After hearing about how delicious the burgers are here, my family and I decided to check them out…read more We dined here on Monday night. Everyone had burgers, fries, onion rings. The blonde woman that was making our food was very pleasant and wore gloves. The burgers were all overcooked unfortunately, but we still ate them. I stopped in here again last night for a beer and they had burger sliders on special. I sat at the bar and had a front row seat to the grill. What I witnessed was disgusting. The brunette working the grill did not wear gloves and she was touching everything. The burger buns, raw hamburger meat, pickle slices, raw onion, she grabbed fries with her bare hands right out of the mini fryer, onion rings were thrown in a paper basket with her hands, she was also getting drinks for customers, handling money and touching her face. How has no one contacted the health department??! I finished my beer and left. I loved the ice cold beers in the big mugs and the dive bar atmosphere, but I won't return.

My friend and I were looking for a good bar burger and this place ticked all the boxes. Burgers were huge and juicy. The patty melt was on buttered Texas toast. The fries were the crispy shoestrings and lightly salted. We shared the Philly steak egg rolls with bang band sauce and ended up taking doggy bags home with the large portions. The ladies working here were all nice and made us feel welcome. They have a full bar, keno, and an outside dining area in addition to seating inside. Larson's was excellent and the perfect place for a big ole bar burger and a few drinks.

The road is totally closed and the detour may take you 15-20 minutes out of your way if you're taken by surprise. Just know your detour options in advance and you'll be fine. That said, it's worth the effort to make it to Webber's! The location is in Erie, MI technically, but it feels like Point Place. It's located on Lake Erie or the river flowing into Lake Erie and is a very casually charming location. Be sure to have a reservation unless you don't mind dining in the bar area. We were there to celebrate a birthday and were seated inside (in A/C on a hot humid evening) and had a pleasant table with a view of the waterfront. The atmosphere is very comfortable, though I wish they had booths. Nevertheless, we had a nice dining experience. Our server was friendly and efficient. She immediately got us started with drinks and answered questions about specials and the menu. My friend had tried and true fish and chips and took home leftovers. I had the grilled shrimp and scallops combo with a baked potato and green beans. Everything was excellent. Definitely recommend!!

They had no tomatoes. Even after they didn't have what we wanted. I asked a manager if we could order shrimp cocktail and a perch sandwich and was simply told NO. They walleye was completely full of bones. The French onion soup was the worst I have had. The calamari was served cold. The clam strips were fine.My son said his perch and frog legs were good. The best thing I had was a piece of dinner bread that they charged me extra for. I expect alot more for how expensive this was. I will never come back. This place has went extremely down hill.

When it came in a small clear plastic cup, I asked server George about it being a large and he pointed out it said 20 oz on the bottom of the cup. The bill called it a "Schooner", boy what a mis-label if I ever saw one. Would hate to see their small (regular size) beer. Maybe it is served in a dixie cup. My fish basket 5 pc, was great with plenty of fries and coleslaw, and hushpuppies. Wife chose the Jumbo Coconut shrimp basket that really contained "Jumbo" shrimp and plenty of dipping sauce. Overall fair for the money, EXCEPT the pretend Schooner thing. Guess rule is if you want any beer bargain there, must arrive before the 7 pm cutoff time. Young man waiter George will do good in this industry.

READ WHOLE THING…read more While me and my boyfriend were there we ordered, a maple margarita, waters, vodka cranberry, pretzel bites, 8in pepperoni pizza and the street tacos with jalapeno corn on the side (extra). out waitress was very very nice. she did everything we needed and was super polite. the maple margarita was one of the hardest to get down drinks i've ever ordered. tequila and cinnamon do not mix do not get that drink. the restaurant was a nice cute dive bar vibe and if perfect for dive bar quality. but the food. my tacos were good with the corn on the side - i love corn so i ordered that extra - i was happy with what i got. the pretzels we ordered were amazing and the picky eater boyfriend i have liked them too. he is the pickiest eater ive ever met. he did not like the pizza. you cant expect the best from a dive bar. i had a good experience my boyfriend did not, but i did not like that margarita. i had an overall 8/10 experience for a dive bar while my bf says he had a 4/10. take that with what you will. i would go again. he wouldn't.

If you're looking to do a quick drop off a package to UPS for any reason whether it's shipping across the country or for an Amazon return, let me just tell you right now this is not the location to go to. As they have it, the lines don't start at the counter the line start in the middle to back end of the store so the lines are always overpouring outside of the store resulting in people waiting in the street or on the side, blocking H&R Block . The service is something else, they make you feel almost incompetent for trying to ship a package and question your address to make you feel as if you are now gaslighted. The outrageous requirement to purchase a whole roll of tape from their overpriced sectional is mind-boggling. This is the only location I know of an all of UPS that requires you to purchase a roll of tape for just a strip in order to seal your package. I have never experienced any other location and let me tell you it just reflects poorly on the management style by doing so. In my opinion, there should be two lines while at at this location. One line for all scanning goes to ensure that everyone gets their receipt because as the review left by someone similar, they've had multiple packages be stolen and this UPS will not check the cameras or give you an excuse as to why they cannot. The other line strictly for people who are looking to send out a package. This would really streamline the service and would actually make more people feel comfortable coming here.

They're good at their jobs, but only the task-oriented part of it. I'm surprised at the reviews…read moresaying how nice they are. Nearly every employee has a negative, nasty look on their face. You won't be greeted with a smile. You'll receive a generic greeting because it's in their job description. No people skills or actual kindness. But they WILL bite their tongue if they're impatient with you. The impatience is still obvious though. You can tell they don't like customers and that your presence is a bother to them. I once had an issue and dealt with the manager Andrew. He was hostile and clearly impatient with me. Was I rude to him? Nope, never. I had a genuine smile and was extremely polite. I work in customer service and know how to actually be nice to people, including everyone in this bunch. I've been nothing but nice to all of them for years, and have received zero kindness in return (except for one or two of the newer employees). I see them relate to each other and talk nice because they work together. But customers? No, why be kind to them. My last visit was the best because of the brunette girl with the sunglasses on her head. She loves to smile at my husband, but is catty towards me. She looks me up and down all the time and has for years. I have confidence in myself, so there's absolutely no jealousy here. I've never said anything and have never even given her a funny look. Nothing... I'm guessing she's jealous because I'm thinner? I don't know what her problem is. I've tried being nice many times, but she puts on a snobby act and seems incapable of genuine kindness. It's sad.
