I personally care most about the food so the atmosphere doesn't bother me as much. But I think it hurts their image when they'r charging "premium lunch" prices and the interior can't even match the vibe of like a chipotle or sweetgrass, which they are most comparable to. (Not saying they need to be the same as chipotle or sweetgrass)
