Staff seems kind but the pharmacists and managers are rude and highly uncooperative and uncaring. We desperately needed a medication after visiting emergency room on Friday and they had it in stock but the pharmacist was not allowing it to be filled due to the way prescription was filled by the emergency room doctor (something with e-signature) and we now have to wait till Tuesday to get another version of same medication that can be filled with the original prescription (??) but they didn't have that one in stock (of course). Just stay away if you can....

When did Toys 'R' Us become part of Macy's? Very cook to see this toy store back on the map. My mom was planning to buy me and herself a pair of sunglasses- they don't have a fitting room yet they are comete mask nazis when you are trying on sunglasses. How on earth are you supposed to know how you look in their sunglasses if you have to wear a mask when trying them on? Not once did either associate ask us how they could help us, but several times nagged my mom to stop pulling her mask down (for literally a second) so she could see how she looked. We were treated like we were bums off the street. I cannot believe the attitude we experienced in this "high end" store. They lost our business. My advice to this brighton shop- stop acting snooty.
