friendly. The meat and produce sections always have great deals and the store is clean. This was my first time visiting the store I live about 4 mi away. I like the way the store looks and that it's smaller scale. The selection of the meat and the fruit fresh fruit and produce was great. The other prices for things like cooking sprays and spices etc. Seem to bit high to me. And the milk was $4.79 which is a little high too that was for a gallon. All in all it was good. When I got home I noticed some of the dates on some items were a week or less before expiring. But I would say I recommend it best for fresh fruit, produce, and meat. Condiments I would go elsewhere due to the price. But I really like that it's not a big store and it was really really cold in there. Bonus you can get booze while you are there too lol read more

Good market, with a nice selection of meat to choose from. They even have a liquor counter and a deli that is pretty good. what I have a problem with is rotten produce. It's almost impossible to get fresh fruit and vegetables from here. Last time I was there, I look through a whole bind of lettuce, All Bad. Very few employees wearing masks properly. One woman had it around her chin, and most other employees failed to cover their noses. I love this store, but do not want to buy from a store in the middle of a pandemic when the employees aren't taking it seriously. News flash, you breathe using your nose, too. I like that they carry items you typically cannot find elsewhere, and the bottle return is rarely backed up. They do have a $10 max and you have to use your slips the same day. Not always convenient, but I'm more critical over the lousy PPE usage. They can do better. read more

I like this little market, growing up it was close to Grandma's house so it reminds me of my Gram. They have great meats fresh and very reasonable. I have bought from the deli and was fine with that as well. They have a great wine and liquor section and offer some great deals. This location also has some unique plants and seasonal items at good prices. One thing I get here pretty consistently is the Oasis hummus I love the Bruschetta flavored hummus and this is the only place I know that carries that flavor plus to boot they're 2 for 5 dollars and that's a deal! They're produce is fine decent selection however they do sell questionable produce close to expiring at a deep discount but they also have the fresher variety. As far as non perishable items they are pricier then most markets but you can get deals occasionally on sales. This is a Spartan store and that is the store brand. Great neighborhood grocery store. Family owned. Personal touch. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Meat and produce selection is good quality and prices. Tgey have food bundles to buy in quantity at an even better price. If your looking for an entire meal for a family bbq the bundle works perfect. The deli has made to order meat, cheese, and fruit platters. They always have sales on random items. Candy, pop, juice, alcohol, ice cream, etc. I love this store. This place is great! I went there to see if they had a certain bottle of wine and they exceeded my expectations. They have a huge variety of wine selection to choose from and an awesome choice for liquor as well. The prices were good for great quality alcohol. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helped me out a lot. I go there a few times a month and they have everything stocked which is great during these times we're living in. As an offset to what Robert said, I have to say that I'm pretty happy with the place. I have not however, gotten anything from the deli section so given what Robert said I probably won't. The reason I like the store is because of the meat prices. That is pretty much the only reason I go there. New York strip for $3.99 and the butcher will cut them to the thickness you want if they have any not yet cut. Ground beef can be had for a very good price as well. I've gotten veal roasts very good price and cut to the 4 pound size I wanted. They are very accommodating that way. Plus there is one young cashier in particular that is refreshingly cheery and bright. She really complements the place. The store is about $6 away from me (20 miles each way) but I go there after I'm done golfing. Get on their mailing list and check out the meat prices. They also occasionally have the large plastic containers of salad stuff for a buck. But like Robert said, be aware of the dates because you have a couple days at most. But if you crave that mixed salad you can get it cheap. They have other seasonal items similarly priced, mainly in the summer. There are also rebates in the liquor section as well! Choose carefully and look for the sale items in the weekly circular. The NY strips are tender and taste great. Save some money and who can't use that? read more

Was extremely disappointed to see that they limited their bottle return from noon till 6:00. Does that mean they only sell beverages with returnable containers during those hours? I made the mistake of forgetting to turn in my bottle return slip and went back days later and they refused to take it. Their prices have always been way too high but I liked the deli. The grocery selection was fairly broad and the produce was fresh. However, the staff were extremely rude and after reviewing my ID with a "Professional" they refused to accept my drivers license because they claimed it was illegitimate due to having multiple address change stickers on the back. I was unable to use my credit card and had to drive to Meijer to purchase everything again. (Meijer had lower prices on most things anyways) Pros: Decent selection of alcohol and groceries. Cons: Overpriced groceries and inconsiderate staff that were unhelpful and extremely embarrassing to myself. read more

I'm always happy with the service here. I think it's the place to go if you're looking for something old school like mincemeat. The selection of brands isn't huge but they carry most of the best ones and the store brand id good. Watch for sales; sometimes the prices are crazy good. read more

It's nice to go somewhere where the cashiers remember you, because around here you don't get that a lot. This is a great spot to pick up a few things that you forgot at your usual grocery store. They have a good liquor selection, local wines, craft beers and most everything else you need for groceries. They employees are super helpful and friendly. The prices seem reasonable and there seem to be good sales now and again. They don't have a ton of produce, but enough of the basics to get by. They have a wide variety of frozen foods - even some healthy options. The only thing that I would not get anymore is meat from the deli counter. It has not always been very fresh.
