At the end of getting my CAT scan done I was told that I could sign up for a portal and an email would be sent to me. I did so and I never received the email. I called multiple times based upon this and nobody was ever returning my phone calls or answering the phone so I decided to go in and speak to them. The one older lady at the front desk was very rude and discourteous to me and kept saying that she did email me when she did not. The other woman did help me with the situation and get onto the portal so I was able to get copies of my CT scan and information needed for my doctor or future doctors that will need this information. I deducted stars simply because of the woman at the front desk, who was very rude to me, and she kept interrupting when I was talking to the other lady who was helping. Updated 2 weeks later. No one is answering the phone and my ent needs a report faxed over so I have to drive over there to speak to someone in person and hope they provide it for me.

I went to Capital imaging on Route 9 , 1001 Louden Road in Latham for decades. It was locally…read moreowned and founded by radiologists from the area. Always great. It's been sold and the entire staff replaced. I knew everyone doing mammograms and ultrasound, they are all gone. The new folks are nice but so what? They changed all the policies for cancer survivors that made me trust them. And I think this is unforgivable. When I got on the ultrasound table I bumped my head-hard-on a metal bar hanging right over where your head would go. It was equipment not used for US and obviously the room had been repurposed. The technician said it was bolted into the floor and could not be removed, and I was not the first patient to hit it with my head. The radiologists used to be right there reading scans, all gone. Obviously they are now read offsite by who knows who or where. So I don't trust them and now go to Image Care, part of community care physicians on route 9 in Clifton Park and so far I am very impressed.

I had my first ever MRI in Clifton Park today. I did not know beforehand what the fasting test…read morewould entail. It was prescribed by my gastro doctor. 1. An IV to inject dye was needed. I am a "difficult draw" because of my small arteries. The staff member who did my MRI put the IV in skillfully on the first try which does not always happen. Thankful for her expertise! 2. The MRI was 20-25 minutes long and noisy. I had to wear a headset. She gave me a much appreciated and needed break after 10 minutes. There were lots of recorded holding your breath prompts through the test. 3. I received assistance getting off the table and placed in a wheelchair for a few minutes. It was a fasting test, so I appreciated the juice and pretzels that were offered to me. A nurse checked out that I was feeling well enough to leave the waiting room. I was. Bony took me in and prepared me for the mri which included contrast. She was down to earth and made you feel comfortable. Once in the tube which wasn't an open mri they told you everything you needed to know and approx how long every step took. I can honestly say they were the best imaging company to go with. I had my fair share of mri's and cat scans.

She chats with you about everyday things to help you relax. Her exams are painless and efficient. She's the only person to not cause me extreme cramps from the pelvic. She rocks and I will continue to see her for as long as she practices. I cannot say enough good things about her, and the administrative staff are great as well. That is really rare in my experiences with medical offices. See Bonnie if you're looking for a new practice! I like this location, can't speak to the staff at the Schenectady office as I've never been to that one.

I am happy that everything turned out even better than I expected. I am thrilled to have found a new OB/GYN, one that treats me with compassion and courtesy. I am a veteran, and sometimes veterans do need a little extra care due to PTSD. I would encourage anyone who has had a previous bad experience to give Dr. Mondragon a try.

She's an outstanding provider. She treats the mind, body, and soul of each patient rather than just their diagnosis. This is a great quality to have as a doctor and it makes a huge difference. I would recommend Internal Medicine & Linda to anyone. I was nervous changing providers but switching to Linda is like a breath of fresh air. My old doctor does not even compare to Linda. All of the nurses at this location are excellent as well. Being a nurse myself I always expect for the nurses to be exceptional and at this location they are nothing less than that. I was very happy with my visit and my experience. They also have an online portal that you can sign up for and review all of your labs, appointments, make/change/cancel appointments, request prescription refills, etc. Wicked convenient. Instead of making a thousand phone calls all of the information you need is just a few clicks away. I took away one star because the parking isn't optimal.
