They were also very strict with all vaccinations. I forgot to send my husband with some of the copies and we had to quickly get them emailed over before they would let him enter - which is great! My dog passed his assessment and stayed here for seven days over Thanksgiving. The price was fair and when we picked him they gave us a little treat bag and report card. My dog seemed to love it and he was always chilling in the middle of the pack when they would post anything on Instagram. Downfalls: despite strict vaccination requirements my dog still got kennel cough. He recovered quickly and it wasn't anything severe, but still a bummer. He also had one or two scratches on him. I'd imagine he was playing rough and it wasnt anything serious since his report card was all positive, but it's still something I'll watch out for if he goes back.

The technician was kind to our pet, but I was surprised that no one initially checked our pet's temperature or assessed his condition based on his symptoms; we had to remind the staff to do so before we left. Dr. C made a poor initial impression with his curt demeanor. He seemed short and almost dismissive of our pet's situation. For instance, he did not introduce himself when he came in and after a brief greeting, he pointed to the table for our dog and began his assessment without allowing us to provide input. He was halfway out the door before he finally asked if we had any questions. However, It came off as more of a formality versus actually caring if we had any questions and addressing them. The initial interaction, lasting less than two minutes, felt rushed and impersonal, reflecting poor bedside manner. However, Dr. C significantly redeemed himself when he returned with the medications and was very polite and more attentive. Additionally, a gentleman named Alex was extremely kind and helpful, answering many of my questions and putting my mind at ease in the reception lobby. Overall, our experience mostly positive and if I had to point out any areas of improvement , it would be the overall bedside manners that the doctor provided with patients. With that being said, I would return.

I'm really disappointed with my experience here. On multiple occasions, the wrong service was done…read moreon my dog even though I clearly communicated what I wanted. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it became frustrating that it occurred more than once. I will say that when the correct service is done, the grooming itself is usually decent, it has just been difficult getting the correct service performed. Toward the end, they did acknowledge the situation, but it felt more focused on what I could have done differently rather than fully taking responsibility. I did want the bath and nail trim, but the most important service I requested was the shave. Unfortunately, the shave was not done. At checkout, I was initially told the total would be around $100 for the bath even though the main service I requested was not completed. I ultimately paid $66 for services that were not what I had asked for. When my dog was brought back to me, I was told he had been shaved to 5/8, which he clearly was not. After reviewing the groomer's notes, I was told he had received a contour and butt trim services I had declined at the beginning when they were offered. I had specifically asked for the same shave he received during his previous visit. I do acknowledge there may have been some miscommunication at the front desk, and I understand that mistakes happen. However, when it happens more than once, it becomes difficult to overlook. I also felt uncomfortable bringing my dog back to have it corrected because I worried I might be viewed as a difficult customer, and I never want to feel concerned about how that could affect how my dog is treated. Customer service and clear communication are extremely important when trusting someone with your pet. After reading some of the owner's responses to other Google reviews, the replies came across as unprofessional and poorly written. While I understand wanting to defend your business, the tone of those responses was disappointing. After giving several chances, I unfortunately don't feel comfortable bringing my dog back. I hope the facility works on improving customer service, as it is one of the most important aspects of running a business.

The last call they gave me some cockamamie story about how my seizure alert dog was doing an "alligator roll" while peeing herself during the grooming and they had to rewash her. That was concerning because she's always well behaved and loved the groomer in Vegas. No Regrets DOUBLE CHARGED! Over $350 total. My husband didn't know better and he just paid it without asking anything, he just wanted to get our girl and get out of there because he's a fairly shy non-confrontational guy. But since she was completed so late, I couldn't pick her up so he kindly took care of picking her up for me. No Regrets staff berated and shamed my husband about grooming her on top of that. She was still damp, no blow dry as we were charged. My dog spent the rest of the day hiding under my bed. It took her weeks to act like herself again. If anyone got loud or raised their hand near her, she cowered in fear. Something she had never done before in her six years. When I brought her in for the next appointment, she was so scared that she dug her heels and refused to go inside, she hid behind me, whimpering and peed herself. The very aggressive toothless (literally) Groomer cackled about it, and then proceeded to tell the client in front of me (as if I couldn't hear her) how she "really stuck it to the cis-gendered white guy" that brought her in last time. She went onto disparage all men, swearing and ranting for a good 30 minutes while glancing over and giving me a glare now and again, before they even checked us in. My dog was terrified! Absolutely reluctant for me to turn her over to their care!!! We just turned around and left. I'd heard and seen enough. Ever since that experience, she refuses to let anyone brush her... It scarred her for life. I think this place has been shut down. But as they're still being listed as the first referral on search, I thought I would add our experience just in case.
