Do not buy a mattress from them. 1) what we tried at the store was a lot better than what was delivered 2) apparently their mattresses are final Sale , but no one bothered to tell us when we made the purchase. My partner and I have been waking up every morning with aches and pains since we bought a mattress from here, but they won't do anything about it. Go to a mattress store for a mattress. Clay was our salesman. He found our product easily and efficiently. He has a very relaxed manner that made us feel comfortable. The delivery and assembly charge was reasonable. We were notified about the day of delivery. On the day of delivery we were called again to make sure that all was OK. The delivery personnel were professional and thought of our space. This review is for the service and not the product. The product is solid. Not so much the service... We went in to the store about 2 months ago to purchase 2 desks and 2 chairs. The pick-up is supposed to be 11/13/21 (Sat). Clay M. (Sales) said he will transfer it in from the warehouse for us so we can pick it up by Sat. I called in an hour before to let him know we're coming in. We had to make arrangement for a truck for the pick up. When I called, Clay informed us that the items did not make it on to the truck for their Thur delivery... so now I'm not very happy because we had made all the arrangements based on the information he gave us... with a big truck and no items for pick up. He could've called on Thur and let us know that they did not receive the items and to reschedule. But he flat out said "it's not my fault, I'm just the messenger!" He said he will reimbursed us for the truck rental... He also said he will follow up and give me a call to let me know when the items would be in in an hour, he didn't call. He finally emailed 3 hours later to let us know that it will be in the following Fri. Fast forward to Fri, I called in to ask for Clay and they said he was at the dentist appointment and will be back in an hour. So we went down there with the truck an hour later, still no Clay. The older guy (Steve) said he can't do anything abt the credit, and that we would have to deal with Clay directly. I asked for a manager and there's no manager on the floor. I picked up the items and left message for Clay to call. He never called. Talk about service?!? Steve said Jojo (manager) will be in the following day. But apparently they never told her abt the issue. At this point, it's already taken way too much of my time dealing with these incompetent employees. MANAGEMENT: If you're reading this, please retrain your employees. At least Clay and Steve. Clay was patient, thorough, and friendly in answering my questions and in his subsequent communications. We were so impressed with the leather grade and quality of the sofa that we had to check out the furniture for ourselves. We are building a new home and wanted to get some new pieces of furniture. We are two hours from Pasadena but felt that it was worth our time to head down and look at what Scandinavian design furniture had to offer.
