Dylan and Samantha were so patient with us while we decided what to order and answered all of our questions since it was our first visit. Their customer service made the experience even better. I placed an order a few days ago and confirmed it with the owner on Wednesday. The day before pickup, I also texted the order details and was told everything was confirmed. When I arrived, she initially said she had no record of the order and didn't remember it. After I showed her the messages, she acknowledged it and asked for 30 minutes to prepare it (around 12:40 PM). I explained I was on a break from a pediatrician's office and needed to be back at work by 1 PM. She offered to deliver the order instead, so I paid in full and left trusting it would be handled. There was no communication afterward, and my calls went unanswered. The order was eventually delivered at 2:47 PM, over an hour and a half later than expected, with no prior update or apology. The cupcakes themselves were very pretty and large, but not worth $58 in my opinion. Most of them tasted like box mix, with the banana pudding flavor being the only one that really stood out. Really delicious cupcakes! I have seen several reviews of this place on my Instagram feed so I decided to check them out. The cupcakes are made to order, so go browse some of the other shops while you wait for your order to be finished. I came in the middle of the day, on a weekday, and my order was ready in about 10 minutes, as there were a few other orders in front of mine. The cupcakes are $6 to $7 a piece, depending on the flavor. I ordered the Butterfinger, lemon crunch banana pudding, and cinnabon flavored cupcakes. The cake itself was moist and spongy, just like a good cupcake should be. The frosting was perfectly sweetened with a generous amount of the respective namesake toppings. The cinnabon flavor even had a little mini cinnamon bun on top. If you're not paying by card, it might be a good idea to bring exact change. They didn't have exact change the day I visited and seemed to assume I wouldn't mind the difference, even though it was close to a dollar. I ended up leaving a few extra dollars, plus that change, as a tip, but if you prefer to receive your full change, it's something to keep in mind. read more

I was excited to try this place. I love cupcakes, I heard an awesome review on Nextdoor and went to the IG page and my mouth was watering. I decided to swing by Tuesday evening. I walked right up and began eying the cupcakes. I was greeted immediately and asked how I could be helped. I asked for a recommendation between two different cupcakes. When, I clarified that I only wanted one, I noticed a change in demeanor. I've never tasted the cupcakes so I'm not going to buy two and not even like them. My sister showed me a video on Instagram of this bakery and everything looked so good, so I was excited to try it. St. Charles Mall isn't too far from me so I went today. I ordered a selection for everyone in my house to try. When I walked up, there were several people standing around waiting for their orders. The lady at the counter was calling out to her staff to hurry in getting orders ready. She was writing orders down on a piece of paper, but they seemed to be mixing things up a bit. I ordered an oreo cookie, 2 white chocolate cheesecake cupcakes, a cookies and cream cupcake, a strawberry crunch cupcake and an order of banana pudding. The board only shows the price of the cookies ($5 each) and she wrote down $10 for the banana pudding, so I asked how much the cupcakes were and she responded,"$6 or $7". I thought it was odd that she didn't give a specific price. Also, eventhough she wrote down $10, I was charged $11 for it. None of the desserts were what I was expecting. The oreo cookie was a large sugar cookie with an oreo on top and some melted candy drizzle on it. My husband said the strawberry crunch cupcake was really good. My dad said the banana pudding tasted ok, but it had very little banana and was mostly custard and cookies. The cookies and cream cupcake was just a yellow cake cupcake that was topped with very sweet icing and an oreo. The white chocolate cheesecake cupcakes were yellow cake cupcakes with a little icing and what looked liked small slices from a grocery store cheesecake sampler pack. I had the privilege of checking out this place. I love the signage very cute and inviting. I ordered 4 different flavors the biscoff , lemon crunch, French vanilla, banana pudding. My favorite were the biscoff and lemon crunch which were so moist and delicious. I would certainly go back to order those again and add a few new ones that I saw on display. The young lady who took our order was very nice and was very attentive and patient as we were not sure what we wanted. Amazing! I got cupcakes from here for Christmas and my family loved them. This is our new go to spot for all of our family events now. My personal favorites are the sweet potato, blue velvet, banana pudding, Oreo, and strawberry crunch. They a lot of flavors to choose from and they rotate the flavors so if you want to ensure you get a specific one I would place an order for them. I saw some bad comments about the service, I will say that I found out it's a family run business and the son and daughter are at the cash register sometimes, they aren't always the most attentive (not uncommon for teenagers) but they are as sweet as the cupcakes I would say give them a little grace and continue to support small business. read more

I am and will always be in support of black business however I will not partake in businesses that lack integrity. I asked the baker if the requested cake was possible for them to complete. Provided that I wanted a lemon filling, for the cake to say "Happy Birthday" and my sons name on top. What I received was a lackluster attempt where the baker was in fact not able to successfully complete the cake as illustrated. There was no lemon filling and quite frankly the cake tasted like a box replica that can be purchased from the store. Customer service and communication is not a priority also the business practices of this establishment are quite shady. The owner demanded payment in full prior to completion of the job, even when a deposit option was suggested. There also isn't an option of a refund if you aren't satisfied with the cake. On pickup there was no guarantee to ensure accuracy of the product.
