Also had a game where kids run around trying to push/hit the red/green lights for points. Snack bar and place to have birthday parties. Very nice to have these indoor playgrounds in Texas with the heat or on rainy or cold days so the kids can burn off energy. I would say this place is for 10 yrs and younger, not for older kids

You might get stabbed by rusty nails. Long version: We ( my mother, my 2 year old, my 3 month old and I) visited almost 3 weeks ago. The "manager" Monica (short lady , red hair ) charged me for my 3 month old. When I questioned why I was paying for him to enter when he can't play , she asked how old he was. I clarified his age and she reiterated that they charge for babies too because they have an area for them. In that area was a monster truck climbing statue and some climbing blocks. Mind you he can't even sit up on his own let alone climb or crawl. I went back and asked why his age mattered if they charged further everyone. Monica then said "if they are 2 weeks old then we may not charge". It seemed as though she was making up lies as she went. She couldn't give me a receipt. She says she didn't have the contact to any manager. Then she says she was a manager. Just a bunch of bs. My mother stabbed herself on some type of nail or dining in the "newborn place area" . It was just horrific. We said that we'd be contacting the BBB and calling back to shush to an actual manager, as well as contacting someone for the safety concerns. Maybe 20 minutes later she called my phone saying "we heard about the complaint and are issuing a refund " I knew it was her trying to save her job with a hush refund because we hadn't filed a complaint yet. Don't go here

We went for my birthday and had such a great time. They've only been open for less than a year (if…read moreI'm remembering right), and since it's on private property, it doesn't really feel like a zoo at all. You're literally stepping onto a their land and it's immediately clear how loved and well cared for all the animals are. The family who owns it shared stories about each animal--how they were rescued, where they came from, and their personalities. Everything was really clean and well kept, and you can tell a lot of thought went into how the animals live there. Comfort of the animals seem to be top priority. While we were there, staff were in the kitchen cutting up fresh fruit for them. They were able to share education related to each animal and what each requires. They also have a waitlist for abandoned/unwanted animals because so many people trust them for rescuing exotic animals. You can tell they built their whole life around the animals. It's such a unique place, and I can't wait to go back.

Otters, lemurs, a bearcat, 2 different species of fox; 2 roaming around inside with the wildcat, ball pythons, coatis and monkeys, my favorite. The volunteers were friendly and very knowledgeable about the animals they were working with. The tacos and elote were prepared by the Texas Rangers personal chef and delicious!! They recently celebrated their one year anniversary and added so many animals to their farm. Check their website for an upcoming events, private tours and birthday parties.

When you pull up it's literally just a house with a sign outside with the name on it. When you walk in the place you are hit with an instant animal stench. Not complaining...I mean I get it. To the left was a small souvenir store and the right was an room with a cash register and a table. This room lead into a kitchen where food is prepared for the animals/reptiles. There is also a bird in a cage that lives in there. He is loud and loves attention. Down the hall there is a gender neutral restroom and then the room that holds all the animals/reptiles. The room was small and had many habitats inside. I must say the selection of things to see was awesome! And the presentation of feeding the dragons, lizards, snakes and everything else was totally cool. My three year old loved it!! She was able to help feed and pet many of the reptiles. Just a tip...bring a bug catcher and you could walk away with a walking stick bug! We were bummed when we couldn't take one home. Happy Yelping!
