We've had a bi-monthly service with Citra now for over a year and I've been incredibly happy with…read morethe results. we had a annoying ant, cockroach and rodent ( yes they do rodents ) problem, they found both the ant and roach nests right away and that issue was resolved after the first treatment. The rodents took a little longer, but that is now been resolved as well And what is great about the Citra's by monthly Service is if a flareup occurs outside of their normal schedule they will have somebody out to your home usually that same day to treat it. We went with Citra to begin with because their family owned and eco-friendly and competitively priced. We haven't had any issues with reactions either with ourselves or our animals including our Bird. But more importantly because of the expertise of the team members they sent out to do the services, they're all excellent, but I want give a shout out to Michael who really helped us understand why it would behoove us to allow an inside treatment which we had not done before. We had a flareup of ants inside the house, but couldn't find it where they were coming from. Michael was also very patient with us while we prep the house to leave for a couple hours. Upon a return, there was no odor and no allergic reactions to anything and we're looking forward to our Ant free house. Since I've been with Citra for over a year with great results, I highly recommend them to anyone looking to cure their insect or rodent issues.

He greeted me and explained what was going to happen. He patiently listened and explained answers to my questions. The Gen Z came in a company truck and wore a company uniform. Interestingly enough, the estimator wanted to treat the exterior trim for termites while my GC was already in process of replacing the infested wood... The Gen Z looked around the exterior and interior of the house, looking for signs of termites and noted with a sticker where termite kickouts were found. The vibes from the Gen Z were lit. The office sent out the report along with the treatment plan that included a 2 year warranty. Managed to schedule the treatment a couple weeks out and a couple technicians showed up on time, in their company trucks and uniform. The techs were able to treat the wood and repair the holes within 30 minutes from start to finish. They even cleaned up after themselves! Pricing was in line with their competitors that also did spot treatment without tenting.
