He fixed a side metal gate that was basically welded shut due to contractors improperly installing the lock by busting out a diamond drill and resizing the bolt hole on the gate. We now have one master key for all home doors + 2 doors on an office attached to the garage and all gates (including a weather proof padlock he included for the gate to the driveway). ONE key for all locks on the property! A master key from the key master. AND he included 4 gardener keys (that he stamped w/ a 'G') that only open the gates and the padlock.
