It's unfortunate that I have to write this review but there seems to be a pattern with this business. I reached out Monday to schedule for Thursday. I also reached out the day before to confirm the appointment as we had three cars that were expected to be washed. The appointment was confirmed.... That Thursday the winds were really bad in our area and I reached to the owner as he didn't show up at the scheduled time. Due to the wind he assumed we cancelled because all his other appointments did as well. That was no biggie and he made his way out to us. When he got to our office he asked "what car absolutely needed to be done today?" and then told me he would be back the following day for the other two at 11am. A little irritated but trying to be understanding he proceeded to clean the one car. Fast forward to today where we expected him at 11 am.... I get a call 4 minutes before our scheduled appointment asking if we had a power source he could use as he gave his co worker his generator. I let him know we don't and he asked that I give him a few minutes to see if he could get his generator back. He texts me to let me know he couldn't be at our office until 1pm as that's when he would get his generator back. I had already mentioned to him 3 times I had a co worker whose car needed to be done by 1pm as that's when she leaves and this is why we scheduled for 11am. The last minute communication and lack of preparation for our appointment caused me to cancel. I saw a review with the same issue but decided to take the chance on this business. There seems to be a consistent issue when committing to appointments and while I understand things happen I feel as though there was an assumption earlier in the day that we could supply a power source. This is also not necessarily an affordable mobile wash, you are paying at least $65 as that is the price of their cheapest wash. I respect the hustle, but there should be no issue on the businesses end to provide the service without the customer having to make consistent accommodations. read more

I'm not even sure where to start. What no one else could do, these guys did. My baby need to be saved. I have a 2017 Jaguar XE 35t Supercharged V6 - my pride and joy. I've taken care of her. Like GOOD care of her. The paint on the hood, roof and truck had been micro-scarred very bad. Like James Brown Super Bad. I made attempts, other detailers have tried - to limited success - to polish it out and restore the paint. No love. Paul, the Owner himself, showed up and I told him that I seriously doubted he'd be able to fix it and I even told him how many people have tried and failed. I went inside the house and a couple hours later (the washed it, polished and applied a ceramic coating) I came out and inspected it. I looked at her at different angles, up and down and sideways. I couldn't' believe what I was seeing. Paul, literally worked magic or brujeria or santeria...something. The car is back to her showroom finish and I'm in disbelief. Alex and Adam washed my car and they did such an amazing job. They made sure I was happy with the wash before they left and they even went above and beyond to buff out the side of my car that has scratch marks. So I just got a new car a few weeks ago, and decided to put hay for my son's birthday party in the trunk. Big mistake. The hay was everywhere. Like I was outside running in a hay farm. Expensive and a mediocre job for $180 I asked for a wax, they did not have time but charged me for a wax and detail.

They did tell me 7-8am arrival and came past 9am. I did have 4 vehicles and unfortunately they forgot to clean the rear trunk in one of the 4 vehicles and I had to tell them they missed it. Other than the above 2 issues I personally faced in my first visit, they were professional and cleaned everything well. They came in as a 5 member team (they said they usually have 7 members but 2 were out for that day). Each member it seems was assigned a different role in terms of cleaning inside/outside/tires, etc. I asked specific questions and they could answer them for me well enough before the wash to make me comfortable with their service. Will use them regularly. Also, they were the most 'fair priced' amount 10 different mobile car wash companies I contacted. read more

There was a gallon of milk hidden in our truck that we didn't realize was there until the smell was horrible! It had exploded in our trunk from the heat.
