Early on, Archibald got into a habit of forcibly walking me to the door and waiting to get in. The team has been incredibly supportive, attentive, and flexible -- always going above and beyond to accommodate my demanding schedule, mixups, and Archibald's separation anxiety and character (lots and lots of character). Each dog is treated like family here. Lana and her manager take the time to really get to know every pup, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and engaged. I reached out via email and it was super easy & quick to book. The space is super sleek and clean. I was greeted by Lana. Whole experience was great and my dog enjoyed her time. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO BOARD YOUR DOG. The morning I took my dog for a temperament test, I asked the man at the front desk to give me a tour of where my dog would be staying overnight. He declined my request because he said that "they need to get organized downstairs" where they keep the dogs and that I could tour the boarding section at 4pm when I pick up my dog later that day. RED FLAD if they won't let you tour the facility at any time. 4pm rolls around and I go to tour the downstairs which was a concrete floored basement with no windows that reeked of urine. A very depressing vibe. The dogs stay in that basement and the staff charge extra to take them outside for walks. This place is NOT suitable for boarding dogs and not a facility that I will ever return to. Your pups deserve better. read more

Their service here is amazing. I have an almost 100 pound labradoodle that gets his haircut beautifully every time. It is so easy to schedule and they are mostly available within the next week and flexible if needed. I can tell how much the dogs are cared for at this facility. The owners are very involved, so it is great to be able to support a small business. They also have boarding which I have used before and i is a great service for dog owners being away. I would highly recommend this place over any other place. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We recently got our puppy and her nails were so long, we desperately needed her nails to be trimmed ASAP. We wanted someone reputable, but we were willing to settle because we needed it done same day. I general messaged yelp businesses near me asking for a service and Lana, the owner, emailed me back in about 10 seconds saying she could fit me in. We took Pepper in and she was terrified, poor thing is a nervous wreck in the car, but they treated her VERY well, and trimmed her nails beautifully for a 9-week old pup. Clean facilities, cute aesthetic, lots of clients coming in and out, efficient and super sweet. This is now Peppers go-to groomer and day care! read more

In the time that Lana has worked with Kuchuloo, he has transformed from a dog that was shy and timid, to one of the pack dogs and I'm crying like a psycho pet parent that my baby is growing up. I've been taking my 8 month old puppy (Franklin) to day care here for a few weeks now. It's been an amazing experience so far and I would highly recommend! - The owners are extremely professional and easy going. I can tell they take a lot of pride in the business that they are building. Whenever I have schedule changes or need to adjust drop off/pick up times, it is never an issue. They also are very flexible in terms of what your dog needs. For example, they can feed your dog breakfast in the morning if you want, take them for a walk first thing, etc. - You can tell how much they care about the dogs and how much the dogs love them. Franklin runs up to the door every time we go there and immediately tries to love on Lana when he arrives. I don't ever worry leaving him there because I can tell how well he is treated and how much fun he has. - They post videos and pictures daily so you can see how your dog is doing. It's the highlight of my day! Additionally, every time I pick Franklin up, they give me an update of how he did during the day. As a new-ish dog owner, that is super helpful so I can understand how he is adjusting. - I haven't done the grooming services yet but it's a great perk to have multiple dog services at the same place. - Their space is really well laid out. Plenty of room for dogs to play or sleep. They are also developing a space outside as well which will be awesome once that is ready! Overall, highly recommend SBK for dog daycare services! 100% recommend SBK for grooming! We took our two year old severely-matted fluff ball in April, knowing she'd come out completely shaved and they accepted the challenge with open arms. I received a quick response via email for their next immediate opening, and they were very friendly upon dropping off and picking up my fur baby. Amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My normal groomer has quite a waitlist, so I chose branch out and try SBK out. The owners are SO nice and extremely helpful. I have two small dogs that don't love getting groomed. The owners were able to take it slow and keep my pups comfortable the whole time! When I picked them up, they both smelled great and are incredibly soft. This will definitely be my new spot! read more
