This is the worse powder manicure I've ever had. After a few days the color started to chip on multiple nails. I decided to give them a second chance and the staff (Stacey) was rude and dismissive. The manager ( no experience in that role, just a label on her shirt with the word manager was no help either. My favorite nail salon locally. A bit pricey but it's worth it in my opinion. I usually just choose a regular mani/pedi. It's very clean. Soothing music. Attentive staff. Extra add ons like callous remover or "spa" manicure/pedicure is available. Chair massages while getting a mani is one of my fave parts. Welcoming to me and to my tween when she joins me. Candy dishes at the drying stations make for a sweet treat. Water/tea/coffee always offered. Parking can be a bit tough sometimes but keep circling and you're sure to find a spot. The place looks great, BUT the experience was quite Dry and Unwelcoming for a first-time visitor. The pedicure lasted all of about 10 rushed minutes and it seems that anything I asked or commented was a joke. If I could only understand what they were laughing at every time I spoke. Two days later, one of my uv gel nails chipped. I called, in the morning, to see if they could take care of it, and the response was "No one available to do it". -Really, for one nail??- They said to try to come by after 2:00 pm. Even the call was cold, rushed, and unwelcome! The prices they charge and the treatment offered are not worth my time and money. I've been to places where the prices are much reasonable and the treatment is totally professional and extremely kind and welcoming. This was my first and last visit! Normally have a very good experience any time I go here with whoever's available to do my nails at the time, sometimes I'm happier than others but some of the nail techs in there really are great, I just recommend finding the one thats best for you. While I was mostly satisfied with the results, I found most of the staff to be rude and disrespectful. The only person I found to be professional and friendly was the masseuse. I have only been a customer once and I am struggling with the idea of returning. The strangest part of my experience was being asked to pay for what was completed at that point before finishing everything I was asking them to do. Then they wanted me to pay again for what I had already paid for when everything was completed. Everyone who helped me had to be called to the front to verify what I said. All they needed was a receipt but they didn't ask for one. As they chose to speak in a language other than english, I don't know what they were saying to each other at that point. I just know they treated me like a liar and thief. It is far from relaxing to have to pay before you are done and then prove that you paid for everything when it is over. I have been a Noblesse customer for over a year. My experiences had been generally good, except for the last time, in late January 2023. I had a gel manicure on my natural nails, and wanted to have it removed. The technician seemed to be in a hurry and used an electric dremel/sanding device to remove the polish, instead of the usual acetone soak with foil wrap. No one had ever done this on my natural nails (and I've never had wraps or acrylic nails). I later learned that this device should NEVER be used on natural nails! The drill took off several layers of my nail and damaged the nail beds. There's actually a horizontal ridge across the middle of each nail, showing where the the top layers were ground away (see photo). My nails are now splitting and breaking because they're too thin. This will take several months to grow out. Very poor decision on the part of the Noblesse nail technician. I gave two stars due to previous good experiences, but am very unhappy about this. The place seems to have shut down now, so I don't know if I'll ever get this corrected, but I'm very disappointed. read more

She has a manifesto in the salon menu about how she came by the salon rightfully and definitely did not steal it. Clearly, she protests too much. There are plenty of nicer, better salons in the area. I really really want to like this place. It's beautiful and spacious and great to bring a big group. The technicians are nice and friendly. But the attitude of the management ultimately makes everything less pleasant. I've been here 4 times. The first time I did SNS powder and somehow the top coat peeled off on several nails less than an hour later. I don't know how that's even possible, since it's never happened to me anywhere else. For $50, I stopped getting powder here, because the technique doesn't seem reliable or consistent between technicians. The other 3 times I got gel manicures. The color on the sample nails and the color in real life just don't quite match. Ever. The final product is usually nice, but management is constantly telling their technicians to hurry up. Twice now, I've been left mid-service for a new person to finish up top coat and do final touches which my original technician leaves to start up a pedicure. Today my cuticles were cut in such a rush and so short that they are bleeding. There's also a weird ridge at the edge for just one hand. Appointment times are not useful-- one time I found myself in a crowd of 30 other people, who had ALL been told 4pm was okay for an appointment. It happens? But Customers were not then prioritized in an organized fashion. No list was written. Whoever grumbled the most was called up next. It was insane. Their pedicures though have been consistently awesome. Well done, professional, clean, relaxing, and great smelling products. I'd recommend it any day! read more

I was in the neighborhood and decided to get a pedicure at a new spot. There are at least three salons on Garth Rd and despite it being impossible to find parking I managed to find one after circling a few times. I then walked over to Noblesse because their pretty xmas lights drew me in. I got seated pretty quickly and thought I scored for a busy Sunday evening but ended up waiting over 15 minutes in the chair for a tech to arrive (the wait was not communicated to me earlier- not cool). Two other ladies seated beside me waited even longer for their technicians. Immediately I felt like I had made a mistake in choosing this place for a number of reasons- the space is MASSIVE and is great since you have ample space for privacy but it felt like a lifeless FACTORY and with so many employees, one front desk manager simultaneously doing nails just isn't going to cut it as that causes miscommunication and confusion among the staff I enjoyed the actual pedicure minus the horrendous polish job (hence the overall 2 stars). My tech kept reading the label on the pedi kit leading me to believe that she was a bit inexperienced but I let it go because she prepped the cuticles nicely and gave a decent massage. I tipped nicely and left. Then when I got home, I noticed the color was very streaky and unevenly applied especially on the big toes and little toes-- very hard to tell as it isn't very well lit inside. The pictures don't show it in detail but I'll need to go elsewhere for a polish change at the end of the week. Sorry but I won't be returning. read more

Stacy was extremely nasty and refused to honor a gift certificate. She left me waiting for over ten minutes and refused to help any further. She told me she was getting the manager multiple times who I later found out wouldn't be back for hours. It was very hard to get in contact with Diane, the manager who promised a free nail service in the phone, but after they refused to answer any calls or emails. The only person who was willing to help was Sun, but unfortunately, was unable to get Diane to honor her word and make up for the poor customer service from Stacy. Overall, a very poor experience and lack of care from management to remedy the situation. read more

I recently moved to the area and came here for a trail. I also tried the bloosom mail salon on central park avenue which is $20 cheaper. In comparison, quality here is 5-star vs 3-star over at Bloosom. Service here is 5-star vs 2.5 over at Bloosom. Staff is very welcoming, the facility is very clean, extremely spacious inside. I went online and pulled up the pricing on THEIR website and she gave me a very mean look and said "no, it is $27." That is a big jump from stating online $12 when it's actually $27. i have been a customer here for 4 years. the pass three times have been a terrible experience. i scheduled a 10 appointment and the past 3 times have been kept waiting. the other day was the worst, i had a pedicure and was waiting to get a powder manicure. a tech got the powder and left. another one came over and started it and was pulled off the do someone else. after a half hour wait i left. they were taking customers who came in after me and helping them. i will not be going back there again. this is how they treat loyal customers. read more

First and last time today at this nail salon. I'll never go back. My appt was at 10:45 am, which I appreciated them fitting me in same day. I arrive and there is zero street parking available. After 15 min of driving up & down I finally call to explain why I'm late and a lady who I assume is the owner comes out and directs me to the private parking garage meant for tenants. That was nice of her. They did have extra cleaning/sanitizing measures for Covid including a walk thru sanitizing spritz station, temperature check, and immediate hand washing request. They also offered me tea & coffee, very welcoming. The service starts, and I requested a new UV gel set with a silver chrome french mani, pic included in this review. I was assigned to Reina who I also showed the pic to. She did a nice job with applying, buffing, shaping nail. However when she went to select the color for silver chrome she came back with 3 silver polishes. I explained I asked for silver chrome and again showed her the pic. She comes back with a chrome powder and told me she will just do one nail first to try it. As soon as she started to apply it I knew she didnt know how to do a chrome technique. For a chrome color you first need to apply an opaque base color usually black, cure/dry it THEN apply the chrome powder and rub it in with a qtip/eyeshadow applicator or some other small soft applicator. Then u brush off the excess and finish with a top coat. Well, Reina instead applied a clear base coat then rubbed the chrome powder over it with her finger. No color payoff. I could tell she was frustrated as equally as I so I said okay no worries lets just do a regular color, a deep red, pic also included in this review. When I went to pay, I was charged $130 for the new UV Gel set. I remembered looking at their prices online which didn't match what I was being charged. I then asked the (assumed) owner to pls show me the price list, also included in this review. It says UV gel $100-$110, and UV Gel french $120-$140. As you all can see I did NOT get a french set. Just regular red polish. I expected to be charged $110 max. When I questioned her why I was being charged more her reply was that I did a new nail set for nails a little long and thats why it was $130. I then pointed to the price list to clarify and she then said UV Gel up to $110 was only for nail without french and pointed to the sample nails, again pic also included here. Once again I tried to clarify I didnt get FRENCH nails therefore I shouldnt be over charged by $20. She once again reiterated the statement about my nail length. This wasn't making any sense to me at all. So I asked her flatly if I had gotten short nails it would be less. She replies no itd be the same price. Mind you the length I got wasn't super long. I looked at her and said, I wont be coming back here. Ur charging me extra for a service I didn't receive. Your explanation doesnt make sense to me. The owner look at me and very sweetly smiled, nodded her head and then asked me to complete a new customer info card. LOL. I would normally give folks the benefit of doubt if there is a language barrier communication issue. However this didnt feel like that considering I specifically pointed to pictures and her very own price list, showed her my nails, she already knew her employee wasnt able to provide the service I originally asked for and we pivoted to a regular color. I dont mind paying top dollar for good nails and service. I splurge on my nails on a regular basis, get them done every 2 wks and am loyal to my service provider. I just happened to move to this area from out of state with very similar if not more expensive fees and was hoping to find a new nail salon. BUT I dont like being taken advantage of or lied to. And thats what this felt like. Ive given 2 stars for cleanliness particularly in Covid environment, effort on the nail tech's part, and the welcoming with beverage. read more

I had an appointment today for a manicure and spa pedicure, everything was going great until this woman came in (an hour after my appointment started) loudly complaining and being rude stating that she had an appointment and was waiting for 15 minutes. So, my pedicure was finished and they were about to start my nails and I was told I am sorry someone will be with you in a while and just left me sitting there while they catered to this other woman. I sat there for about 15 minutes myself until someone told me they were going to finish my nails instead, and rushed through it. I told them I also had an appointment today. Very disappointed. Was my money not as good as this other woman? I was planning on coming to this salon every two weeks, now they completely lost me, and my sister as a client. SMH. read more

What can I say about this place? They have a beautiful salon located in a nice area but have very RACIST Employees. I first went there a couple of days ago and got an SNS for my nails and pedicure. While getting my nails done, the lady made specific inappropriate comments, but I never paid too much attention to it because I rescheduled twice that day. Towards me getting my toes done, I was also rushed by a rude employee. A week later, I decided to take my mom to get her nails done since they were close by. We got to the nail salon on time for our appointment and started on my mom's pedicure. As I sat next to my mom and waited, an employee made yet another inappropriate comment that I ignored. Towards the end of my mother getting her nails and toes done, she had asked the lady kindly If she was available to do her eyebrows as well. Again, the lady gave us the biggest attitude and was very rude. Due to her being so rude, she caused a big commotion and laughed, spoke in their language with the other employees. This also led to other customers in the salon to look at us and wonder what went wrong. We not only paid for the services but gave a tipped them as well. A couple of days later, my mother and my nails fell off and broke, which made us very upset and dissatisfied with their work. Needless to say, this was the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER GONE THROUGH AT A NAIL SALON IN NEW YORK. I was born and raised in Westchester and had never experienced this type of treatment ever in my life, and just for being BLACK! I want to make this CLEAR and CONCISE for the entire staff at Noblesse Nail & Spa Salon. We are in the year 2021, AFRICAN AMERICANS in our society today live and attend nice places all over the United States. Been coming here for years and it's mostly a really enjoyable time. However, went last weekend with a friend to get a mani/pedi. Everything was fine until it was time to pay. They ran my card for the amount of $120.00. I got a message on my watch that the payment went through. Then 5 minutes later, (still get my nails done) another payment for $120.00 is charged to the same card. So I go and ask at the desk what's going on. The lady said that the card didn't go through. I said you just charged me twice. She said no I didn't, and then proceeded ti tell me my card doesn't work. I showed her my phone and my account and showed her the two pending charges. I told her to cancel one of them . Then she continued to ask me for another card . So I paid again.... With another card for the amount. I was charged a $120.00 three times. And well I asked her to refund my the 2 charges on my first credit card, she said she can't and I have to dispute it with my card company. Unbelievable. I've given this place so many chances because it's a nice spot and they have so many nail colors to choose from. A few times I've made appointments and come in having to wait for at least a half hour while I watch people who came in behind me be ushered back. The manager isn't particularly friendly and always seems annoyed and flustered. If they ran it with more organization at the front desk, I think it would probably be fine and I would be a regular. Skip this nail salon. They have no respect for their loyal customers. The owner at the front desk is always so aggressive, she's gotta chill. Most women come to the nail salon to get pampered a little and have some alone time- we do not need to be yelled at immediately after entering the salon to sit down or pick a color! They rip you off here! I was given a gift certificate from my boyfriend for Christmas, and after my hour $80 massage, the owner charged me $90 because I was paying with a gift card! I figured out the reasoning here: they ran a promo during the holidays that gift cards were 20% off. So they give the buyer of the gift card the "discount" but then when you use it, they rip you off and charge you more so they can make back what they lost. Had I known this before paying for the massage with a gift card, I would have just paid cash and kept the extra $10 they STOLE from me. (that's basically a manicure!) I was charged $80 for an acrylic set (yes you read that correctly $80! After I called before going to make sure prices weren't raised due to the pandemic!) that was bumpy, not even close to what I wanted, and I have deep cuts underneath my nails from the lack of care, and when I told her she was cutting me and hurting me she did not even respond. Immediately after leaving the salon I went to another one to get my nails redone. I just wish I got my money back. I will definitely be looking for a new salon! Noblesse so far seems to be the best Nail Salon on Garth road and of course the most expensive! Their customer service is good and you are always greeted when you walk in and offered a beverage even if it is busy. On the weekends the wait can be easily over an hour which I find to be astonishing considering how many nail salons are in two blocks of this location! After being rushed through a manicure and having crooked nails at Elegance next door, I really appreciated that Cathy my manicurist took her time on my nails and made sure I was happy with the shape and color even on a busy Sunday. They offer a rewards card for a free manicure after ten visits, gave me a coupon for a free massage on my first day and apparently there is a birthday gift. I wish they were a little bit cheaper (20% more than competing salons) but you do get what you pay for! read more

First time at this salon and first pedicure since February. It is a HUGE place. Not cramped at all. Lots of space between chairs. Because of COVID, it's by appointment only, but they have a lot of availability. I called just before I went in. Didn't know what to expect since it was my first time there. Right when you walk in, they take your temperature and make sure you're sanitized. :) Jina was my technician. She sprayed down the chair and tub in front of me. They place single use clear plastic bags in the bowls. Have a menu of services, I upgraded to a $55 pedicure with 10 minute massage. Jina did a wonderful job, and even gave me a flower design! Coming from California, I hadn't found a technician that could do flower designs until now. So, I'm very pleased with the final result. It was truly a spa-like experience. Quiet, relaxing, and super peaceful. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend. All the staff are lovely people. I will be back again! read more
