Schnebly is a fun winery to visit in South Florida. Quite different and odd as Florida doesn't have the correct climate to host wineries. However this one is different because they make fruit wine (which Florida is able to produce) rather than regular wine. Cute little activity with friends! Got a deal on Groupon for a tour + tasting. The staff, particularly Rui and Cristian were great. Rui was our tour guide and explained the fruit wine process, showed us their brewery area for beer as well. Cristian was our bartender during the tasting and he explained all the wines - giving individual suggestions to each of our desires. They have a restaurant and some games and mid-bar food in the back too if you're hungry and don't want to search outside the property. I definitely can see the appeal for a wedding venue here as it was mentioned that weddings do occur here. read more

Still beautiful, but some of the charm has faded with the changes. I've always loved Schnebly Redland's Winery and hadn't been in years so on my recent visit, I was excited to reconnect with the place. Maybe it's nostalgia or just getting older, but some of the recent changes took away a bit of the magic for me. The staff is still friendly and helpful, no doubt. But I got conflicting directions on how to get to the brewery, which led to some confusion. Once I found it, the brewery seemed like a cool addition, but I wasn't a fan of the vibe shift, it's open to minors (understandably, they can't drink), and they charge a cover unless you've done a wine tasting. Between the younger crowd and the new format, it just didn't feel like the same place I remembered. One big change that really stood out: the restaurant now occupies the space where you used to be able to sit at a table with a bottle of wine and enjoy live music. That used to be one of my favorite parts of Schnebly. It was intimate, relaxed, and unique. Now it feels more commercial and more "Miami cliche," and less "hidden gem." That said, it's still a beautiful venue and worth visiting, especially for newcomers. But for those of us who remember its earlier charm, it's hard not to feel like some of the magic has been lost in its expansion. read more

I had the Korean wings , calamari and chicharrones with bbq sauce. And it was so amazing. The wines were all great especially the cocovino, pineapple and the lychee . I visited Schnebly while on vacation in Florida. It's a bit of a drive from Miami but totally worth it. The vibe upon arrival is amazing. It feels so tropical and Polynesian! The place is huge. It has a brewery, winery, and restaurant. I did a wine tour and tasting. It was informative and delicious! I loved everything Lychee. I had reservations for dinner at the restaurant. The service was horrible! I don't know if they were under staffed or what but it look forever just to get drinks and to have our food order placed. After an hour we finally got our food. Which was amazing! We planned on visiting the brewery but did not have time after the long time we spent at the restaurant. read more

We had my daughter's beautiful bridal shower at Schnebly's. It went better than planned. When my sister and I got there to set up the table, Ernesto, the manager was very accommodating and very kind. He gave me options as to where we could set up the table greatly suggested a table which had a great fan nearby. It was perfect because it kept us more comfortable during the evening. Ernesto checked on us to make sure we were ok and asked if we needed anything throughout our time there. He was super courteous as well as professional and made sure we were well taken care of. Even at the end of the evening, Ernesto and other staff were kind to help us bring our party items out to our cars. This is a very pleasant and beautiful place to do a Bridal Shower. Pictures shared. I have to mention Myrna at the front entrance taking our tickets. She was so personable and friendly, I felt as if I knew her! She was so welcoming and made sure we all had what we needed for the wine tasting and Latin night. I love her!! Vinny was super awesome, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for the wine tasting as well. He is also the Bar Manager, I believe. He too, made sure we were all having a good time! We first did the wine tasting with Christian. He was a lot of fun, engaging, knowledgeable and just made us all feel comfortable. He was very personable too. Great job on the wine tasting with 10 of us ladies. The wines were good too. Mostly loved the Lychee so we bought a few bottles to take home. They give you the wine glasses used for the wine tasting. That was neat! The Dj in the evening was awesome too. The food was good. We all mostly liked the chicken with the cream sauce and the steak. The steak was tender and very tasty. The Brussels sprouts were a hit. I have to throw that in because they were delicious. Only negative thing I have to say, is that I wasn't a big fan of the fish entree. It was very tasty but a little dry. The DJ played great music during the evening and at the same time, also made my daughter feel so special with all of his shout outs! He got us dancing which I wasn't expecting to do! Wish I knew his name. The waiter was kind and very accommodating as well. I forgot his name! He took care of our cake that we brought and set it up nicely for us at the end. He was willing to even cut it for us. He made my 15 month old grandson, who came, a little snack plate of cheese ham and crackers. That was so nice. It's the little things too! They have beautiful waterfalls and straw huts for shelter. The only downside was the restaurant ran out of everything. It was very disappointing. What a truly unique Florida gem! This winery and brewery feels like a tropical escape from the moment you arrive. The property is absolutely beautiful, with lush landscaping, waterfalls, and koi ponds throughout--it's peaceful, relaxing, and unlike any other winery I've visited. The wine tasting is especially fun because the wines are made from unique fruits instead of traditional grapes. We tried flavors like avocado, star fruit, guava, passion fruit, and more--so creative and surprisingly delicious. There's also a brewery on site, so there's something for everyone. It was my friend and I's last day in Miami and we decided to go spend it in the Homestead area. We had just gone to Robert Is Here Fruit Stand and realized this winery was very close by. When we arrived, we noticed a food truck in the distance, and a beautiful house right in front. The inside is big with nice tall ceilings, and dim lights with a cool vibe. We sat at the bar area where our server informed us about their wine tasting deal of five 1 oz samples for $25, which we ended up going for. He was very knowledgeable on the different flavors and with giving us advice on what we may like. They have a lot of topical flavors and unique options like avocado and chocolate strawberry which changes flavor from initial sip to swallow. After a couple minutes we noticed their outside area and migrated there. It was really pretty with a waterfall and tons of greenery. It is a wedding venue so if you're looking, this is a great option. One nice surprise is that you do get to keep the wine glass. Also, there is a brewery next door. read more

An absolutely exceptional venue from start to finish. Every employee we encountered was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in creating an elevated experience for guests. The tour itself was thoughtfully led by an outstanding guide who was engaging, informative, and clearly passionate about what she does. Rui, the wine connoisseur, was especially impressive. His depth of knowledge was remarkable, and he quickly understood my palate and recommended wines that were perfectly suited to my preferences. His attention to detail and enthusiasm truly enhanced the experience. Dinner was excellent as well -- I ordered the steak and lobster, and both were beautifully prepared. Afterward, we ventured over to the brewery area, which had a fantastic atmosphere with spacious seating, games, and pool tables that made it feel both lively and welcoming. What stood out most, however, was the level of customer service. I accidentally left my purse behind, and the manager, Vinny, went above and beyond to ensure it was safely returned to me. That level of care and integrity speaks volumes about the establishment and its staff. This was an incredible first experience, and it left a lasting impression. When you have a free weekend while in Miami, take an hour drive south to Homestead and experience this beautiful winery. It is beautifully landscaped with palm trees, tiki huts, lush tropical plants, a koi pond, and a pretty waterfall! There is a nice walkway around the winery and it is wheelchair friendly. Take the tour to learn how they make their exotic wines without grapes. They use mangoes, lychees, guavas, avocados, and other exotic fruits. Check Groupon for special deals for couples and groups. There is a gift shop where you can buy table wines, including guava, lychee, a rose wine, balanced with aromas of plum, black berry, blue berry, and exotic herbs. Wines pour freely during weekend events that feature live concerts and karaoke. We went on a Saturday evening and we had a great time. We did the tour, the wine tasting, and bought wine to take home. Our favorite wines were the Lychee Dulce and the Kiss of Passion. We had dinner afterwards at the winery. We had Skirt Steak, mashed potatoes, tostones, Bao firecracker shrimp, and Sangria. Everything was delicious. Service was good. There was live music also. There was one problem that I need to mention as it was very annoying and that is the flies! I was served with a fly in my Sangria! I don't know if there is something that can be done or if it is just a Florida thing but there was a lot of them around the open air restaurant that evening 04/05/25. There is a private parking lot for your convenience. Children were also there. It is also dog friendly but your dog must be on a leash. read more

Here we go? What an experience we endured coming to this venue. It was a bit further than anticipated however I wanted to check it out.. Winery was located in the valley somewhere lol. I thought we were never gonna get there. Arriving to the location wasn't much parking so we parked on the grass. From the parking lot we walked to the front which was beautiful. As we walked through the doors on your right hand side you have a little store to purchase small snacks and souvenirs samples. On the left there was a sitting area very limited and in the middle was the bar area . We had already scheduled tasting for 2 hrs which by the way was amazing. Sample tasting wine we had 8 choices . Out of the 8 wines I only like 3. Bartenders were very comical ,friendly and helpful with the taste choices. With the wine testing we received a small cracker, cheese and cold cut platter. After taste testing we took a tour of the winery and had lunch . Sorry to say lunch wasn't all that great. I guess my expectations were a bit to much for the lunch. We toured the winery let the kids play in the game room which was located behind the winery.. This was a days adventure. My experience at Schnebly was such a treat! I've been wanting to go forever, and was finally able to do it after finding a deal on Groupon. My husband and I did a tour and tasting and loved it. I love going to wineries, and this one was the most unique. I learned a lot during the tour, and the winery itself features a beautiful waterfall. Even as a south Florida local, walking around Schnebly gives the feeling of being on vacation. It was relaxing and so much fun. The owner even crashed our tour and gave everyone coupons for a future visit. After the tour was the tasting. The wines were amazing! They use all tropical fruits, and you won't find this type of wine anywhere else. We decided to be adventurous and try the avocado wine, which surprisingly became one of our favorites! I loved every single wine I tried. The pricing for the bottles is very reasonable too. I removed a star because of the service. We sat at the bar in the tasting area as instructed after our tour, and got no service for a long time. We watched several parties who were seated after us get served before anyone even approached us. We got one of the bartenders' attention and he said he'd help us in a second, but even he took forever to come back to us. We ended up sitting there with nothing for probably a half hour. They also didn't bother to clear away the dirty glasses and plates from the party before us. Once we did get a bartender he was very nice. The restaurant was also an issue. We planned on eating after our tour and tasting. There was a super long line at the restaurant, which we figured was normal around dinner time. We waited about a half hour in line, finally got to the host stand, and they said they were only seating people with reservations and didn't have any walk-in space. I get that things can get booked up, but they should've had a sign or otherwise notified those who were waiting in line so we didn't waste our time standing there. We along with several other parties were turned away after having stood there for a really long time. Also, we planned to go that night specifically because it was Latin night and the website said there would be dancing, but we didn't see any, which was super disappointing. It was part of the reason we made the 1.5-hour drive. Overall the place is beautiful and the wines are delicious. It has a ton of potential to be a great spot, but there's definitely a bit of refining that needs to happen. I'd be willing to give it another shot. read more

We drove a long wayyy to check out Schnebly Winery. When we arrived, my party was impressed with the size of the winery, but that's where the excitement ended. Once inside, it was buzzz kill right away. The host at the door basically told us that if we weren't doing the wine tasting, we could just do whatever we wanted. We mentioned it was our first time, and he said, "Okay, go ahead to the restaurant, and they'll explain how it works." When we got to the restaurant, the hostess, who was on her first day, couldn't really explain the difference between the restaurant and the wine tasting. We decided to sit and have dinner. In hindsight, I really wish we had done the wine tasting instead. The server did a great job explaining everything, and we ordered a bottle of the lychee wine, which was amazing--we ended up having three bottles at the table! We also ordered the octopus, but it was so cold and chewy that we had to send it back--it was outright awful. The shrimp wasn't bad, but after tasting the octopus and shrimp, we decided not to order entrees. Overall, the place has a different vibe from what we're used to in Miami. While the wine is definitely worth trying, I wouldn't recommend coming here for the food. read more

I'm going to put it plain and simple. The lady at the register was extremely rude. The service was poor. Waiter had no personality. Not friendly. Extremely robot like. I will not mention anyone by name but they should seriously consider having a serious talk with all of their staff. In addition, they run out of charcuterie platters basically as soon as they open, as they want you to dine in their expensive restaurant. We had to order Brie cheese and they didn't even have the courtesy to open it up nor bring us a knife. I've frankly never seen anything like it. We are used to traveling all over the world visiting wineries and this place left a lot to be desired. Needless to say, we will not return nor recommend this winery. read more

I dont know if they were setting up for some event, there was just employees moving chairs and furniture around. None of the employees greeted us or even acknowledged us. The wine tour is just them taking you to where the wine is made not how it's made. There's a restaurant here somewhere, but we never saw it. We ended up sitting at the bar to do the wine tasting. That started off weird. We had a female waitress who said she would be taking care of us, but then she left for about 10 mins and then another male waiter came over and said he would be taking us over. I wish I could give the winery itself four stars and the restaurant three...I was a bit disappointed at this establishment. We had a wine tour, which was fine, and a tasting of some cider, which was actually very good. It was time for the wine tasting and we were sat outside. However, no one came to serve us, so we went back inside. The tasting felt impersonal, and it seemed like we were forgotten a couple of times. No crackers were provided and we had to ask for water refills several times. Next we went to the restaurant. After being seated, no one came to give us water or silverware. I had to ask if we would be served. We were seriously considering getting food at the brewery, but we had been looking forward to eating here. We were probably here around two hours total, and most of it was waiting. No one ever asked if we wanted drinks, and we had to ask for silverware. We also had to ask for ketchup and the check. And by "ask", I mean we got up to find someone. I was very disappointed in the service. The food was delicious (the tuna tartare was probably the best I've ever had) but I can't get over the service. For the price, I would expect it to be better or at least some communication about any delays. It's also pretty far from where we were staying, so the distance made it more disappointing. read more

I think the food is over hyped and I personally think it's ridiculous that even when you have a party reservation you have to pay for entrance fee then the food and wine. The wine is really good and the brewery side is pretty fun but Over all the area is very pretty, and a great time but didn't have the best service. Asked our waiter over 4 times for a drink we ordered and we never got it, one of the waiters didn't want to serve us because we were too big of a party, I didn't feel like they were super attentive. Credit card only no cash in the restaurant. Food takes at least 30 minutes so order an appetizer if ypu come hungry. Cat 3 hurricane is not too dry not too sweet. It's ok. Mango dolce shot is a wine shot. Not a taste of Mango at all still not bad. Sweet. Lychee dolce shot is a wine shot. Not too strong and not too light. Bao buns with pork belly are ok. Sweet, very smoky, a light spice, a bit salty and a lil tough. Taste like bbq. The bun wasn't perfect. One side was hard and the other was soft. Lobster and shrimp pasta wasn't that good. It was lacking flavor for me. The shrimp were a little flavorful whike the lobster had no taste at all other than the ocean. The sauce was very mild almost season less. I was excited to try this dish and disappointed. I wasn't happy with it. Asian ribs were tough and dry. I asked if it was fried. It was that tough, possibly old. Mash potatoes tasted like box mash potatoes with a poor sprinkling of cheese and with 3 very small pieces of carrots. I was hoping for a great experience being that the website said it was by Chef Adrienne. I was disappointed. It's an experience so try it. Zephyrhills bottled water.
