Thanks!!!! Then Brittany in the office started making calls to obtain the part required a fuel pump Sadly it was coming from a warehouse from Chicago and would not arrive until the next day! She then drove me to a nearby hotel and the next morning made additional calls to see if she could find the pump! She did and it was delivered at 11:30 and a very short time Peter installed the pump and I was ready to go. He had issues with it and took it back several times to get it fixed for several different issues. Not only did he charge to fix it but everything he said they fixed was not fixed at all. Was told he got a new ac compressor and lines put in so the ac would work and guess what that quit working. We told them the back tires were wearing out on the outside edge and that it needed an alignment and new tires. so he did put new tires on the back and said he did an alignment and wouldn't you know it happened again a few months later so that means he didn't do an alignment at all and charged him for it. And the reason he took it to him was bc it's AWD and it being so bad out of alignment when it goes over snow only the car feels like it's a damn boat on the water so it was very dangerous. And again remember this is a 16 year old kid that was supposed to be very close to them. I've seen the shady work they do on cars. Even putting an oil change sticker on and the oil wasn't even changed. We will never ever trust them again. Scam artists

The pricing was a couple dollars more than I paid at my last oil change at a different service station. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience at Tires Unlimited. Before having your vehicle serviced there be sure to look for any coupons out there because they don't do the courtesy of informing you. Later that evening I opened the Ozaukee Press and found I could have received FREE windshield wipers or $15 off coupon!

My car got a bulge on one tire. I called and told them the size, make, model, etc. Filled out the…read moreonline form and showed up promptly for my appointment. after an hour and 15 mins, the guy came into the waiting room and said he could not replace one tire- had to do them all because it is all wheel drive and he "must have missed that fact" I then got a "service report" stating 8 things they felt needed to be done from an air filter to brakes to wiper blades to tires. This car was at the dealer for regular maintenance/ inspection 2weeks ago and their report stated ONLY that the wiper blades COULD be replaced. After an hour and 15 mins I took the vehicle and drove directly to the dealership where they measured the tires, which differed from the "measurement" just done at Tires Unlimited, and ordered the correct single tire for installation tomorrow, at the same price I was initially quoted by Tires Unlimited. Very disappointed that I wasted my time on a sell job and zero service. Not going back to this place.
