They have really improved my life and my dogs life. We are so thankful to be so close to this place. We have also boarded at the bucktown location over the weekend and were very pleased to see some of the same staff there on weekends! It gave me peace of mind that someone who knows my dog was there. Unfortunately my dog loves it so much she isn't even excited to be picked up! Highly recommend. read more

we take our dog to this location for daycare and the bucktown location for boarding. they are so great, providing updates and photos via an app and are super on top of scheduling and messaging at both locations. he always looks to be having a good time! It really pains me to give this business less than 5 stars because they are so awesome in so many ways (including women-owned)... however, we took him to get groomed at this location once and they cut him too close in his private area and he began licking the area excessively. We ended up having to take him to the vet and he had an infection. We definitely won't be back for a grooming here but will continue to bring him for daycare and boarding. read more

I take my dog hear to get groomed and so far I've had a good experience. I love that they only trim his fur a bit like I ask instead of some other places that will completely shave dogs. I also think that the are very reasonably priced. My only concerns is that they may cut the fur around his parts a bit too short because the first couple of days after his haircut he scoots his butt. When he is there, we receive updates about him. Makes me even more confident that this is a fantastic experience -for both myself and him. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable. As Shadow is still a puppy, all tips are welcome and they certainly know him well enough to provide useful information. They are also very responsive - if I do have to change days or ask a question, I usually get a response back within an hour. We started sending our dog Wrigley to Aeslin a few weeks ago, and he loves it. Wrigley has been out of day care since August due to an injury, so we were very nervous sending him to a new daycare. Aeslin is transparent and incredible communicators. They use an app to share updates on your pet (when they ate, potty, pictures). In addition, they do some pack training with the pups. I can't tell you how comfortable my husband and I feel knowing our pup is at Aeslin. Aeslin has amazing hours too. We both work long hours, so we love that Wrigley has constant socialization throughout the day and lots of exercise. Grace our great dane was scared at first but seemed happy afterwards and the staff was really accommodating. they mentioned even getting in the bath with her to calm her nerves! I have been taking my pup to the Noble Square Aeslin Pup Hub for a while now and couldn't have had a better experience. The first time I called, Leah spent over 30 minutes explaining all the ins and outs of the day care and answering all the questions I had. It is a more structured day care than anywhere I've seen and my dog thrives from it. He is a rescue pup that has some quirks and the team at Aeslin Pup Hub has been so accommodating and helped him adjust to the new setting. They have an app that is updated frequently throughout the day so you can know what your dog is up to and see cute pictures. Anytime I need to change my days or cancel last minute they have been so accommodating. My dog is always so excited to go to daycare. I can't recommend Aeslin's highly enough. read more

My wife and I are very happy to have Aeslin in our lives. We had been taking our dog to another facility for a little while, but due to their lack of flexibility, we looked at other options and we both agree we are thrilled that he gets to go to Aeslin. When our car pulls up, he is very excited to go inside and spend time with the staff and his other dog friends, and it works very well location wise for us with work/home. The staff all are just incredibly welcoming and based off our conversations, they really do show a high level of care and attention to our dog Walter and the other dogs. My dog LOVES daycare! She can be leash reactive, so socialization with other dogs was my initial reason for getting her into club, but now she has best friends and boyfriends there. The pictures that the staff send are so funny & cute and it's so good to see her playing throughout the day. The activities that are done are also super helpful! We try to work on those skills at home too but it's nice she's getting some extra help at club too! I love it! My angel/dog, who can be a diva/sassy/doesn't like a lot of people, loves the entire staff. It really makes me feel comfortable to know she's having the best time when I'm not with her. read more

Took my dog in for her first professional bath since I adopted her. I requested the appointment by filling out a form online and then was contacted via email to schedule it. Unfortunately they don't have a certified groomer on staff so they're not able to do gland expression, but I signed her up for a bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, and gel tooth brushing. Overall I wasn't impressed by Aeslin's service. When I arrived, the bell went unanswered and a sign on the door said to use "the app" if you're waiting for longer than a few minutes. I assume this is for daycare customers, because I wasn't given an app to use. They also don't have their phone number listed outside, so I searched online for a phone number which ended up being for the retail store rather than the grooming/daycare location. They called over to the right location and someone finally let me in - not without asking if I had tried ringing the bell... All that just to get in the door! Then they took my dog back without asking me any questions about her or confirming the services she was getting. They were quick (and she's tiny at 11 pounds) and called me within 45 minutes to pick her up. Had the same difficulty getting in the door at pickup, and the same experience with no communication - nothing about how her appointment went, what was done, any issues or things they noticed about her except for saying they dried her with one towel. They also used some kind of cologne that I did not ask for and was not listed on their description of the bath service. It was completely overpowering and turned her into a new car smell air freshener turned up to 11 for at least 24 hours. We're at day 6 now and she's almost back to a normal clean dog smell. Aeslin is walking distance and I love the retail store, but I'm sad to say we won't be returning for another bath. read more

Aeslin is great! I started bringing my Cavalier to Aeslin when he was under a year old. He's a little guy and gets intimidated by big dogs. One thing I love is getting pictures from through the app of him and he's with other dogs his size. They also update you throughout the day through the app on training they do and potty times. I love that they take the dogs on walks daily. I know he loves it because when we pull up he starts howling and pulls me on the leash to get to the door. read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Aeslin! I became a new dog mom to a 4 month old lab and desperately needed to find Gemma a daycare. Sure enough, when I stumbled across Aeslin they were super responsive and immediately scheduled me in to tour the Noble Square location. It was a 1:1, so Gemma and I felt comfortable. Leah the owner had stopped by right before the tour ended and she was so sweet and welcoming. She truly cares about every dog that goes through that door. I can't express how thankful I am to have found an organization that knows Gemma's name the second she walks through that door. Not to mention, they send emails at least once a week to confirm her schedule (which is nice, because sometimes my schedule will change since I work at a hospital), or simply just to answer any questions I have or even just to ask how Gemma is doing. My baby girl got spayed and was out of daycare for two weeks. I appreciated their staff checking in and were eager to have Gemma back. I've been wanting to write this review for quite some time now, but it wasn't until this evening when Gemma returned back to daycare after recovering from her spay post 2 weeks, that really made me love this place even more. Leah, the owner was there talking to all the pup parents during peak pick up hours, and I told her how Gemma was starting to act out, and Leah informed me that it was normal and all part of her developmental "teenager stage". Later on that evening, sure enough I get an email from Leah sending me more information about puppy and adolescent stages. If I'm completely honest, I thought this was just going to be a conversation in passing, but after receiving that email from Leah, I know that her and her staff truly do care about the well being of Gemma and all the other doggies at Aeslin. Our greyhound, Curly, has attended Aeslin for about two months now and we have been very happy with our experience. One of the employees, Frazier, was able to answer all of my questions and walked me through a scheduled tour of the facility before we enrolled. I was nervous sending him to daycare -- he is an ex-racer and had a different first few years of life compared to most dogs, but he has really thrived at Aeslin. He loves interacting with other dogs and comes home a tired, but happy pup. The app Aeslin uses provides peace of mind; I love receiving pictures of Curly having fun with other dogs and knowing what he is up to throughout the day. Their longer hours are also a huge benefit, especially on busy work days. I can't recommend Aeslin enough as a trustworthy solution for pet care! read more

I first met Leah about a year before I even got a dog, so I knew about her passion for and knowledge of dogs. When I got a puppy, Aeslin Noble Square was an obvious choice! A few features: 6 am-7 pm hours, extra puppy potty breaks, small play groups based on compatibility for the dogs to prevent stress/increase play quality, a great app with photos throughout the day, training, nap time, and meal time! My partner and I work variable schedules, sometimes with long hours, so we are delighted that the schedule is flexible if we need it to be. Now our pup is super well-socialized and friendly with dogs no matter where he goes, and he tries to go to Aeslin every chance he gets (see photo). The staff are great too! I know my handful of a puppy is in good hands when I take him to Aeslin. We have been at the pub hub for several months and can't imagine a better location for our corgi pup. The service, care, and attention provided to her is amazing. My schedule is very erratic and Cecelia and Leah (management/owners) are incredibly accommodating. Drop off can be as early as 6am and they are open till 7pm. Easy street parking for quick access in and out as well. What makes aeslin unique compared to other daycares we considered is they provide a structured schedule for the pups which includes activities, training and time for play. They use a very easy application as well to provide us with regular updates of our corgi pup as well as photos. We were referred to Aeslin from a friend and couldn't be happier. The staff is super friendly and very responsive. One thing we like is if our dog doesn't eat breakfast, Aeslin is very good about feeding our dog lunch (I know other places aren't as keen on doing this). They do a great job keeping you updated on your dog throughout the day and give you detailed feedback on how your dog is doing instead of generic "he had a good day". Aeslin is the best thing to have happened to us since we moved to Chicago. Our dog Piper loves going to Aeslin and my husband and I love how tired she is when we pick her up. I can tell the staff really cares for her. They frequently give me updates or share stories of her time there. My absolute favorite part of Aeslin is how flexible they are with scheduling. My husband and I sometimes work crazy hours and our days are never the same. I've had my pup for 5 months and have visited/interviewed almost every daycare facility in the city. My puppy now goes to Aeslin and I am thrilled with my experience there. The Noble Square location opens reliably at 6 am which allows me enough time to get to my 6:30 am meetings at work. The daycare app they use is excellent, and I receive photos, updates on bathroom breaks, and training lessons for the day. I love the level of structure my dog gets during his stay, and he comes home happily tired. The staff have been great and helped me out at short notice when my dog walker couldn't make it last minute. Aeslin is truly a unique, caring environment for dogs and more doggie daycare facilities should adopt their exceptional practices. Aeslin has been a dream come true for our little doxie. He'd been to other "warehouse-style" daycare settings, where they jammed a bunch of dogs in a room and "no news was good news," then he'd come home totally amped, barking and stinky, and crash for 2 days. Aeslin limits the number of pups in each class and separates according to temperament, not size, so my guy can play with big and little dogs, which is great for his socialization. They stay in touch throughout the day via their app, so I get pics and updates and know what the little guy is up to. It's not a free for all at Aeslin - there's a consistent schedule each day that includes play time, nap time, training time, lunch time and potty breaks. So now my guy comes home tired, but not crashing - they engaged his brain and his energy. Leah and Cecelia are super responsive and super accommodating and it really feels like they put these dogs first. Jess is amazing and my little guy LOVES her. I looked all over Chicago for a daycare I could trust. I definitely felt like that crazy dog mom who was way too protective over her pup! We first started out at another Aeslin location, but the handlers there told me that they thought my dog would make more friends at the Noble Square location just due to his play style. I absolutely loved that they gave us that personal feedback because it shows just how truly interested they are in the happiness of each dog. When I met the owner, she told me how she had heard about my pup and was so excited to finally meet him. This type of personal interest in each dog just doesn't happen in Chicago daycares. They are so open to feedback, are extremely responsive via email + phone, and I love that they tell me honestly how my pup did throughout the day. Aeslin is wonderful! We moved to the area earlier this year and couldn't be happier with Aselin. Our puppy loves going to 'school' to see all of her friends and play all day long. We have been to a few different doggie daycares in the city and Aeslin is definitely one of the best.
