I absolutely love Schlotzsky's with one exception. Since the whole Covid pandemic, they've started closing at 3:00 pm. I was pretty disappointed when I wanted an original sandwich for dinner and they were already closed. Otherwise the atmosphere is laid back and everyone was friendly. The service at this location is awful. I was on my way home and stopped here to grab a sandwich to eat on the road. First the woman at the drive through couldn't hear me and asked me to pull up to the window. No problem, except when I pulled up they tired to give me someone else's food. I ordered a Pastrime and Swiss and asked if they had anything other then chip as a side. I was told no and given atotal. I was never asked if I wanted a drink or anything else. The woman in the drive thru window then proceeded to complain about her boss to me. When my sandwich was finally done I left. I discovered a few miles down the road I was given the wrong food. We love eating here. The staff are friendly and really work hard to make people feel at home. They just opened up their dining in area to 25 percent open. Waited over 10 min with nobody in front of me to order. Placed our order finally just to find out one of the sandwiches was totally wrong. Ok mistakes happen so I go in to get it corrected. They bring me the "corrected" sandwich which was still wrong! Two of the employees didn't speak English so they had to call Carol over. I politely explained the situation. Carol said I didn't hear you say bacon cheese bun (which I clearly did say). She also said she usually reads the order back but didn't. By this time I was like ok just fix my sandwich. 3rd time is a charm right? NO! Carol was so rude! She said for me to get the bacon cheddar bun (which I originally ordered!) Worst customer service EVER!!! Called and placed an order for the large original tray and emphasized 3 times just like its listed on the website. Went to pick it up and the guy starts raising his voice telling me I ordered all original. I said no it's called the original tray and I asked that sandwiches be made the same as listed on the website. He say well next time order them with each name. He did redo my order, but walked off after he gave me my order and never said another word, even after I said thank you and just spent over $100 in his store. NEVER going back, so RUDE. The location on Wesley Street In Greenville, TX is horrible! So much so that I wont even go there to take advantage of an offer i have for a free sandwich. I placed an order for a corporate lunch and don't know where to begin with all that was wrong. The sanwiches had little to no meat, they were soggy as if they had sat out forever, and they were cold. I ordered two gallons of tea and 12 canned sodas with 3 beverage services (each beverage service includes cups, a bag of ice, straws and condiments for the tea) I ony received one bag of ice despite paying for three, 12 cups, 8 straws, 3 sweet and low, 6 stevia packets, and 4 lemon juice packets. I wish I had known all of this before providing such a generous tip. I will NEVER order from them again and I will advise all of the other admins at our company against it as well. read more

I have been multiple times with the same experience. Half the sandwich I get at any other location, and some guy dressed like a manager treating his employees and customers like garbage. Went to Schlotzsky's in Greenville on our way to visit friends. My daughter and I ordered the Kale salad and was very unhappy with the way the salad tasted. I could not taste anything except spinach. Anyhow, the man at the counter was happy to give us a different salad, but the manager refused to allow this. He was VERY rude. Today at this Greenville Schlotzsky's was the WORST customer service I have ever received at ANY fast food restaurant! He handed me the receipt and said "sign!". Then handed my card back and said "card!" Then when my food was ready he handed it out to me and said "Food!" Very very hateful young man!!! Went in to speak to manager I hope it helps! My husband and I were on our way home and I really needed some food. We first tried the drive-thru since there were only two other cars in line. 2 minutes into us sitting in line (not the person actually at the speaker - who knows how long they sat there) someone finally answers and says "I'll take your order whenever you're ready". They order in 30 seconds and the next car pulls up. We waited another 5 MINUTES and nobody took the next order. I was shocked! We finally decided to just run inside. I asked the person at the front, who I believe was the manager, if their drive-thru was working. He looked perplexed and said it was, then casually asked the multiple people in the drive-thru area if it was working. They all just stood there and stared at him. He hardly seemed apologetic, but we got our order very fast. However, when I open the bag, my "oven baked wrap" was the messiest thing I've ever seen and was freezing cold. Wow never in my life been so humiliated!! I ordered a pizza with extra sauce so the indian guy charged me extra $1.00 which is fine but other places never charge and then he forgot to give me my drink so I asked for a cup and he went off on me! Saying you need to pay not free. His English is so bad and I did pay its on my receipt and then he tells me he gave it to me and I was hiding the drink! Seriously!!! I told him to look at your camera footage since he has 10 cameras at the place as if someone is going to steal something! I wait and wait for about 10 mins he comes back and threw a cup at me!! rudest owner ever! he will scold you in front of other customers present. insulted my wife and me. we simply asked what comes in the fiesta sandwich, and asked not to have the onions inside since my wife hates onions.. all of sudden he goes why do you want that sandwich why you make complicated you asked what is inside i tell you and now you dont want onions inside.. i was shocked why he yelled so loud. i told him what is your problem and asked to see the manager, he then said i am owner dont come back here if you not want to order. we were in complete shock and so was the people behind us. we just walked away and so did the people behind us. never in my life have been insulted like this! read more
