Decided to give it a try. Self-wash for your dog is $20. They will also do for $35 which includes nail clipping. I opted to wash my dog myself since he isn't used to strangers doing it. My doggie Jace was a good boy during the process. For self-wash they have the supplies and instructions. Supplies included wash, spray conditioner, ear cleaning, towels and blow dryer. All in all took less than 10 minutes. I was able to pay with google wallet. Tip: This place also does walks. 25 min walk is only $18. That isn't bad. This place is bonded and insured.

Unfortunately, I ultimately had to stop going due to repeated instances of poor treatment and unprofessional behavior, particularly from Giselle, who works there. When I decided to give the facility another chance a year later, I was extremely disappointed to encounter the same dismissive and rude attitude. Giselle was unapologetic, unprofessional, and offensive in her communication, demonstrating a complete lack of basic customer service skills or concern for client experience. In addition to the customer service issues, the grooming service we received there was the worst we've ever had. My dog came back visibly distressed and uncomfortable after that appointment and was clearly affected by the experience. Given the pattern of behavior and lack of accountability, I can no longer trust this place with my dog's care and would not recommend their services to others.

This is it…read more We brought our dog here for the first time after losing two longtime groomers, and to say I am very particular would be an understatement--he's basically another child, and like him looking posh AF at all times. I found Bark n Boujee through a neighborhood Facebook group (all 5-star reviews, which now makes total sense), and decided to give it a try. From the moment we walked in, the experience felt different. The environment was calm and relaxed, and the owner, Austin, immediately came out to sit with me because my dog was a little anxious. He took the time to walk me through their process (all scissor cuts--no clippers!), which made me feel even more confident leaving him there. The communication was next-level--I got a call when my dog was about 30-45 minutes from being done. And when I arrived? Truly white-glove service. My dog wasn't quite finished, so Austin offered to bring him out to the car and let me pay curbside. He carried my 70-pound dog so his freshly groomed paws wouldn't get wet or muddy in the snow, brought the payment machine right to me, and even offered me some organic coconut oil for any future hot spots.
