I came in on November 3rd 2025 and it was a poor visit. I was not greeted which isn't the end of the world but then stood there for almost 10 minutes with no one making eye contact or saying a word. The team working seemed to have no communication with each other and all seemed to be having a terrible time. Then it became my turn with the young girl wearing the same gloves for her already 3 made subs ahead of mine, touching all door handles, knifes and food. Then down the line there was another young girl and she was at the register, did not wash her hands put on gloves and continued touching everything including the food. And then someone else came to the register touching that and not washing their hands and then going to work on the line. Soda all over the floor, sticky, looks like it hasn't been mopped in days. Best location I've been too. All the staff are nice. My sandwich is great everytime. I like to order online during my lunch break , makes it a lot easier & faster. I didn't get any food because the staff evidently is incapable of preparing an online order. Everyone who works here is either a teenager, or ancient and doesn't care about anything but bossing around the teenagers. Just go somewhere else. read more

Had a great experience with the staff at this location today. My kids 8 and 5 are really shy and a female staff member named Tanner was amazing with helping them choose what to eat . She provided choices and made my kiddos feel heard and not rushed like most restaurants. Wonderful experience will definitely be returning. read more

Probably one of the better Subways I have been to. The people are friendly and make your sandwich the way you order it.

Subway just isnt as good as it used to be. Still not sure why they charge an extra $1.80 to make a sandwich a salad when lettuce is much cheaper than bread. They also stopped chopping the salad. read more

About 9 months ago I posted a review that I couldn't get the app, which is a total mess and SUBWAY should be ashamed of offering it as an option, to give me the BOGO offer I'd received in an email. The manager helped me and gave me the offer anyway. Fast forward to last Friday when I had an email stating $5.99 Footlong Friday and when I placed the order, it charged me full price. When I went to the counter and asked about it, I was told there was nothing they could do so I needed to contact customer service @ SUBWAY and they would help. I left again feeling that it is a disappointment to get messages about specials from SUBWAY and it's like pulling a tooth to get it done and often you never do get it done. I would have to say this was by far our worst subway experience yet. we stop in to get the new reuben sandwich, we had them make it the basic way but added extra cheese which we were charged .60 extra per sandwich as expected but only got 2 pieces as our extra cheese. i asked for extra sauerkraut and she only put 1 pinch at the end of the sandwich and then tried to charge me for it... wow last sandwich we ordered a cold cut combo and wanted to add pepperoni, we got the cold cut with 4 pieces of pepperoni as the extra meat on a foot long... we were charged for a pepperoni sandwich and they charged me 3.00 extra for cold cut meat... i dont have time to go back in and dispute it but i would say drive the extra 10 min to azle if you dont want to get screwed. read more

Subway provides a healthy alternative to most fast food outlets. I enjoy the many alternatives in buns, meats, cheeses, veggies, condiments and chips. The outlet in Springtown is well operated- I have never had a negative experience and the food is served with a smile. read more

I love Subway! Very friendly folks. And I will keep going. I ordered the Bacon Avocado Turkey wrap and it's on a huge tortilla, very yummy. I saw them barely adding toppings and when you ask for them to add more they'll tell you they will, it's just an extra charge. Why? I say make it just like the commercial shows it to be and I'll be happy. Also, order ahead! There were 4 workers behind the counter at 1pm so after standing in line for 20 min's (by the front door) we had to leave without ordering. I only had an hour. There was a table with 4 men in the lobby eating and another table had 2 people. read more

I will never be back to this location. The manager had her mask on and coughed all over the food as if the mask was going to stop Covid or anything else. Did not even try to turn away from the food line. Managers additude has always been bad it's even worse now. The one in Azle is dirty too. Plus, the little girls are too lazy to refill oregano, ranch dressing, so I was told they dont sell those items any longer. Walmart subway is the only one left, good luck. read more
