Beginners to advanced, no matter how long-or how little-you've sat on the sofa, there's a class or workout here for everyone. What you won't find is elitism or snobbery-you'll never feel judged or like you're in a competition. On a personal note, I was stricken with stage 3 bladder cancer last year, and struggled to find my way back to health. With patience, steady encouragement, and a ton of kindness, Meredith has overseen my slow and painful return to form. Maggy and Cate are two of the best pilates instructors I've ever come across - I take their classes and I walk out feeling like I am both a jelly roll and also the strongest person on planet earth lol. This is the premiere pilates studio in the area - can't tell me otherwise. I appreciate the variety of other classes (yoga flow, barre, dance, strength & conditioning) to make sure you cross-train your body.
