The bad news is that getting here was an absolute nightmare! Despite the fact that Taylor Made Pools failed to complete this contract, the owner recorded a lien against my property (demanding payment for the full contract balance, plus interest and his attorney's fees), the owner refused to remove the lien (even after it expired), and the owner has been gaslighting me since the contract dispute began. It took nearly a year to get through the entire process with the CSLB and for the investigator to refer the case to CSLB-sponsored arbitration. On 01/28/2025, we both presented our case and on 01/31/2025, I was awarded financial damages and Taylor Made Pools was ordered to remove the Mechanic's Lien. After completing the necessary repairs, I had to call for the pre-plaster inspection, hire a contractor to install the mini pebble, a contractor to program all of my equipment perform the 'startup' procedure, and another contractor to install the artificial turf. I also had to purchase the suction cleaner that was included in the contract, but not provided. Needless to say, this project was NOT completed for the agreed upon contract price.

He followed up promptly and often replied early in the morning or late in the evening to make sure I had the information I needed. In the end, we didn't move forward with Joseph because my aunt decided to go with someone who came highly recommended through a personal referral. That decision wasn't a reflection of Joseph's work. We had TJ come out to meet with us and get an idea of what we had in mind for our backyard space and he took some measurements. We met with him again and he showed us a 3D image of what he designed for us. That 3D design came out way better than expected so we decided to proceed. They are very transparent with you and always try their best to answer any and all questions the customer has. They also have financing options which is great.
