I understand they have patients that are in the back that they tend to as well. Other folks came in after me and left while I hadn't even seen a doctor so at 11:00 I left. I called and was told to bring him in and they'd meet me at the car. The vet tech was so friendly and helped me bring my fur baby inside. We saw the vet within the first minute of arrival. They quickly started assessing him and started coming up with a plan. We were reassured that the medication recommended would help by fur baby and helped back to the vehicle. They even followed up with multiple emails and text. My fur baby is recovering and I'm so thankful for VEG ER-Snellville.

It was this past Sunday, so no vets were open and we had to go to an Emergency vet. I saw good reviews for VEG, and called them with my ETA so they could prepare. Upon arrival, all the staff were very attentive and took care of my kitty immediately. The doctor was very kind and caring, and were very gentle with her. They did a full exam and also did an ultrasound and some X-rays. Dr. E is a travel Vet and she was so helpful and answered all the questions I had. Even after the visit, she called to follow up and answer the other questions I had. It's a stressful time when your pet is sick, because it's hard to know what's wrong with them. They were so sweet to my girl and I am very grateful for their care. Everything was $908 but I am glad that they have payment options like CareCredit and Affirm. It is really expensive, but it's understandable.

Not many reviews but everyone was 5 stars. I was encouraged so I set up an 8am to 4pm trial run. Cue loved it. What gorgeous country grounds and the facilities were amazingly spotless. The staff is incredible. Efficient, knowledgeable and very caring are a few descriptions that head the list of many qualities they have. His first overnight was a very relived success. Yes they sent pics of him every day. I don't think his feet ever touched the ground as all the photos were of him being held by by different staff members (lol). Immaculate facilities. When I asked why no pet odors, the staff member simply replied , "the owner won't allow it". My pet will not be going anywhere else and I'm so glad he has found such a wonderful boarding facility. Thank you Pampered Pet Care for the love and kindness you give our pets and treating them like they were your own.

Only to find out that doesn't secure a rez, I have to now wait 24-48 hrs for them to advise if there's availability. If they have no availability then this is all a waste of my time and now my CC is in their system. Feels like another case of forced Customer Non-Service through a website. A shame as I've heard good things about their actual boarding service. Customer Service is important to me as well.

I called Chief Black Swan because I'd seen their van in the neighborhood on multiple occasions. I was very pleased that they evening appointments available. I was even more pleased with the service. Our dogs look great with their freshly clean, trimmed, and lighter coats. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends!
