We decided to give this place a try before going to see a show at American music theater. The menu looked amazing and we knew we could get in and out without any reservations. You order at the counter and they have plenty of menus to help you decide. The tables were a bit small as we had three people, but we made it work. My daughter got the build your own burrito. It came out packed full of flavor and all the ingredients she chose. My mom decided on a good old grilled cheese sandwich. She enjoyed the three different types of cheeses. I got the pesto toast. It was very flavorful with sourdough bread, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and fried eggs. We also split some loaded tots. The bacon was out of this world! My only complaint about the food was the containers that they brought them out in. They were the cardboard to go boxes. For me, it made it hard to eat my toast, although my daughter said I should've picked it up and tried to eat it that way. We also tried the smoothie because hey why not! The Strawberry banana smoothie hit the spot. It's a place I'll definitely stop back in when I need a quick breakfast or lunch when I am in the area. There were plenty of college students from F and M stopping in so I know it's a hit with them as well!

    Cheesesteak

Best cheesesteak I've had in the area. The burritos are huge and sooo good too. They have a little hotsauce bar also with mustard. Very modern inside. Probably the best place I've been to here.

Delicious, wholesome, and convenient! I got the pesto tomato breakfast toast and it was awesome. Service was quick. Would absolutely come again.

I tried this place because of a couple that I follow on TikTok think their name is traveling tourist. Really awesome little spot right next to beilers donuts. Let's get this straight right away. We had the pancake tacos. They're really good but pretty much a novelty thing very filling very good pancake filled with sausage, egg and cheese and their brown sugar black pepper, bacon they're brown sugar, black pepper bacon is a must I could eat that by a bowl full, but the hero of the day was the Monte Cristo definitely one of the better ones I've ever had in my life done just like how you would think it would come if you were in Paris, France, Swiss cheese, ham, turkey, raspberry jam, Dijon mustard, and the Bre's French toast was to die for. overall four out of five and I probably would give him a five out of five, but I have to come here again and try that Montecristo consistency is everything. And I will definitely be back.

I had to have one of each!! They were both amazing. Flavors were on point!! Brittany and James have done it again!!!

I had them both and they didn't disappoint. They tasted amazing!!!! Brittany and James have done it again.

I cannot rave enough about how good the bacon was! Cute ambiance, easy parking, and food was fantastic! Loved the addition of crispy chili oil to my avocado toast and all things we ate were delicious. Will be coming back.

Pork Roll, Egg & Cheese on a Kaiser Roll

I didn't know this establishment was here. I stumbled upon it when I was visiting several adjacent shops. I decided to order the pork roll, egg & cheese sandwich on a Kaiser roll. There were multiple bread options. The sandwich was tasty. Growing up in Philly I did expect a thick slice of pork roll. The sandwich had two crispy thin slices of pork roll. It tasted like pork roll with the consistency of crispy bacon. I did enjoy it even though I was expecting one thick slice. Side note: This is in the perfect location for a family trying to appease all members as it has good breakfast sandwich options and is adjacent to Beiler's Doughnuts and Mean Cup Coffee shop. Great breakfast and beverage options all in the same complex with indoor and outdoor seating at all three shops.

Savoy Truffle is truly a creative food place with delicious and fun dishes! My current favorite is the breakfast hot dog with the sweet bacon, hashbrowns, and egg! The crabby tots weren't that good due to lack of cajun seasoning but the tota were crispy! The sammie is delicious and cheesy. The service is always great & they were happy to take my lunch order even though it was breakfast time still. The location is in a nice area to sit outside and walk around.

I may have finally found the best breakfast sandwich in the city! Been on the hunt for quite a number of years and this was delicious! Recently relocated from the Lancaster Southern Market to this busy little strip. Friendly faces and service makes this an even better stop on your busy Saturday morning. Worth a visit.

Food was fresh but lacking some flavor overall. Service was fast but not very welcoming or inviting. Ambiance was nice and colorful.

I looked on Yelp and quickly pivoted here and I'm glad I did! The woman behind the counter was very kind and personable to everyone who walked in, there were free cookies that they were testing out that customers could take, and the seating was limited but clean. The big windows give nice views out to the parking lot and the rolling hills beyond. I ordered a "Rancher" which was one of the hot sandwiches. A bit like a cheesesteak but with ranch dressing and bacon. The sandwich was ready in no time at all and tasted great! Could definitely see myself coming back next time I'm in the area.

Definitely a top choice if you come here. The sandwich tasted great. The main problem I have is that I am not a fan of their rolls. The rolls are very doughy and seemed like there was too much roll for the sandwich. The service was quick and fast, the lady at the front register was very kind. Great service is always a plus in my mind for a restaurant. The location was clean, easy parking, and setup nice on the inside with plenty of seating. The price per sandwich is a little bit expensive.

I wasn't a fan of the coleslaw. Very different from any coleslaw I've ever had before. Not saying it wasn't good. Just wasn't my thing. The sandwich was good. My son ordered a huge sandwich (can't remember what it was called) and it has coleslaw and fries inside. I snatched a fry and they were so good! Three people, three sandwiches and under $40. Good deal! Especially when two of those sandwiches could have served other people. They were huge.

We ordered the New Yorker sandwich this time (had the Don last time). It was good but not great. The spicy mustard was unevenly applied so was missing on my half and was badly needed. The Don sandwich last week had meat spread throughout and the fries in the sandwich were crunchy and not limp like today's sandwich. We also had naked BBQ wings that were good, but again, not as good as we had last week. The wings were bigger, meatier and better sauced last time. Apparently didn't take pics last weekend for comparison, but it was noticeably better then so would suspect that cooking is uneven. Last week was a 5, today was just a 3, so I averaged.

This was my 2nd time coming to Mad Chef!…read more The first time I came here was about 2 years ago (before doing yelp reviews). I was not very impressed. This time around I cannot complain! Their specials are all revolving around the Masters which was unique! We tried the Pimento, Fried Green Tomato, Chicken Sandwich (The Pimento Birdie). This was a delicious sandwich that just screams Georgia! We also tried the Madfather Chicken Sandwich! Pesto, Vodka Sauce, Mozzarella, this thing was outstanding! The fries are always a highlight here! We got the bucket (had a bigger group) and it came with 3 sauces. 1 tiny little knock on the fry bucket....the entire bucket was not filled with fries. The bottom of the fry bucket had about an inch or 2 of crinkled up paper..... All of the food was outstanding. The beer was good. Tons of space and seating. Very easy ordering process. Go up to the counter, tell them your table number, and your food arrives shortly! Prices are high here! Expect a larger number on your check if consuming both food and alcohol!

Big Sigh... An attempt to create something good, unsual, but…read morenot only falls short in doing so, the inflated prices were enough for you to rethink your groceries for the week. Maybe what I smelled upon walking inside Mad Chef, were hops; I'm unsure. There was a lingering, unpleasant scent (hay/old peanut shells, an earthy staleness). When my food arrived, the scent dissipated. I purposely took a picture of the fish, on my fried fish sandwich, to illustrate what $17 and some change, looks like - very thin. The fish fry was tasty, slightly undercooked, soft crusted and soft bun, fresh condiments and those "pickles" were stellar. They were the best part of my meal. I would seriously purchase a jar of those pickles. Was wary of how hot honey would mesh with a pepperoni pizza, but surprisingly, the sweet heat and the savoriness of the pepperonis, worked well together. The only miss and it's a pretty big "miss," was the paper thin, tasteless crust, acting only as a vehicle to hold the toppings. Suggest you improve the crust and then, you'll have a stellar pie. Loved the peach bread pudding with brown sugar ice cream, but once again, for the price; the portion was skimpy. Liked the touch of homemade whipped cream, but it was overly whipped (stiff and tasteless), making it actually, impalatable.
