This flea market is a must visit! It showcases mid-century modern & vintage collectives, offering a variety of treasures from 25 local dealers. I've been in here before but didn't explore it enough to know that it extended far back into the building. I was surprised to see how well put together each section was, and how they incorporate sale items into really cool themed rooms, such as 70's, 80's, and even a cute Tiki Room just to name a few. I felt like I stepped back in time exploring each area. From the neon signs, to the arcade games, vinyl records, toys, and much much more. This place showcases many nostalgic memories for Millennials & Gen X folks out there, but anyone who loves vintage collectibles will enjoy this place. They also have a great clothing area consisting of leather jackets, blazers, coats, dresses and tops. The selection of goods is impressive and beyond what I expected. While some items lean toward the pricey side, such as unique vintage pieces; you can still find deals here. After all, let's not forget that they are located on State Street and the rent is not cheap! I can't believe it was my first time here today and the cashier told me they've been here 4 years lol. It was soo fun to look around at everything. The prices are a bit steep, but I did end up finding two art pieces. The employees are very friendly and I was told they have 25 different vendors and are restocking daily. Super fun vintage shop with an appealing setup--little alcoves with themes like tiki or vintage bar accessories or Talavera tiles or used records. Yesterday we found a rare record and a soundtrack CD which were fun reasonably priced purchases. Staff were helpful and friendly. read more

This place was quite the experience. If you like vintage, look no further. It was a Mecca of treasures in every nook and cranny. Every turn you make, there's something fun and exciting. The clothing selection was amazing. Different decades of amazing styles all showcased. Whatever your looking for there something there. Hands-down, this place is great! I mean where else can you find Los Angeles Free Press newspapers from 1969 for $18. Not to mention all the other great/insane items they have for sale in this shop. I mean, they really have a plethora of all kinds of stuff you would never expect. The first thing you notice about this business is that it is very large. They have rooms to the back, over to the side, and down the center. Each area, has unique items that you probably can't find anywhere else--at least not in one singular location. If you're looking for clothing, they have it. If you're looking for musical instruments, they have it. If you're looking for vintage, playboy magazines, they have 'em. Looks can be deceiving!!! From the outside the store looks small but once you get in it is very spacious - even with different rooms inside for showcasing different themes. The store is eclectic- there are vintage stuff and some items like sage, key chains, and accessories (rings and necklaces). I got a cute pink pompom keychain for my bag plus a statement ring for this summer. Definitely amazed with this place. Also, Luca the cashier that helpes us out today is friendly and courteous. I am generally wary of curated thrift stores, but this one stands out! They have a beautiful collection of Navajo rugs that are hand woven and high quality. It is organized into sections that are somewhat thematic, and doesn't give you the overload of many thrift stores. Although the price is higher than some, they're not unreasonable. I've purchase a second print Jimmy Hendrix Poster, a purse, and some small little Knick backs. As an added bonus, this is my 13 year olds favorite store! Avid vintage shopper here trying this store again. This store is overpriced and honestly nothing really stood out but maybe the prices influenced that. There was a purse that was labeled "vintage" Patricia Nash, but that brand is not vintage. I left the store after I saw that. Kinda bad! The service is nom existent. Maybe better luck if you happen to look white. I happened to run into whom I assume is the owner, he was rude. I said "excuse me" twice so he can let me pass but he ignored me. This was by far the coolest second hand shop I've been in. I actually got lost in there because it was so big and the layout was strange in a good way. They have everything from clothes, glassware, posters, antiques. The staff was very welcoming despite the place really being busy! They advertise as 'vintage' and 'curated' but their items can be found on TEMU for a fraction of the price they sell them for. I purchased a pipe from this place for 25$ advertised as vintage, but to my surprise I found the same item for bulk sale in a pack of five for $5. completely unprofessional to swindle buyers into paying 500% markup on a product. who knows what else this place is marking up and how much! read more

The SB Urban Flea Market is a unique second hand store. I loved my experience there. The store is MUCH bigger than I thought it was going to be. The displays are fun and there are so many eclectic pieces there. I got a couple of rings while I was there and my boyfriend found a barbershop chair patent print. There was this beautiful Eddie Bauer plaid coat that caught my eye, but alas, it was too big for me. Loved the store! Will definitely come again to see what other treasures they have! read more
