Prices are OK, but I found a place that is as cheap for better quality material. PLEASE READ ENTIRELY. My wife and designer wanted LVP flooring only (we needed waterproof flooring because of pets) and dealt with Barbara. They picked out a color and the price was good (we even got a cash discount). We purchased in March 2025 and they knew we were not starting the remodel until August and agreed to hold the 2 pallets of flooring. A few weeks later we were told that we had to take the flooring because they were moving locations and wouldn't have storage space. We were able to pick it up and store it. She also told us that she thought that it came with a backing/barrier, but it did not. She was going to sell us the backing separately "at cost'" but our GC told us he would take care of it. We came to find out that LVP usually (if not always had a backing for quality installation and that laminate often does not. When we finally got to the install (we had our own GC and installers) they told us it was not waterproof, but water-resistant, and was not LVP, but was laminate. My designer spoke with Barbara who told us that what we received was waterproof, even though it says different "Water Resistant" on the boxes. She refused to take them back (even with a 35% restocking fee) and told us she didn't even sell LVP. We found an amazing flooring site that was able to come to the house, provide samples, give pricing, and produced amazing waterproof LVP for about the same price as the laminate. *******Only because of the poor service and terrible customer care, if you want the contact information for a much better flooring store, leave a review and I will post something on this site.

I am considering legal actions, license complaints, litigation besides complaints with the government agencies, Governors office, Attorney general office, etc! Deceptive business practices. I have construction experience doing floors, windows, siding, kitchens,bathrooms etc. He gave me a BAIT AND SWITCH low price than after removing the old flooring, he hit me with a about 50% inflated price like deceptive business practices bait and switch scheming to defraud I feel. the new flooring creaks poor installation, etc. Floor has high and low spots like a wave. The workers excessively butchered chopped damage the moldings removing with a pry bar instead of trim removing tool then caulked damages sloppy unappealing work. They didn't use a stair tread gauge just cut and caulking the gaps which now pulling apart. Caulked everything because they didn't use the right tools. Promised a warranty and sent document twice without it and blamed the office. I knew the specific floor from suppliers in stock and I knew the price but he said they don't have it as he wanted to sell me his inflated priced flooring. He aggressively saying that if I didn't pay he was coming over which he did. I offered to pay with a credit card he refused, unless I paid about 5% additional and so he demanded a check on the spot when he gets to my house buzzing the gate several times for payment when I was offering to pay it over the phone with a credit card but he didn't want the credit card fee and I offered to send a check to him but he demanded it immediately. Uneven poor installation, damaged flooring planks, that I was left with tiny pieces in the closet, charged for carpet removal they left in front of house. He told me one brand of underlayment on estimate and switched to cheaper on install (bait and switch again like the price). installed a transition T molding without the metal track Instead they silicone the transition molding down onto the carpet. if I ever carpet removed, it will damage the wood and carpet flooring. This is the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a contractor. workers spoke no English I believe subcontractors maybe daylaborers. I had to use a translator app. Said would return to fix things never did. The floor makes cracking noise from poor installation. Before quoted me a labor price of $2985 and then he hit me with a inflated price of $4556.56 after they ripped up the old flooring on day of install, I feel deceptive business practices.
