    Warmly greeted by staff and had the pleasure to meet sales person Joe Carter. My husband and I explained to Mr Carter that we always purchased our vehicles in the past but were now considering leasing. We are patiently waiting for the release of the 2020 FORD BRONCO. Mr Carter explained the pros and cons of leasing. We were very impressed with Mr Carter's professionalism, knowledge and communication skills. We had a lot of questions and not once did Mr Carter interupt or talk over us. Mr Carter is truly an asset to Sayville Ford and we feel very lucky that he was our sales person. We ultimately decided to lease and trade in our 2012 FORD EXPLORER LIMITED. We met with Manager Mr Tom Farrel and he thoroughly explained the trade in details . We were pleased with the final value. Thank you! So the decision is made! We have decided to sign a two year lease for the 2018 FORD EXPLORER SPORT. More questions of course and more answers from very patient Joe Carter. Thank you so much for being so easy to talk to and putting me at ease. Before driving away Mr Carter sat with us in the vehicle and educated us on all the features and details of this amazing truck. We were very impressed with Mr Carter's knowledge and once again outstanding patience. It's been 3 days now since we drove off the lot and we are so pleased with our new truck. We were so impressed with Mr Carter that we directed a family member to meet with him to discuss the purchase of a mustang. I simply can not stand the high pressure sale, how long the process takes, all the mind games, the price haggling etc. This time I completely switched gears and decided to go with a Subaru. I still had 3 months left on my current lease so naturally I was just going to ask questions. Within seconds of entering the dealership I was greeted with a warm welcome. I sat with Mike Chiofalo, I immediately clicked with him, I'm in the service industry and feel it is important to be yourself around people and not put on an act. I have a chatty, high energy personality with a bit of a potty mouth, Mike was great, he didn't flinch, he actually matched my energy and we chatted like we'd been friends for years! This was something I NEVER felt at the other dealership that I've been loyal to for 25 years!!! Anyway, I told him my plan to trade/sell my current vehicle and lease a new one. I had my heart set on the 2026 Crosstrek and Mike informed me it was in stock so we proceeded to take a test drive. The crosstrek is a beautiful vehicle. It's comfy, peppy has a lot of bells and whistles I was looking for and a few that I was pleasantly surprised I didn't. We proceeded to finalize my purchase, yep we went from "I just have a few questions" to okay I'll take it! Mike gave me the number I was looking for and I'll admit I was skeptical to see how much that number was going to change once we got to the financing portion, we all know how this goes you get told one thing then once they run your credit it turns into a sh*t show....I swear I was waiting to see when the "surprise hidden fees" were gonna show up and they never did! The number he gave me was the number I got!!! Yet another great experience with a new dealership. So now that all my paperwork is in order Mike brings me back to his office to take care of my insurance and registration.... Here we go again right? Wrong!!! They simply called my insurance agent and changed vehicles on my current policy, there was no " oh why don't you sit with our on site insurance agent to see if they can beat your current price" literally no additional BS. We set up my Subaru app and he gave me the tutorial on how to use it along with all the cool features in my car!!! I left there feeling calm and relieved that there was literally no stress! Overall this has been the ABSOLUTE BEST experience getting a new car!! If you have a fear of jumping ship from your current dealership to try something new, get your butt down to East Hills Subaru in Sayville!! Make sure you see Mike Chiofalo!!! Thank you again Mike

I asked about the discounts offered and wanted to know if it was also offered with a cash deal or did you need to finance some with it. I was put on hold three times for a significant period of time but waited patiently for answers to some simple questions. She could not answer any of them but said she will speak to her Manager as soon as he returns and will call me back. I gave her my cell and said she can either call or text. I'm a buyer. I'm buying a Subaru Forester. Just a few questions about their online deal. Been two days now....no text, no call back. They lost a sale. I just bought a 2026 Forester Touring on the North Shore. I won't mention her name but training is needed. She was very pleasant and I'm sure she could sell cars, but she needs some training and customer service pointers. The Dealership is a good one as my relatives have purchased here in the past. Never an issue. Good luck.

In February, he contacted me to let me know he was now working for Honda City in Bethpage. After putting down $5,000 and winding up with a monthly payment increase of $90, Phil assured me that any excess mileage; wear n tear; disposition fee would be waived via the Loyalty Program Offer that I received. Since the 2020 Pilot was financed thru Fusion & not Honda I asked him if I should get my own inspection. He said it wasn't necessary. Well that was a huge mistake because after receiving a slew of bills, I ultimately owed Fusion $2100.00. This saga went on for three months. Phony Phil told me he was working with Fusion & adj's were being made (his most recent text was dated 5/31). I then visited him in person and expressed my frustration. He asked me to give him another day, he shook my hand, & gave me his word he was on it. I then contacted the Fusion rep who was handling the case. She said Fusion hadn't heard from Phil. Phil then left his employment with Honda City & ghosted me. I did however make it my business to visit him today at his "new gig" in Patchogue. As you can well imagine it didn't go well. Honest Abe was quite annoyed that I tracked him down. For all you readers, do yourself a favor and bring your business elsewhere!!!

    Nick Sinacore, is best the Service Advisor on planet Earth! And Browns is a great dealership!…read more This is why: I bought a used 2013 Caravan from Brows in August 2019. It was in great shape with 47K miles on it. They gave me a very fair price and a great trade in simply because I was trading in a Dodge product. They gave me the hard sell on a private warranty, but I did not bite because, although it was through a reputable company, it was not a MOPAR warranty and as such not for me. In the next six (6) Months I used the Van as intended; for commute to work, as well road trips with my dog up and down the east coast. Up to Buffalo to see my son in collage, out to western Pennsylvania too see my brother, down to Florida to see my Dad. In the course of that time I put 20K miles on it. However, on the last trip to Florida the van developed a very rough idle. Initially I thought it was the deregulated ethanol in Florida. By the time I returned to New York, several fill-ups later, the Check Engine Light was lit (Cylinder #3 Misfire) I took it to my local mechanic that I had used issue free for years. He replaced the Coil-cap, Spark Plug and injector; did not fix the problem. The Local Guys diagnosis is that the Valve Seat in the Cylinder Head had deformed. His suggestion was replacing both heads with updated/better versions; a 4,500 repair. I was reluctant to call Browns because I figured that they would take advantage because I refused, the warranty. Nothing could be further from the truth. That's when I met Nick Sinacore, the Service Advisor. When I first called Brown's, they put me on with Nick. He was very attentive and patient to my questions and gave me great advice to research the issue. Over the next week I researched and would call him back to ask question. He would take time to explain or call me back expeditiously if he was busy at the time. I brought my Van in, Nick made sure I had a brand-new Jeep for a courtesy vehicle for no charge. Nick Performed the compression test, and made a diagnosis. It wound up being a much less involved and cheaper to fix issue. Nick explained exactly what would bee done, and assured me that he was confident that his diagnosis was correct. He called me twice a day with status updates and the repair only took two days to complete. ALL THIS DURING A PANDEMIC! I dropped the courtesy vehicle off; Nick gave me a box of the broken parts so I could see exactly what was replaced. Browns charged me a fair price despite it was without the warranty. I was on my way with a clean, repaired Van. Thank You Nick Sinacore and the Brown's team!!!!

Starting off do not call to schedule a appointment, they have this confusing and frustrating AI scheduler that gives you a - unconfirmed appointment - don't you just love to get an imaginary appointment for ur car Also they charged me $150 for a simple oil change and tire rotation. ($70 for labor and $80 for oil???) They actively targeted me because I am a woman and tried to rip me off expecting no repercussions. My brother recommended me this place but now nobody in my family will ever be doing business here again and we've been long time customers. They are completely and deeply untrustworthy scumbags that deserve for terrible things to happen to the women of their families DO NOT GO HERE

The price was reasonable but not great. I understand that a business has expenditures and overhead costs. My biggest issue is when you pay the asking price and the vehicle is nowhere near mechanically correct." I always attempt to get a test drive or do some type of research to avoid any headaches later. Thank goodness Mr. Avi doesn't need the stressor of buying a vehicle for resale that's going to come back and bite him later, so for that reason, he only purchases good-conditioned vehicles. After purchasing the vehicle, he told me the floats in the fuel tanks didn't really work; not the end of the world. Vehicle was delivered safely. It sat for about ten days before I could drive it. On EVERY drive, the truck turned off while driving, sometimes on the highway. I am familiar with 7.3s, so I suspected something was up with the oil or fuel pump. Brought to a specialty garage and sure enough, ***$2300 LATER*** my truck is running again. The fuel pump was completely shot. It NEVER drove more than 5 miles without turning off and was honestly dangerous. When I asked Avi to help make this right, he refused, offering no concession and telling me it was a good sale price. I wouldn't trust Avi or do business with him again. I would be happy to take down this review if he pays for half of my repair.
