Please do your research before you use this salon. Very dishonest. I had extensions done through…read morethem. They charged $1500 and the first set were amazing they lasted a year. I ordered another set before I moved out of state. It was obvious they weren't the same and once I went to my new salon (which was supposedly recommended as someone else who used this brand of extensions through fused) they stated the extensions were not good and not any brand they use. That salon sent them back to fused and they reordered more. Round 2 same issue, both sets fell apart in one month. Went to yet another hairdresser out here (for a second opinion) and they also said they were very low quality. When they themselves called fused, fused refused to release the name of the extension company. So my new hairdresser started digging and ordered something online she found for $150.....it came in the EXACT packaging the second set they sent came in! Meaning these aren't high quality salon extensions they are cheap internet ones anybody can order. And if you call them to resolve it you will never get a call back. Another sign of how shady and dishonest they are because they wont even have a conversation over the phone and duck calls. So I was charged $1500 for extensions that fell apart in one month and that are not a salon specific brand. So now I am going to make sure everyone knows about how dishonest this practice is and how they will make zero attempts to fix anything. Wont even return a call. I will also be contacting the better business bureau. Please, as someone how has been getting extensions for years and now has quality extensions in again, no salon withholds the information of who their product is from. Do not get involved with this hair salon you will be ripped off.

Come to find out she blocked me d/t a mistaken text that she received from me regarding someone else. So, I had to find another hairstylist that communicates, professional and reliable. Now, this new stylist has to redo the mess she did. As, a consumer we have the right to share or experiences and concerns especially when someone is asking for $700 for a service. I hate that I put money in the pockets of a unprofessional, lack of communication and down right non caring business owner.

First appointment with Laurin was great. She conditioned my color damaged hair very well but the…read moresew in and highlight job was terrible. Although I sent her pictures of me with the color that I wanted my hair highlighted she got it wrong. The hair started shedding two days later and the tracks were coming up on the side and in the back. She offered to redo it but I did not want her coloring the hair again because she got the color so wrong the first time. She refunded me the money for the color job. Now Iam going to spend more time and money to another stylist to have her work redone. She overpromised and under delivered. UPDATE: I just left a salon to have all the tracks tightened. Some could not be tightened because of the braid pattern especially those on the right side so now I have to hope the track does not stick up. I have more than enough hair but the way my hair was braided she had nothing to attach to. After all the money I paid to have someone redo my hair three days later is more than frustrating. Getting $60 back for the color isn't even enough for the way this looks. I should not be able to slide my finger under a track. And after freely giving this woman information to give to her husband to help him get his business started this is the terrible way she did my hair. And I only have 1 bundle of hair in my head not 2 that was confirmed by the stylist who tried to redo her work.
