To start off the cupcakes and the frosting the cuteness of the store is all great the cake is moist I really enjoyed it immensely as did my coworkers and family members My biggest complaint is the counter person I believe her name is Sara. She is definitely not a people person. I was hesitated to write a review about her but i was there multiple times and her attitude tells me that i was bothering her also i called first and asked for the owners name and she not want to give it to me. the girl who answered was Sara thats what she said when she answered so i went to ck reviews and Lo and behold other people has complained about the same issues I have. I finally got the owners name its Sharon based on the reviews i read. I feel the that this bakery is or will continue to lose business based on having that kind of customer service representatives run the front end of the business. So sorry for Sharon. read more

We ordered a few cake previously and they were very good. The last cake we got was terrible and we wanted to make it right. The owner would not work with us and started yelling at my wife and sister before I stepped in. They were rude and unprofessional. The store is not very clean and I question the quality of ingredients. Also, the owner threw one of the employees under the bus to me trying to cover herself. I tried a little of everything here. Cupcakes, truffles and bundt cakes. The coconut bundt cake is perfectly delicious. It can't possibly get any better. The cupcakes are just great. Even tasted still fresh two days later. The Italian wedding cake cupcake was soooo good. All the ones we tried were awesome. Want to talk truffles? They have a variety like no one else. There were at least 25, if not more and definitely something for everyone. We tried six and we loved six. Loved the pistachio and the coconut ones. I've tried an assortment of treats from this bakery. Mostly cake balls - strawberry chocolate, chocolate cookie dough (which is really just cookie dough coated in chocolate mmm), mexican chocolate. I'd have to say the Mexican chocolate is my favorite, only because I love that hint of cinnamon. The German Chocolate cupcakes are also divine! Sharon & Treat Me Sweet made my 30th birthday a huge success. I wanted a specific cake and they made it look fantastic. (3 tier cake with NYC skyline with a big Lady Gaga on top, a TCU horned frog and sign that said Born This Day!) Sharon responded to all my emails promptly and they were reasonably priced. My mom picked up gluten and dairy free cupcakes for the holidays. It's great they have the option but personally I thought they tasted like store bought grocery store cupcakes. Nothing special at all. I would not go out of of my way to purchase these. read more

I spent $75 on a small birthday cake. I was disappointed when we pulled it out of the box it had a huge bubble and crack in the frosting. I couldn't focus while they sang happy birthday cause of that bubble! I called and they said it's because it was cold and it went to room temperature to quickly. Something like that. After doing cupcake tasting for a baby shower I found that "Treat Me Sweet" could not be out done. Sharon, designer, did a wonderful job of color coordinating the frosting colors to the shower theme. I came in today because I wanted to get a few sweets. They were not very friendly or inviting . I found the lady rather cold and slightly rude. I'm all about customer service and this place was lacking a friendly inviting face . I bought a few cupcakes which were pretty decent but nothing spectacular and two chocolate eclairs which were ok . I was very turned off by the lady and her lack of customer service. She seemed uninterested in my business or at least that's how she came across . When asking her about what they had she was short and no help at all. I would most likely not return here because the customer service was crappy and their baked goods weren't that great anyways. read more

This store is very cute and location is ok , you have to drive pretty far into town from highway to get there but I'm sure it worth it for the treats. Went in to get some gluten free treats and some regular treats for my boys. Walked In and was hit with a wonderful smell so I was excited to find something good to eat. The lady who came to great me was not the greatest with people but wasn't horrible. Just not a people person I guess. I went on to ask her where the gluten free cupcakes or anything for that matter was located ( I'm not picky) she then told me they only have them at the beginning of the week and This was Friday I went in. I was needless to say sad and felt they should note this somewhere on their website before people drive out of the way for a specific kind of food. So I went with two strawberry and one fudge chocolate cupcakes for my boys and hubby and sadly nothing for myself. My family really enjoyed the regular cupcakes and said they were really good. So all in all not a horrible experience, not a bad place, just need to work on the advertising. If your gonna advertise a specific thing , you kinda need to have it in stock all the time or at least make a dozen every 2 days because I know not a lot of people buy gluten free. read more

Would not recommend this place to anyone!! The lady was rude on the phone and had an attitude and could have cared less if she got business or not. Also if you are going to close outside of business hours you need to put a sign outside your door and let people know. I understand you are private business and can close when you want but you can at least let people know. That's the professional way just so you know. Also I have been getting cakes from bakeries for years and I have never known a bakery to stop taking orders. But whatever, your cakes are way too over priced and nothing special so please don't act like they are. If anyone is looking for a good cake place go to Blue Bonnet bakery. They were extremely nice and had no problem with a 6 day deadline, and were able to do the flavor and decorations for a cheaper price! There cakes also taste much better than treat me sweet.
