Everytime we pass by the Atlantic Blvd exit I see tons of people watching the sunset, so tonight we gave it a try. Absolutley chaos at the levee parking lot at 540pm with barely enough space to enter with large vehicles trying back out and leave with people aimlessly walking around. Finally found a parking space as we watched the car next to us get dinged by a frantic onlooker exiting their car in haste. The unobstructed orangy red sun just dropped below the horizon into the everglades. No place to sit on the gravel road so take your chair. Lots of bicycles riding up and down the path and fishing is permitted too. Pitch darkness by 615pm so bring a flashlight and watch for vicious alligators.

If you're looking for a peaceful, scenic walk with a beautiful sunset, this is the place for you. I arrived around 5 p.m., which gave me plenty of time to enjoy a relaxing walk before the sun went down. There's plenty of parking, which is always a plus! I brought my dog, and we both loved the trail. Some people brought chairs to relax and watch the sunset, others were fishing, and some were biking. It was so calming being surrounded by the marsh. Honestly , this is one of the best sunset spots in South Florida.

Amazing western sunset through miles of Everglades. Hundreds of people came to this Atlantic exits just off the Sawgrass Expressway. My hubby and I were only minutes away from missing the sunset. When google said the sunset was at 545pm they weren't kidding. Next time I will bring a chair. This was the perfect time of year to watch the sunset since it was cool outside with mosquitoes.

I had read about this spot. Apparently, it offers amazing sunsets. Unfortunately, the time we were there was not the right time for this. We appreciated the open space. We appreciated being able to see the vastness of the Everglades. They were in the process of updating and building the parking area.

This place has officially been added to my favorite places to run! The scenery, and the animals you get a glimpse of while there are lovely to encounter. You will find snakes, colorful grasshoppers, birds, and gators in the water. There are 3 paths you can choose from to walk/run. All 3 trails go on for miles, I could never take them all the way down. lol You will also find people fishing the waters or waiting to watch the sun set. It's a great place to visit day or night! Definitely bring sunscreen and bug spray for daytime walks or runs.

Beautiful place. Peaceful, relaxing. Long walking trail. People would bring their chair to see sunset. Dogs are allowed. This place gets pack. Arrive before sunset. Parking is hard to find. Have to park on the curb. Just be respectful and enjoy the experience.

Excellent views of the Everglades. Perfect for biking, walking, running. Very limited parking... got crowded quickly towards sunset. There was a food truck parked. A lot of folks with chairs etc to hang for the sunset

I've been coming here multiple times a year for years. Whether to go for a run or view the sunset, I've always enjoyed coming out here. Parking can fill up quick for the sunsets so get there early or be prepared to park about a half a mile away and walk. If you're going for a walk, run, or bike ride, any of the directions give you the option to see gators. I've found that going west let's you see the most. Bust, the horseflies can be the worst going west. Definitely a beautiful spot to go for some away from the city views.

Great sunset trail for biking or running. Not much shade. Great wildlife. Bring water!

The sunset there is one of the best views in South Florida! Unfortunately, the parking is terrible. It's best to go early.

Great walk! Get there early if you want to catch the sunset. We parked at the very end of the line.

Great spot to take in the sunset. Just bring your bug spray and watch out for gators.

Biking west on the greenway. The levee goes out almost 11-miles into the everglades from Sawgrass Expressway.

Parking is terrible and people park everywhere which makes entering and leaving at sundown dangerous.

We arrived around 7:30-7:45am and were on the water by 8am. We spent about 2 1/2 hours rolling to some of the spots they knew well. A couple of kingfish and a few others (don't ask me I'm just there to catch them all). The entire morning was relaxing, fun and filled with great conversation. The Captain Jeff pulled out the kite and I have to say this has been on my bucket list for a long time. I've always wanted to see it done live and in person. What an amazing experience. I was able to catch a couple of great fish as they put the kite out. But unfortunately for us we had to pull it back in about 20 minutes in due to a storm rolling in super fast. I plan on doing this again though I would love a catch and release for a sailfish. Dave was amazing and kept us going non stop and gave us breaks when needed. He was just awesome and fun to chat with. My husband was a good sport (seeing as my fish were bigger and better eating than his) and that made the trip for me! :) 4 hours was awesome but next time I'll try to book a couple of days maybe a morning and then a different afternoon. So much fun!! I can't wait to come back. The awesome thing is the guys recommended we filet one of the fish up to take up the dock to a restaurant that would cook it right up for us. So that is exactly what we did...you can't get any fresher than that...what an awesome recommendation!

It was a good trip even if the catch was minimal. Captain…read moreJeff took time to teach us different fishing techniques. Hoping for better weather and better luck.

Absolutely unreal day on the water with Captain Jack and Christina…read more From the second we left the dock, they were dialed in - professional, calm, and clearly masters of their craft. Every detail was handled, every question answered, and the energy on the boat was confident but relaxed. We ended up landing a 7.5 ft sailfish and a 14 ft hammerhead - a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience. What stood out most wasn't just the fish, though. It was how Captain Jack and Christina guided us through every step of the fight. Clear coaching, constant communication, and total composure even when things got intense. Christina worked nonstop and went above and beyond all day. Both of them were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely excited for us. You can tell they care deeply about what they do and about the experience their guests have. I've fished a lot of places, and this was one of the most memorable days I've ever had offshore. If you're even considering booking with them - do it. You won't regret it.

The best part is all the gear and equipment and bait is included for all paying guests. There's several trip options to choose from. Early morning, during the days and their late night trip. We have done all, and I prefer the late nights. The water is calmer, it's not as hot, and it's pretty relaxing if you ask me. The business operates daily, weather permitting. The boats are pretty big, they seem to be able to hold about 30 persons on the fishing level. There's an upper deck for a smaller fee, for people who do not want to fish, but go along for the ride. You're welcome to keep whatever you catch, depending the size of course. Once we cough a nurse shark, we were not able to keep it, but it sure had eveyone taking onboard! You're also allowed to bring your meals and drinks on board. It's definitely a party if you make friends with your neighbors and enjoy the tour. I'll definitely continue using this company for years to come.
