I was really nervous cuz I have had 2 bad experiences in the past and had not let anyone touch my hair in 4 years. She is very nice and personable , made me feel comfortable . I had to leave to go to work so my recommendation would be allow yourself enough time. They didn't even offer a free blowout, but if I had missed the appointment, I would've had to pay for the blowout. I did not have the patience to explain to the young lady the same thing over and over. I asked for no part and she made a part. I asked for round brush curls and my hair was not curled on the ends. And when I pointed out the areas that were not blown out she rushed to blow dry the section in the back while also pulling the hair from the front. When you sit in someone's chair to do your hair the vibe must be right and today it was not. Very disappointed to the point where I left no gratuity which I never do. I will have to go home and redo my hair which is quite unfortunate but I did not want to make a scene in the store today.
