They took the time to get to know me and once we settled on the car we wanted and the price, everything else was smooth sailing. They took care of all the paper work and even took some time to get the car serviced (even subtle details like changing the batteries in the key fobs) and washed. But what impressed me the most was that they decided to have the brakes serviced before I went and picked it up because they were getting worn (they likely would have lasted me 5-10 thousand miles). A lesser dealer would have just swept that under the rug. The car had been great ever since and really was a great deal. If you're looking for a car i would start your search here, if I had, I wouldn't have to keep blocking calls from all these pushy sales people.

Fast forward two weeks; I get a call from Ron Bouchard Kia saying the buyers brought the car back because they didn't want it anymore, and was I still interested in buying it? I say yes. They send me a link to the car - surprise, it's now listed at $26,990. I ask if they'll sell it to me at the price it was previously listed at just two weeks ago. Answer: no. The price is now $26,990 because "when you first inquired about this vehicle, it was listed at our lowest price due to how long it had been on our lot. Now that it's newly back in inventory, the pricing has been adjusted to reflect current market values. If anything changes on your end feel free to reach out!" If this is how you want to be treated as a customer, I guess buy a car at Ron Bouchard Kia.

This dealership was just such a pleasure to work with. In addition to Yianni, insurance and finance folks Starling and Anthony were also very pleasant to interact with, and again no pressure from anyone. Told me he would charge me his tow yard fee if I dropped it off to him. He claimed I needed to fix one issue with an automobile and he lied knowingly. After I got into details about all the issues with him that he lied about he told me to bring him to court ,literally a week before Christmas. Come to find out a week before he did it to another customer as well but the other one got his money back and he thinks he sharpened up to loopholes in the lemon law. Also he falsified the paperwork for his taxes DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY. It's going to cost you money to take him to court
