Also parking by and entering through Primark was clutch and lets you out in a pretty central part of the mall. Food court also looks a tad different with a decent pizza spot and Korean corn dogs. Staff seems kind but the pharmacists and managers are rude and highly uncooperative and uncaring. We desperately needed a medication after visiting emergency room on Friday and they had it in stock but the pharmacist was not allowing it to be filled due to the way prescription was filled by the emergency room doctor (something with e-signature) and we now have to wait till Tuesday to get another version of same medication that can be filled with the original prescription (??) but they didn't have that one in stock (of course). Just stay away if you can....

Bath towels from the Hotel Collection line were on sale for $3-$5 a pop! Major deal! The sales rep who assisted was so nice and chatty too! I visited the shoe department and while it was okay nothing compares to Herald square's. I also noticed a Toys 'R' Us inside this Macy's location on level 3. When did Toys 'R' Us become part of Macy's? Very cook to see this toy store back on the map. On the way out of the store, the buzzer went off (how annoying lol) but a salesman in the men's department was quick to offer assistance to get it cleared. I love this location! Can't say that enough
