I overheard another server mentioning that they were down a staff member, so that probably was the reason. The food is good - we shared all of our dishes, we had Caesar salad, which was quite crispy and sizeable, as well as the linguine with crab and short rib. The linguine with crab was quite lemon forward, but after a while I began to appreciate the taste - I really enjoyed the actual linguine noodles because they tasted fresh and were cooked perfectly. The short rib was the highlight - absolutely tender, topped with a horse radish puree - one of the best short ribs I have ever had.
