Still waiting for Dave to return the $500 he overcharged on a Generac home generator. It's been two…read moreyears. Dave is the principal owner of the business and recently got into the home generator business as a distributor and installer of Generac products. I signed off on an estimate / contract with him to install Generac's largest residential generator. Other than delivering the home generator unit and sub-contracting the gas and electrical hook-ups, I basically had to step in as the general contractor and work with the gas / electrical guys because he would not return phone calls to them or to me. In fact, I had to contact Generac directly to set the generator up and get the 10 year warranty he was supposed to secure for me as part of his estimate and contract. Even his own staff told me privately that he is over his head and not very good with customer support. I do not recommend Ocean West.

Zach came back to turn on the system and make those repairs. The job/s were done with great care, efficiency, while also answering our many questions. :) All the fixes were repaired and the sprinklers adjusted for maximum coverage and in perfect working order. The entire boat season passed and no dingy, I purchased Bull Frog since it seemed fruitless. 2nd season, he advised I am storing your dingy for 100.00 per month. I asked him to drop it at my dock since I don't live there and my wife sustained a critical injury to her leg. He said no! I don't have a way to get the Dingy to Blane. I sent him the title and bill of sale and I paid for all repairs $ 460.00. After this ordeal his true colors came through.$ 950.00 to change rings on two Raycor filters. It was negotiated out and my trust of B. H. Is gone. When it's over it's over. He asked me to take my remarks down but I get something is not right here. Look below for my other review. They coordinated with our neighbors and gain access and did some very creative driving to get the material and equipment where it needed to go. We had many people simply decide that the job was too complicated. But the can-do attitude of Puget Construction Landscape shined through and they got it done. Our hardscaping is beautiful and the quality and detail shine through. It is something we will enjoy for many years to come. Would 100% recommend them. On September 18, 2021 I sent them an email, letting the owner (Dave Kuypers) know that I'd removed both my vehicles, so should only be charged through November 14th. I followed up with a phone call. I was told that I'd have to pay through the end of November. I was also told that they don't take deposits. I have a receipt proving that they do. On December 2nd I was charged for the month of December. I called and emailed Dave and he told me that a check was mailed to me. I never received it. After a reasonable amount of time, I asked that they issue another one. I have not received a check or any communication since then, except one voicemail from Dave Kuypers. He was upset that I'd posted a negative review on selfstorage.com. This is the WORST experience I've ever had with a business. Under no circumstances should you do business with Dave Kuypers, OceanWest RV & Marine, or Wiser Lake RV & Boat Storage.
