Hey yall. I got a chance to visit Saxon apts today for my first time! I really love how simple the front door is. I had a delivery and I was able to get in. I really stared at the gym. If I lived here, I would be in that gym everyday. I love how they have play rooms too. I own a property so I don't live in apts, but I will soon make a home gym too. It was quite nice tho upon visiting. Really liked the pool area. Took some pics in the mirror next to the elevator. Hope to be back! read more

8 months later and this place is a joke!! Do not move here! Do not listen to the staff - they'll say and do anything to get you to sign a lease and then you'll be in AirBnB hell! People coming and going, parties right next door. No security just "courtesy patrol" who aren't that courteous.. never respond to noise complaints. Office management do not know the laws. They have broken county ordinances and fair housing laws. Stay far far far away from this place! Corporate says one thing and the office says another. They also encouraged people to not wear masks during the pandemic in the hallways "only in lobby" because to them hallways aren't common areas. Also, your lease states you have no right to security or safety. Regardless of the wording in the lease - THEY HAVE AN OBLIGATION TO KEEP ALL COMMON AREAS SAFE FOR RESIDENTS. They think they're above the law... but the judge will hear my grievance out. Other than the ratchet people coming and going - the units are nice but don't expect to sleep if you get a unit next to one of the "corporate" Airbnb's which is really owned by them but they make you believe it's owned by someone else. I always felt like this place wasn't the greatest: but it's worse now. Been here for like 5 years and its WAAY worse. Obnoxious kids in the hallway screaming all the time. Bed bugs/roach infestation. Management is discombobulate and ready to evict you because THEIR shitty system doesn't work. Oh also can't forget how rude Jocelynn is. Very unpleasant to be around and see. And what's even more annoying is that she is only pleasant to Hispanics/Mexicans but treats me different. I truly believe they are just recruiting Mexicans here at this point because of her despite what happened with the shooting. This place is supposed to be luxury but it's ghetto and management does not care. As long as it doesn't affect them. And the fact that she lives and works here gives me an unsettling feeling in my stomach. Showing favoritism and knowing everyone in the whole dam building but sticks to the books when it comes to people like me. Before you consider moving here.....just don't. There are much better luxury apartments out there with better management that don't live on the same property. That should seriously be banned. I don't even know where to start with this place lol Me and my roommate applied here and it was problems from beginning. The building is connected to a tax return office, mysterious hair salon no one operates, and massage parlor? weird...then we had to meet Barbara. I don't know how she still works there. We thought maybe she had a bad day. Just disorganized. Only talks to you through her co workers??? Lmao Makes her co workers do everything while she sits at her desk all day and does nothing. Oh and she talks crap about her tenants to her employees openly. Super bad area, homeless people sleep in front of the leasing office. Parking sucks in the front and parking garage. Right by a fire station so you hear sirens all day and night. You can tell it's a lot older they just made the floors and counters shiny and up'd the rent. All the outlets are loose. Every single one. Washer and kitchen sink leak. If you used the left side of the sink all the rotten food will push its way to the bathroom sink!!!!! Water is either extremely hot or extremely cold Maintenance would argue w us as if we were lying about the appt's issues. They would fix it at least I guess but then its one thing after another. Walls and floors are thin. Hallways always smell really bad. Elevators work when they want to. Got stuck once and they tried to blame me lol. This place would be a lot better with new management. And theres roaches...Finished moving in one day because I couldn't wait to get out. Screw this place read more

After researching cities for a year, in 1996 the best city for work & relaxation was Las Vegas. We flew into Las Vegas to find a place to relocate. We made a notebook with all the things necessary for us to feel at home. We spent two weeks looking for the perfect place and to our dismay had not found it. In the city from which we came, only very poor people lived in apartment buildings with storefronts on the ground level. We had one such building on our list but had not planned to go there. The Las Vegas Country Club had begged us to come there but they only had second floor walkups and Country Club Towers had only one apartment available on the ninth floor and the front door was outside on the balcony. Desparate (we had only two days left), we decided to go and see the place with the understanding we would continue to look after we arrived. Well, lo and behold, we loved the apartment. The storefront closest to the main entrance was the German Embassy which was redeeming to say the least. We moved into Crystal Court which at that time was basically a Senior Citizen building. You had to be fifty years or older to move in. Thee lobby had a beautiful circular Italian leather sofa and a huge glass coffee table. Rugs in front of mirrored lined elevators plus other amenities. It was the epitome of luxury The tenants were mostly retired and in the winter months, the "Snowbirds" from London, England joined us. We had parties in the lobby in which most of the tenants participated. Time marches on and through the years many things change including the status from senior to people of all ages. We now have young and old as well as children. We have a young manager who is a hard worker and tries to keep everything working smoothly. As with anything man-made, there are breakdowns now and then, but they are fixed within a reasonable length of time. The building has been renovated to serve more practical purposes: the entire exterior has been repainted. The lobby was changed as well as some apartments The hall carpeting has been replaced with tiles. The maintenance is an ongoing chore. We have a very friendly and efficient staff. The front doors and the lobby are cleaned each morning by 7:30 am. When I see that some tenant has neglected his/her responsibility, it only takes a phone call to have it rectified.' This summer we decided we wanted new scenery. The three of us spent seven days looking at newly built "Senior" apartments as yet unoccupied. What a disappointment!!! We found one three-story with an elevator but you had to pay extra over the rent to use it. First, what "Senior" is looking for a third floor walk-up? Secondly, all the apartment rooms were so small and the doors were not yet installed. I could not get into the bathroom from the hall in my wheelchair , I had to go through the guest bedroom. There were no safety bars in the bathrooms. I could not go out the balcony door. The TV would have to be placed against the kitchen wall and the sofa against the living room windows in order to watch television. All of the new apartments had all or many of the same flaws. So, we returned home to our apartment in Crystal Court with the large rooms, a bathroom with which I have no problem in my wheelchair. We have an elevator (freight & passenger), a lovely patio with a swimming pool. Garage space at all times (included in rent). We have lived in Crystal Court for twenty-three years and just signed a lease for another two. We rarely see another person in the hall but we greet each other when we do. We love living near the University, our church, shopping and the central location. Looking at other apartments made us realize just how lucky we were when we found Crystal Court. I stayed here in unit 325 it was terrible. First of all I booked a different unit then the day before the unit I booked mysteriously had plumbing issues that were not going to be fixed by our arrival and they waited till the last possible moment to tell me. I was given unit 325. It was a motel 6 at best. Then they only provided 2 towels which were dirty and mildewed and there was no detergent to wash them. Then there was the weed party with the music going all night until like 4 am then the construction started at 0830am. Now we were not notified of the construction at all but unit 425 was having construction directly above us and the host didn't believe us nor did they investigate. They kept telling us no one said anything about construction. It took me going on the last night up to the room and taking a video of it. If there was a way to add it I would but it was a terrible stay and I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there. Not to mention the page of instructions on how to get into and out of that place. read more

Like living in the projects... for $1,100+/month. Their latest "innovation?" Since they can't seem to attract and retain enough actual paying, leaseholding tenants to satisfy their bottom-feeding avarice, they are apparently making units available to obnoxious, loud, short-term vacationers - no screening involved, apparently - via AirBnB. Either the owners are, or they are allowing their renters to do so, or both. The short-termers show the level of respect for actual tenants with actual leases that you would expect from people who are essentially too cheap to pay for a real vacation hotel, but party like they're in one. I like the apartments at Crystal Court and it's close to the Strip which is a huge plus. But the management is horrible, they really need to clean it up. The manager Laura M is selling weed to the residents, she is also sleeping around with the tenants which i know made several people feel really uncomfortable. She is just not all there which most people know just by the fact that she was in a mental institution for a whole year . If they just did something about the staff this would be a wonderful place to live, but when you hire that kind of people it's a big downfall read more

CANNOT GIVE ZERO STARS! Man where do I start?!! I decided to move here because I work on the strip and the location was pretty good compared to most places I looked at. The neighborhood is OK, but the gates are broken half the time and sometimes get homeless people jumping out of the dumpsters. The parking is the worst ever! They are so close to each other ur pretty much guaranteed to get ur car door dinged...if u park in the back by the angled parking, most of the time u can't back out because the spots next to you are so close u can't go at an angle, if you go straight back u hit the angled parking, you can't go forward because people park in front of you and it always leaks something...either it's from the pool or the sewage pipes I don't know. Sometimes it smells like dirty diapers and vomit, other days it smells like dog shit and dirt. Never know what ur going to get. Then we get to the main service elevator (which I was lied to about when I moved in and they said they only had the main elevators in the super nice lobby that has ac and heat and a couch) Those elevators don't stay open long enough for u to walk in..they shut on u and sometimes they don't pop back. my foot got stuck and had to pry the doors to open! Back to the service elevator on the west side of the complex. (I just found out that there's a service elevator on the east side of the complex) U get into the doorway it has a completely different smell then the parking garage, the elevator takes FOREVER, then u get on and wait a good 30-45 seconds for it to finally shut! U get in the elevator and yet again it's a different nasty smell. Which btw this elevator breaks all the time! my boyfriend and I actually got stuck in the elevator for 2.5 hours before someone finally got us out! We actually ended up falling asleep in there! We tried pressing the emergency help button for the fire department and the button didn't work!!! Finally u reach ur floor and have to wait another 30-45 seconds for the doors to open. Wow we are in the hallway now and there's...yup! You guessed it! ANOTHER FOUL ASS SMELL! U get to ur apartment and they seem pretty nice at first. It was actually really clean when u first move in. I liked the 24 hour pool & hot tub. it's a pretty spacious place with a cute mini bar with a sink, a washer and dryer in unit and a jetted tub in one of the bedrooms. Carpet is really cheap and patched together by cutting small sections out & replacing it. they don't heat or ac the hallways. Just in the main office! The balcony is pretty cool..I decided to face the pool bc I didn't want to stare at the apartment complex walls next door, face desert inn where the fire department is directly across the street and sirens go off 5 times per day plus there is about 3-10 car accidents directly in front of crystal court apartments per week-so didn't want to listen to that from my balcony. Then there's the view of the power lines and power plant on the other side. Last but not least there's the beautiful view of what they call the golf course hahaha it's houses, a few trees and a street of a gated community next door and the golf course is NOWHERE IN SIGHT! So I chose the pool. The first day I was woken up from kids and people screaming at the pool and I could hear everything! Also, people in the hall can hear anything and everything that goes on in ur apt! inside your apt is sound proof and can't hear a thing from the bathroom to the kitchen! Soooo, the lights in this place. The bathroom they are dim and half of them weren't working, the light in the washer dryer stack closet doesn't work..just keeps flickering and we couldn't find the light switch for the kitchen for 3 weeks...turns out it's underneath the bar counter outside of the kitchen--we call it the midget light! The mirrored closet doors in both bedrooms were off track and don't slide very well. The slider to the balcony doesn't really slide at all...u have to use some force and lots of muscle to open it. The bedroom door doesn't even shut. The bathroom door drags against the tile and the front double doors doesn't even open-just the main door to get in. The jetted tub sucked my foot in and cut it open. It took us a month to find the timer to turn on the jets for the tub. it was outside of the bathroom hidden in the closet on the side wall! The sink in the kitchen started leaking and water went everywhere..turns out the pipe wasn't even long enough to reach from the garbage disposal to the other side. Everything breaks in this place and falls apart constantly! The hot tub outside always gurgles and broken and the light no longer works. The dog park next door- we have access to is always full of dog shit because the tenants are too lazy to pick up their shit. The whole place is a rotting shit hole! There was a leak in the ceiling on my floor. I told them about it and they said they already knew. It's been 4 months now and nothing has been done about it..its just creating mold and sagging down read more
