Horrible experience, ruinned my day, the person that helped us with transportation. We (my wife and I) came to this store to look at some cabinets. We agreed on some cabinets and we wanted to pay for them right there and then because we were paying with her credit card, the manager said he would take payment on pick up. My wife told him she was going to be working and wasnt going to be able to come. The guy said that it would be fine. I show up today, i give him the invoice of what was being picked up along with my wife's credit card. He then asks me if she is around. I told him she was at work like we told him two days prior. He refused to take the credit card for payment. I understand the precautions to protect credit card purshases, however we were ready to pay two days ago when my wife was on her day off and he rejected the payment. So my issue is that this guy completely messed up my schedule workday and since I had to find a ride with a truck since we dont own a truck, my auntie changed her schedule to help us out and also ended up paying the cabinets with her credit card. Having her pay for the cabinets and use of her truck is going to stack up the work assignments at her house and constant reminder of her having to bail us out of a jam. Just a horrible experience and when I asked him for his boss info he tells me he is the GM and only the owner is above him and did not want to give me that information. As a PTSD veteran with anger issues his constant evasive dismissive attitude was really causing issues in my head. Karma is gonna pay you back. read more

I have an investment property in Vegas that needed a kitchen remodel. My contractor told me to check out this place for countertop materials. Out of all the stores I visited, this one had the most options and the quality was clearly better. The quartz was very shiny and looked great. In the end, I chose Calacatta Verona. We went with white cabinets. After paying, we were able to pick everything up the same day. The whole process was very smooth. Highly recommend. read more

Unfortunately, they were out of the one I wanted so Ricardo said to check back and after a month Ricardo walked me back to make sure the slabs were the exact style I wanted. I was extremely hesitant to go here for my new countertops due to the reviews. My really good friend flips properties and has used them multiple times so I went through with it because of his recommendation. Buying pre-fabricated countertops saved me at least $5k and they are beautiful!! I chose the snow white quartz countertops for my kitchen. I ended up being very happy with it that I snowballed and decided to do my two bathrooms with the same material. The staff here is nice. Kailah took great care of me and was super patient letting me pick out the color. She ran multiple quotes as well. When I picked the material and they gave me the final quote of how much I would need to buy for my kitchen I asked for them to include adding a waterfall edge which they said they did. Later I went and looked at some other stores and no one could be their prices so I went back but then they said I needed to buy more material because the measurements were adding up so that was a little frustrating. It kind of freaked me out because I started thinking maybe the reviews are true but I followed through. I love that I was able to keep my items there for 15 days and have the option to do an extension if I needed. My contractor went and picked up the slabs. Jesus and Mike were very helpful and working hard. I am so happy with the way these countertops came out! I would shop here again in a heartbeat. I'm pretty sure once you leave the lot if there's any material defects, you are not allowed to return it. Double check that info and also make sure you or your contractor inspects the pre-fab slab closely before leaving. read more

Before I begin, I want to point out that there are 2 FAKE 5 star reviews on google. The first is from Carolina Hag who is the employee who helped us, and the second is from Ricardo Herrera who Carolina identified as the store manager. I have attached screenshots of these fake reviews to provide evidence of this deceptive practice. I want to make sure future potential customers aren't deceived the same way that we were. My wife and I visited Unioncraft at the start of March in hopes of designing our kitchen and three bathrooms. Initially, we were optimistic, but our experience quickly deteriorated. Our troubles began with communication issues. Despite our attempts to reach out to Carolina, an employee at Unioncraft, regarding invoices, we were met with consistent silence. Promises of follow-ups were made but never fulfilled, leaving us feeling ignored and frustrated. I have also attached screenshots of our attempts to communicate and the lack of response to showcase the extent of this issue. During our visit on April 22, Carolina identified errors in our original invoices, resulting in a sudden price increase. Despite assurances of resolving the matter and contacting us for payment arrangements, further communication was non-existent, adding to our growing disillusionment. The final straw came when we discovered discrepancies in slab availability. Initially informed of only 2 slabs being available, we visited Unioncraft to pay for the project, only to learn upon arrival that 3 slabs were needed. This blatant mismanagement and disregard for accuracy left us questioning the competence and integrity of the establishment. Overall, our experience at Unioncraft was deeply disappointing. Deceptive practices, poor communication, and organizational failures overshadowed any initial enthusiasm we had. We lost two months to this business, please do yourself a favor and don't make our mistake. read more

Customer Service is really bad. Was sent here by my contractor to choose countertops. There were 2 women and 1 guy working the front but they kept ignoring me for other walkins. My husband and I waited over 30min with no help. I took pics of the ones I liked and called them. (Yup we left and called from the parking lot) Guess what both choices were out of stock. This was the worst experience I've ever had. And for a $6500 purchase. They input the wrong cabinet and instead of just calling their "warehouse" to switch out the correct one, charged me a restocking fee and charged me for the correct one. Not to mention being rude about the entire thing and even hanging up on my contractor as they were trying to figure out how the mistake happened. There was hidden damage on the boxes. The materials themselves are cheap. Nothing comes with instructions and doesn't even have the usual pre-drilled holes other brands come with. First they never return phone calls second they advertise in facebook prices that you come to their place to find different prices than you find out that contractors have different pricing . They don't care about your time or what they quote. Had a quote direct from there account and they wouldn't honor price. Already paid for product based of price quoted and they tried to adjust the price after the sale. Horrible business practices and they have no problem screwing you over do not do business with them.
