I broke a tooth - it was a cap that…read morehe had done for me about 2 years before it broke... he pulled the tooth - was literally there for 15 minutes -- was told to let it heal and I would need an implant - and most likely a bone graph because of my age... kept getting letters from my dental insurance Cigna stating that they needed more information from him -- I would call the dentist office - tell them what Cigna said -- and again the next month would get another letter from Cigna - again requesting more information from Dr Daoud -- after this happened 4 times - I gave up and went to a new dentist -- the new dentist had it figured out in less than 10 minutes and when I started the implant/ bone graph process with the new dentist and they submitted it to my insurance to see how much they would pay -- Dr Daoud had already billed my insurance company for the bone graph -- which I NEVER had -- why would the new dentist say I needed it if I had already had it done -- I have contact Cigna several times over the last 4 months and they have also called Dr Daoud's office -- he still claims he did 'part of the bone graph'... he did none of it -- he was told by Cigna that he needed to return the $$ that they sent him and that I am owed a refund -- so far I have paid over $800 and nothing was done -- and I still can't get my took fixed unless I pay the total amount out of pocket -- in my book - this looks like insurance fraud -- billing an insurance company for work that he never did -- I really don't have any hope of getting any money back -- its just sad to me -- I am 69 years old - retired and living on a fixed income -- I am thinking that I am not the only person he has done this to... the sad thing is that I really liked him as my dentist and put alot of trust in him for me dental health -- very sad for sure !

I am son thrilled to have had the opportunity to become a patient if this office. The staff was extremely accommodating and comforting to the kids. They walked out with smiles and no more fears of the dentist!! I too had my teeth cleaned, I'm usually afraid and need to be sedated to sit in the chair. Not necessary, Dr. Daoud is beyond caring and gentle. He also explained to my boys ok term They could understand to help them understand the procedure. Dana is amazing as well!! I mean, for hell's sake, I once reviewed a Time and Temperature sign in Bowling Green, Ohio. Anyhoo...I've been going here for five years, as long as I've lived in Lakewood. I got a crown four years ago that has never given me trouble, a historically good sign that you have a solid dentist. And I even heard her complain to me once about dentists that pile on unnecessary services. So that's pretty cool. AND she actually had current issues of good magazines, not just a copy of Field & Stream from 1997 like my old dentist.

I was a new patient and the hygienist had a lot of issues taking the x rays. At one point another hygienist came in the room without wearing a mask. Saw a few other hygienists walking around the halls without masks on, so COVID or patients are not taken seriously at all here. This was extremely annoying, especially since my mask had to come off so I could have my teeth examined. After almost 30 minutes of x rays, the doctor took a look at my teeth and said "ok let's schedule a cleaning in a few weeks, we're out of time today". I had already taken off work and was under the impression I'd have a new patient exam as well as a cleaning that day. So I told them I wanted a cleaning that day due to a busy work schedule and they finally gave me one. Not sure if they could have charged me more for coming back or something. Overall, a weird experience. Don't recommend. Dr Albano might be good, but whoever bought her practice out is not.
