I thought he was an upstanding man, but I guess as he ages money is his only motivation. It's a shame This complex is terrible for Northampton and most of all it's going to make an unsafe road deadly dangerous. Shame on you, Murphy's! I thought Northampton was worth more than that!! I do not recommend working with Ilene Berezin to sell your house. I wanted to sell "as is" but…read moreevery time a buyer asked for me to do/pay for something, Ilene told me I had to and didn't suggest negotiating costs. So, I ended up selling the house not "as is". It shouldn't have been listed as such, as there was nothing wrong with it and I didn't realize that it would scare off buyers. Also, she listed the house too low; after a couple of months I insisted she raise the price. Ended up selling $13,000 higher that she originally listed. Her knowledge of the market was inadequate - the house should have been listed higher at the beginning. Should have sold for at least $8,000 more than it did. She's a buyers agent - seemed to be more accommodating to the buyer and I felt she didn't adequately represent me, the seller.
