Loved it! This was our first time at this location. Their dining room wasn't open for seating but we were able to order at the counter. We had a BBQ Chicken Pizza and an Original Deluxe Sandwich. Wow - both were amazing! We enjoyed the leftover pizza the next day as well. The only thing correct b about my simple drive thru order was the chips. Turkey on jalepeno bun. NO MAYO add mustard and UNSWEET TEA. No jalapeño bin, a ton of mayo and odd course very sweet tea. Drive thru so your on fwy before you realize it. The kid even repeated the order back. Tea. Then repeated back dr pepper... no, tea, unsweet no sugar. So still got sugar, which i can't drink. We ordered quite a bit of food through the drive-through including 4 small Cinnabons. When we got home (about 15 miles away) we realized that they had forgotten to include the Cinnabons in our order. We called right away and were told that we can just come back and get them. We explained that it was not worth the round trip that day and were told that next time we can just swing by and get them. At no time were we told that we needed the receipt. A couple of days later, when we came back to visit a relative in the nearby Assisted Living Facility, the "manager" simply said: "Sorry, no receipt, no Cinnabons." How much would it have cost to give away 4 small Cinnabons? Was it worth losing a customer? Not very smart and very bad corporate policy! Whomever the manager is working tonight that was on headset - you had an employee make at least 6 sandwiches (for customers while the drive through line was backed up) while you walked around doing what appeared to be absolutely nothing. I never saw you pick anything up, never had anything in your hands just walking and talking on your headset every now and then. After waiting at the window for 16 min watching you do nothing while your employee handled everything, he handed you our bag then you proceeded to sit with the bag for another 2 minutes while you talked on the headset and crumbled up 3 napkins inside the bag. When you apologized for the wait I told you the bag had been sitting there and you argued with me, told me the employee had just handed it to you. I told you I watched you stand there with the bag in your hands for 2 minutes and then you told me you had to talk on your headset. I wasn't able to tell you that you should be helping your employee instead of blaming him but you wouldn't stop defending yourself to let me speak again. If a grown man can't do two tasks at a fast food restaurant at the same time - why is he a manager? Why is the manager blaming the only employee that is actually working on the wait? 18 minutes for 2 smells and 1 medium sandwich is absolutely ridiculous especially when there was NO ONE in front of me! Old lady at the window was so rude and acted like it was an inconvenience when we tried to give her a coupon and she had already rung up the order as a different transaction. We hadn't even given her the card to pay yet. Aren't we suppose to give the coupons at the window??? If this was the first time I had ever been to a Schlotzsky's I'd never come back. The guy who took our order was so quick to take the order that he wouldn't let us finish talking. Before my husband even finished his order the guy said, "what else?" and while he was attempting to finish his order again he was interrupted with, "ok what else?" The same thing happened for the 2nd half of our order. Clearly he was in a hurry because my sandwich was half assed put into the wrapper. When I opened it a portion of the contents of my sandwich fell into my lap! How sloppy!! And the top part of my bun was so thin it was basically a flatbread and for whatever reason the middle part of my bun was just non existent - it was just a glob of cheese. I was called a bitch by an employee after I told his friend he needed driving lessons because he blatantly pulled out in front of me, and another vehicle, on their way to the restaurant. I assume it was their lunch break? I almost hit them. Tires screeched and everything. I saw them turn into the Schlotzky's parking lot and get out wearing the restaurant's logo on their shirts. So, after our exchange in the parking lot, I went and told the manager about what he said to me. The manager told me that he isn't in charge of what his employees do in their parking lot when they're off the clock, and told me I was being childish. This is definitely the worse Schlotzsky's I have been to. Every table was dirty, the floors were dirty, the drink area had soda spilled all over it. Service was ok. Food was subpar, the bread was stale. The sweet tea container was empty. A worker complained that I got a refill with no mask on then another worker came out to clean the tables after I complained and was not wearing a mask. Place is a joke. I will definitely not eat there again. I don't know how this place is staying open. One customer came in while we were there and ended up leaving because no one waited on him. There were no other customers there at the time or when we left. The place has a lot of potential if the owner would replace the staff and get better quality food. read more

Such a bad experience :( There was only 1 other customer inside while we were there, and our food took 20 minutes. Honestly, that would have been ok. I specifically ordered a veggie sandwich and was given pizza. When I took it up to the counter, letting them know there was a mistake, the lady argued with me telling me "You ordered pizza". First off, this store should probably think about hiring more considerate, capable, customer service oriented employees before they lose more business. I had one car ahead of me and when the girl asked what she could get me, I ordered one sandwich before she told me she would be with me in a minute? If you aren't ready, don't ask what you can get me. Upon proceeding to the window she ignores me for a good 8-10 minutes before even acknowledging me and taking my payment. Then after an additional 10 minutes of waiting for my food she hands it to me and I check my bag as I normally do and she shuts the window putting her back to me again. I wait a few minutes before knocking on the window since she clearly won't turn around, and she gives me the "just a minute" finger and makes me wait a little more before I tell her that she forgot to put my extras (that I paid for) in the bag. Which pissed her off. This place truly lacks in customer service, and this isn't the only establishment in Weatherford with ungrateful teenagers running the show. Food was wonderful. Overall experience not so much. The gentleman who took my order was painfully new and not being supervised. He struggled through the whole thing. And I ordered a simple sandwich with no sauce. But that took forever to do. He looked very uncomfortable and very confused and he took just as long when my friend ordered and all she got was a cinibun. The card reader didn't work and he didn't know what to do about it. But besides the lack of training in the service the food was very good. I got a Cuban and it was fantastic. Thoroughly impressed with it. She informed me that even though I used a card that I would have to come in person for a refund. Totally ruining the thought process of fast food. Unfortunately, the truth is fast food now a days is a joke and this dump is right on that band wagon. Super disappointed because Schlotskys use to be one of my favs. Never again in this town. Just stopped here for lunch and had to write a review after receiving such great service! It was my first visit to a Schlotzsky's and I was impressed by the quality of food. I ordered the half Tuscan sandwich and half chicken tortilla soup which came with a dill pickle - both tasted great and were the perfect portion. But what impressed me most was the friendly staff.
