I went today to do Amazon drop off, don't have a clue what the other reviewer was taking about.. Kohl's is the only drop off original packing not required! UPS does not package for you. The ladies in store were nice, polite and friendly. I figure you get what you give! Five stars.. on customer service during my visit, which was a bit busy at 12 noon. read more

It's a busy place but it's not a long wait, not by my standards anyway. Everyone was professional, friendly and knew what they had to do. on or about 14 May, 2023, a young black lady behind the counter took my 2 Amazon returns, gave me one receipt. When I inquired, she indicated that both items would be returned and tracked with the single receipt. A couple of weeks later, I was informed that one of the items that I returned via UPS did not arrive for Amazon, and the I would be recharged for the same. When I returned to the UPS store in Livonia, I was informed by a young white male that UPS did not keep records of the return to Amazon, and could not assist me. I have little recourse except to make a complaint. read more

This store was the worst ! I went to open a mailbox when the store opened , there was two sales people who had no clue on what to do . They called someone on the phone who stated they would be there in a hour ! Who runs a store and the staff isnt trained to meet the needs of the people . Honestly this store is really going to take a hit for business with the awful attitude the female employee displays. This isn't my first time in the store and it isn't my first time with this experience with her either. I thought the first time was just possibly a bad day for her but now being my second encounter with her definitely doesn't matter. Being a small business owner I KNOW that businesses thrive on customer service . This time my card wasn't being read by their machine and I took it out and I was scolded for "locking up her computer because I removed my credit card" Honestly if I didn't have to have this package shipped in a timely manner I would have taken my business else where! Went to drop off a package from Amazon, the directions said they will package it for you. When I get there they said they don't do that. I said well the directions say you do. Well sorry we don't. Then the manager proceeded to say excuse me to move and when I didn't move fast enough he started to get a real big attitude as if I did something wrong. I moved over as far as I could. Samer is his name and I was told nothing could be done because he is the owner, sad because no one should be talked to like that. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Just came from there. I was working with a woman regarding an amazon return - I was trying to understand the return method and packing, since I've only returned an amazon purchase there one other time and last time the process was different. She was bothered I was asking questions and visibly frustrated. I was getting answers such as "well Amazon says a lot of things". She was argumentative and had a chip on her shoulder during the entire conversation. Finally, she said, I needed to stop being rude. She had I was rude multiple times. I said nothing and then finally said, I thought she was being rude. Another UPS employee standing next to to the woman I was working with, named Haley with red hair heard me say her colleague was being rude, then screamed (yes, screamed) "get out of the store" and then ran into the back of the store even though she was in the middle of helping a man at the counter. The poor man was left standing there looking confused. When this happened, I asked another UPS employee (a man) who was standing behind the counter if he was the manager. He said yes and proceeded to do absolutely nothing to help with the situation. I then asked the manager if I could trust them to send the package after the exchange at the counter. At that point the employee, Haley who was hiding in the back screamed "no". I ask the manager if he heard what she said - and if they were going to ship my package (or just throw it out based on her comment). Then manger made a sarcastic remark. At that point, I said, I think I'm going to go, and the manager said " Good. Leave the store and don't ever come back". I said your telling me that no reason. He said "yes, I can say that". I let him know I would be calling the UPS District Manager. He said "Good". Who in their right mind would ever let a trio like this ship anything for them? Let alone anything of value. Saying they are unprofessional doesn't begin to describe this experience. read more

This is my go to store for everything....first my girls are smart as all get there is nothing they don't know how to do....my guys are versatile....and mingle right in....getting the job done....Covid19 has stopped me from going as much as I used to....but I'm not worried.....soon enough I'll see you guys....Love you guys read more

Nice employees but rude manager. They now charge $1 for taping a package shut and/or adhering the shipping label. Ridiculous.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Yesterday Jan 6th at around 545pm I came into this location needing some help with a package I had shipped from the locations a few days before. What I needed help with the young lady wasn't sure how to do it, she was kind of new. She asked her manager for help. He rolled his eyes at her, sighed heavy, came over. Practically pushed her out of the way. & then walked away without fixing my problem. The girl apologized & I felt so sorry for her. I've already called corporate on him. I suggest this owner find a new manager. read more

What a terrible customer service experience top to bottom. In town for the holidays, I went to this location with my mother to resolve an issue with a package that hadn't been delivered to the requested address. When originally sending the package, the employee put in the wrong address and the computer adjusted it to a different location - my mother didn't put up a fight at the time because the UPS employee said that was an automatic thing that wouldn't impact delivery. This should have just been a simple instance of an employee making a mistake - even though the package wasn't delivered before Christmas, all they needed to do was resend the package to the right address and we would have been fine. Instead, the manager Jacob Beaune first alleged we were at fault for giving a nonexistent address; then after confirming that the requested address was real in their system he implied we were lying about the original transaction and had given the wrong address in the first place. At the same time employee Allison Bushwick, who had made the original error, started screaming at us - she apparently felt that by pointing out user error we were challenging her intelligence. After screaming out of control (this is not an exaggeration) for a few minutes she stormed into the back of the store. Manager Jacob watched this display calmly without saying anything before going back to alleging any error must have been entirely on our part. At this UPS location, the customer is not always right. In fact, the standard is not even that high - any customer service issue must be exclusively the fault of the customer, and the customer will be treated as poorly as possible. If you work with Jacob Beaune or Allison Bushwick, get ready to be subjected to abuse. We will be contacting UPS corporate over this issue and I urge anyone in the Westland area to find a different location or a different carrier for their mail needs. read more

On Saturday December 5, I arrived at this UPS location extremely frustrated and disappointed after having a horrible experience at a FedEx on Plymouth Rd., Livonia. As soon as I walked into UPS, a man immediately greeted me with a smile, and asked a young lady (I believe her name was Allison) to help me. Allison was incredibly nice and efficient- I was worried my box would not fit all of the gifts I had to ship, but as opposed to the assistant at FedEx who rolled her eyes at me, Allison rearranged my items to make it work. She also recognized the gifts were being sent to a charity organization and offered me a AAA discount. The location is a bit out of my way, but well worth the drive have such kind staff. They made the shipping process as easy as it could be for me, as opposed to the FedEx who acted frustrated and put out that I was asking them to ship a package. read more
