He is very experienced and knowledgeable. Both Rafael and Jacie are easy to talk to and work with. Jacie had stopped by my house multiple visits to ensure measurements were correct and she gave really great input for how flooring pattern should be laid as well as the designs for the rest of the remodel. The modern designs team have such great attention to detail and that's very rare to find with a lot of contractors nowadays. They treated me more than just a customer which made the process fun and easy to work with. They finished in the time promised unlike other contractors who will push back a lot and delay. These guys are the best in Vegas!! I did a lot of shopping around for quotes and materials and these guys are very reasonably priced for the best quality work. Another thing that separates them is that they are good at communicating and kept me updated every step of the way. ALSO at the end of the remodel he sends in a cleaning crew which shows they go above and beyond. Most companies just leave a mess and let the home owner worry about cleaning. When we moved to Las Vegas we feared another long painful experience with contractors that way over promise fall short. We interviewed at least 10 companies. They ranged from low ballers that just want your money to big companies that you are one of many on their schedule. We went with Terra Mia because the owner came and went through our "small" project of a tweak to a bathroom for my elderly parents moving in a few months and a gut renovation on the primary bathroom. He was the only person to be honest with us to what needed to be done to do the job right. He also committed to a very aggressive timeframe to make sure it was done before my parents moved in. The pricing was very fair. Based on the other estimates it was on the top end of the bids but based on our experiences with home remodeling the lower priced bids usually cost much more in the long run. During the process we decided to gut the kitchen, and redo the HVAC system as well. Again Terra Mia promised to added 2 major projects to this already aggressive timeframe. The results: AMAZING!!! Everyone that worked on our home was knowledgeable, professional, and treated our home like they were working on their own. Every project has hiccups. The Real tell of a good contractor is how they manage them to ensure the client is satisfied and informed. This is definitely a strength with Terra Mia. We had very definite designs in mind Terra Mia was able to make our vision a reality. This was done by working with us to discuss functionality, technical issues, and find creative ways to deliver on time and on budget. But I just realized this company doesn't deserve a 5-star review. They messed up my water temperature during the renovation. They used Preferred Plumbing. Do not trust them with any plumbing work. Since the renovation, I never had cold water in my shower again. Water comes out hot, to the point that it's burning sometimes. Also, I contacted the owner about almost 2 months ago about my grout looking ugly, and he never responded. I've paid them so much money. I don't deserve this kind of customer service. I'm filing a complaint to the BBB and NV Contractors Board about Terra Mia and Preferred Plumbing.

We agreed on some cabinets and we wanted to pay for them right there and then because we were paying with her credit card, the manager said he would take payment on pick up. My wife told him she was going to be working and wasnt going to be able to come. The guy said that it would be fine. I show up today, i give him the invoice of what was being picked up along with my wife's credit card. He then asks me if she is around. I told him she was at work like we told him two days prior. He refused to take the credit card for payment. I understand the precautions to protect credit card purshases, however we were ready to pay two days ago when my wife was on her day off and he rejected the payment. So my issue is that this guy completely messed up my schedule workday and since I had to find a ride with a truck since we dont own a truck, my auntie changed her schedule to help us out and also ended up paying the cabinets with her credit card. Having her pay for the cabinets and use of her truck is going to stack up the work assignments at her house and constant reminder of her having to bail us out of a jam. Just a horrible experience and when I asked him for his boss info he tells me he is the GM and only the owner is above him and did not want to give me that information. As a PTSD veteran with anger issues his constant evasive dismissive attitude was really causing issues in my head. Karma is gonna pay you back.

He didn't ever rush me to make a decision, always followed up and simply made the process of picking our new island cabinets so easy. HE is the reason we went with Cabinet Sellerz, to be honest. I was confident in his reliable customer service. Fast forward several months to us getting the cabinets, putting them together, installing them, getting new countertops... whew. The process was LONG! BUT! I am SOOOOOOO happy with our new island. It brought me to tears to see the final product and I know that Cabinet Sellerz was a huge player in making this project a reality. Aaron gave me guidance on the appliance cabinet and range hood because my inspiration photos didn't exactly fit our kitchen in size and scale. They also worked with us on timing because my hardware didn't arrive, and they came back and installed everything despite the extra time because we had backplates and different pulls for each size cabinet which was complicated. We also appreciated their professional partner companies like National Stone that helped guide me to the perfect quartzite color that worked with our natural slate floor. I was set on a color and they were right it would have looked odd. Their guidance actually gave me everything we were looking for. We have now been living with our new kitchen for more than 6 months and love it more today. We would highly recommend CS because of their competitive pricing, professionalism, transparency and attention to the details.
